Thank you for a great stay. Particularly good collection of books in the apartment and, as ever, Florence is beautiful.

I had the pleasure of staying with 8 other friends of mine at Dani's apartment for one night. The apartment is in a really convenient location for visiting Florence on foot (there are several places for meals and parking just minutes from the house)! The listing description and photos are very accurate and match the reality of the accommodation. Dani was immediately friendly, helpful and responsive. Overall, we really enjoyed it and if we were to go back to Florence we would love to stay there again!

Amazing host! Helped us carry our luggage with the kid. Very aesthetic house with all the amenities, felt like home after a tiring day. Loved the morning view from kitchen balcony, Florence at its best. Would love to stay here again if we ever come back to Florence.

Perfect apartment, perfect location, perfect owner, best choice in Florencia downtown!

We stayed at Daria and Gabriele’s place in Florence, with the kids, it was exactly as described and easy to get to and walk around the city. Super place—highly recommended for families looking for a local experience in the heart of Florence with style! They were super helpful along the stay ! Thank you we will definitely do this again!

The location was central and perfect for us. There was a little noise into the evening and in the morning when we were sleeping but nothing that some ear plugs or white noise wouldn’t fix. We did open all of the windows and doors which was an error as we let in some mosquitoes which I hadn’t really thought about, so we all got bitten a fair bit but that’s on us! The apartment had everything we needed and it had been really well thought out. I’d left my guidebook at home so appreciated the little library of guidebooks that were available. Bianca was helpful in the lead up and during our stay and allowed us access to the apartment to drop our bags off before check-in was possible. All in all a brilliant apartment that I would stay in again.

Good location, easy to reach city center by foot. the streets close by are lively, you can find bars and restaurants easily. Flat is in a quiet place.

This Airbnb was amazing!!! It is in a perfect location- easily walkable to many different Piazza’s, as well as only about a 10 minute walk from the duomo. Pietro and Ksenia were beyond helpful with check in and were available for anything we needed - they even gave us a map of the city and marked their favorite local spots. We tried almost all of their recommendations and it was some of - if not the best- Italian food we have EVER had! The Airbnb was in pristine condition, and was even nicer than we were expecting! As a part of Florentine history, it was an honor to stay there. We will definitely be back!!

Andrea was a great host! Helped us settle in and explained how things worked. Recommended a few spots and was kind enough to move the checkin time. Overall, a very pleasant and efficient experience! Great for those who need to grab the train! Thank you again!

Marco's place was amazing. The best Airbnb we've been in a while. Squeaky clean. There were plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, pots and pans, a toaster, a kettle, everything useful. There was also a washing machine that came in very handy and a hairdryer. Marco was very nice and responsive. His instructions were very clear. He also helped us by receiving our suitcases before check-in. If we get the chance will definitely come back.

A lovely, Florentine home in a lovely, local neighborhood. Francesco is a wonderful host, great communicator and his home was the perfect place for our time in Florence. We loved how quiet the street was as well as how close it was to walking to all the sites. Would for sure come back at any point we are able to return! Grazie Mille!

Mimma’s place is the perfect place to stay in Firenze. It’s maybe 20 steps to the Duomo and very close to Firenze Santa Maria Novella station. You can’t beat the location and the rest of the city can be reached in just a few minutes. Her home was spacious, clean, and the bathroom was luxurious. 10/10 would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Mimma!

We loved Christina’s place. If you are looking for a quiet location with easy train access to the student square or train station in Florence, then this place can’t be beat. The apartments itself is fantastic and decorated impeccably. It is easily within a few minute walk from groceries and some really great restaurants. I highly recommend this location for travelling to Florence!

Blerina was a great host. My wife and I decide to spend a second a night in Florence, unfortunately, the apartment has been booked. We have booked an early tour and needed to find a place to stay and to leave our luggage. Blerina went far and beyond to help us with our situation. Not only did she booked us to another apartment, but transferred our luggage there. Awesome customer service and the area had plenty of restaurants. The location was also superb; close to the train station. Thank you so much Blerina for everything. Ed and Milagros.

The accommodation is wonderful, with all the amenities, very well decorated, very cozy and has a beautiful garden. It is quiet and is very conveniently located whether you want to get to the center by car, tram or walking. They welcomed us very well and gave us a lot of directions. I highly recommend it and would certainly repeat it. Thank you very much for everything. Everything was perfect

The apartment is located relatively close to the train station and also to the center of Florence, in addition to being very well equipped and modern. Excellent choice!

Great stay in Florence. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped and large, and in a great location. Communication with the host generally good, but on occasions response-time was slow. But overall, I'd definitely recommend.

Andrea was such a great host who really cares about his guest and guest needs. Infact he was thoughtful that all amenities were already arranged that we didnt need to ping him during our stay. He was concerned about the time we shall reach and Mattia was already there to welcome us and showed us everything around the apartment. Love Firenze and hope to back one day. And looking forward to stay at the apartment again. Thanks Andrea! Our kids loved the blue spiral staircase! :-) Daryl

I cannot recommend this place enough. The design style alone was a dream. It’s even more beautiful in person. The neoclassical frescoes really set the tone for the timeless beauty there is to experience during a stay in the heart of Florence. The Duomo is just a few minutes walk, as is the Uffizi Gallery, and Galleria Accademia. Even Piazzale Michelangelo was not a long walk. There are so many fantastic restaurants and the shopping can’t be beat. Grab a reservation at View On Art just a few blocks down to see breathtaking views of the Duomo. Our host was top notch from beginning to end. He assisted us with absolutely anything we needed. He provided exquisite local recommendations, arranged our pick up car from the train station, and provided crystal clear instructions with a video for checking in to the apartment. He was always responsive and courteous. I would not stay anywhere else in Florence, I mean that sincerely.

We had a great time, although we did not spend much time in the apartment! Everything was clean, well presented, and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well equipped - although the quantities seemed a bit random with lots of plates but just two mugs; We also had to search quite hard to find various items - but it had everything we needed. Lucia who met us was friendly and helpful. We did feel it was a little expensive, but appreciate that in a tourist area like Florence prices are going to be inflated. We also felt that a 200€ cleaning fee, when we were there for only 4 days, was also steep. Having said that, the apartment was spotless.

This is the 2nd time ive stayed in this apartment. As before, Elly was an excellent host and so made everything easy for us. The train station and tram stops are a short walk. all of the major tourists spots are very close and walkable from here, and there are so many lovely bars and restaurants near by. The apartment is well looked after, clean and very comfortable. The next time i return to Florence i will try and stay here
