Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Fairfax County

My husband and I spent 11 nights with my parents at Andrew's Falls Church home. Andrew was very responsive when a few minor questions came up. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for all of our cooking needs. The two beds we used were comfortable. As my folks no longer do stairs well, we felt fortunate to find a single level home that only required a few steps to enter the house and one step up into the primary suite that also has a walk-in shower. I really appreciated that there was adequate supplies for our stay, like dishwasher and laundry detergent, paper towels and toilet paper, not just starter supplies like some hosts. Enjoyed the nice TVs with steaming in the living room and primary suite. There are great directions in the house with the house info, you'll need and Andrew did a stellar job of communicating.

We enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of space, the neighborhood was quiet, the house was well equipped with what we needed. They even had shampoo, body wash in the bathroom. Everything was very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. Great location, we had a rental car, but used uber to most places due to parking. You can park in the front of the house most days, but if not, there is a dedicated parking spot in the back. Thanks Brian!

Given graduation on the East coast, location in Arlington/proximity to Georgetown, size and location of Tyler’s home, the value was worth the price! Coming from the Midwest, all was intimidating at first, but we wanted a comfortable, substantial place that would provide true bedroom spaces and adequate bathrooms for each pairing in the family. Tyler’s place did that plus offered two living areas, a large dining and spacious kitchen for conversation, food spread, cooking, mingling, celebrating, etc. We couldn’t have been more pleased with all of the spaces!

We just got back from Jackie's Place! The home was beautifully decorated and clean. It is private, but also close to the best that Alexandria has to offer! We loved walking to coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. We were there to visit colleges for my son and were surprised how close we were to DC and Georgetown. Having the parking spot was also great. We could just leave the car and walk everywhere. Thank you for a great stay!

Another mom and I were planning a visit with 4 teenagers to DC with our goal being to find someplace to stay overnight that would be close to a Metro station that would take us easily to Metro Centre. We arrived around 9pm and found everything just as described. We took a quick trip to Amazon Fresh (an adventure) and allowed the 4 teens to walk there (.5 mile walk) as we felt very comfortable with the neighborhood. We had plenty of space, and everything was clean. Appreciated having coffee available for our early morning departure! We checked out at 9am the following morning with just a short drive to the Bethesda Metro Station. Only minor suggestion would be to have instructions as to where the trash/recycling bins are located. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We had a great one month stay! The unit was as described, with no exceptions. We enjoyed comfortable beds, plenty of towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and a gas grill that fired up on cue every time. We spent our evenings on the front porch listening to robins and admiring the beautiful hydrangeas that were in full bloom. WIFI was excellent, with the fastest upload speeds I have ever experienced. Note that the one bathroom is up on the second floor – a minor inconvenience. The location was superb. The unit is on a quiet side street away from the bustle of King St. Yet, you’re two blocks from the King Street metro stop and three blocks from a Whole Foods. A couple of restaurants are right nearby that have attractive happy hour options. There is even free trolly service toward and from the waterfront area if the one-mile walk is too much after a long day on your feet in Washington. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I rented this space for a weekend getaway. It was an incredible space in an awesome location! We have a large family with kids ranging from 2-12 and it was great for all ages!

I had an amazing stay with Ms Anne. She was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Communication was friendly, prompt, and helpful from start to finish. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and inviting. Truly one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

This apartment was ideal for our stay in Washington. We wanted 2 bedrooms, near the centre and to be close to Metro so we could visit a friend in the suburbs. It is in a great location - residential but within easy walking distance of a lively street with bars and restaurants. There were also a number of supermarkets nearby. It is a basement apartment and full of character. We appreciated the washing machine.

We spent 4 days site-seeing in DC and Lily's location was perfect, being just off the Richmond Hwy it was easy to get to by car. We paid an additional fee for parking under the building which was well worth it given the convenience. The Crystal City Metro station, with both the Yellow and Blue lines, was a very short walk away and could even be accessed via an underground walkway system just outside the building. Also just a block or two outside the building was a movie theatre and several bars/restaurants. Having breakfast on the 14th floor balcony was a great start each morning before heading to Metro to start the day's adventures. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at Mimi and Jamie's place for 5 days/5 nights. The house exceeded our expectations - everything was thoughtful, clean, and organized. We had traveled from California and were looking forward to a restful stay, and we were 100% happy that we chose this home. The furniture was well placed, and the rooms were attractively designed. The furnishings brought smiles, and the plants were a perfect addition. The house is beautiful, and waking up with greenery around us was so amazing. The kitchen ware and dinner ware were just right - there were wine glasses too! The sheets were clean, and the curtains were lovely. There was an ample supply of bathroom/body soaps, paper supplies and just about anything we might need. It was so quiet at night. The house was fresh smelling and stayed that way. We felt at home and felt safe. We loved every day we were there.

Rebeccas place was perfect for our short stay and exactly as described with some thoughtful touches to make the stay better. Overall strongly recommend Enchanted !

We stayed here while visiting grandchildren in the area. The location was perfect because we could walk to their house. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. There was a parking space available, which was appreciated. Courtney was there when we arrived and was very friendly. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of clean towels. We would stay there again.

Greg’s place was great! It was easy to get to and from Georgetown, which was the reason for choosing this place. The place was so clean and everything is labeled with instructions on how everything worked. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Love this clean calm space-the balcony was wonderful. Mark was super responsive, checked in on us and we had everything we needed-especially in the kitchen. Great location for walking to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again!

Lucas was great.! Had a few hiccups because of the holiday season and Lucas went above and beyond to help solve the issue!

The apartment building is situation in a prime location near restaurants, grocery stores etc, The host that I communicated with was Rodrigo who is an absolute Super Host. He is always available to assist and responds almost immediately. The apartment however is located across the road from a 7Eleven which makes it very noisy and quite disruptive if you are looking for a quiet place. I would recommend that block out curtains be put in the bedroom as sleeping is also a challenge due the amount of light that filters through due to the 7Eleven's 24hrs street lighting. The apartment itself is great though.
