Vacation rentals with a home theater in Fairfax County

A few things to note which I was not aware of ahead of time: Checkout is 10am, which I did not see listed, that was only announced via direct message once I booked. Via direct message they stated: “If you'd like to check-in early (as early as 2 PM) or check-out late (as late as 11 AM), we can make those adjustments for just $65 additional if scheduling allows.” They also requested I send a copy of my government ID to them in my welcome message. I found this unusual. Their place was very nice and I enjoyed staying there. Clean, modern, very comfortable. Comfortable bed and nice clean linens, but just two pillows. Extra blankets, towels and some toiletries. Nice kitchen and water filter pitcher. Host was very responsive. They note that there is noise from the airport nearby, so I brought a White Noise sound machine and it was fine, the noise was not an issue for me. This place was easy for an Uber to pull up to (no traffic outside and the curb is right there outside your door).

We had a great stay at this apartment! It was clean, comfortable, exactly as described. The location is excellent, with easy access to the metro, making it convenient to explore the city. There’s also a playground nearby, which is perfect for families, and a supermarket few blocks away. The apartment itself was well-equipped, and the check-in and checkout processes were smooth.

Great location and apartment! We enjoyed our stay and the pictures matched the apartment. Very quiet space and great location and ability to walk to the mall. Be prepared for bit of a walk from the parking garage to the apartment.

I was stayed here while on a business trip. The accommodations were comfortable: the location was walkable to my Crystal City office and favorite bakery Mah-Ze-Dahr. I would stay here again and recommend to other business travelers.

A very comfortable and well-equipped two-bedroom unit in a quiet building. The location is stellar - right in the heart of Pentagon City and very walkable to restaurants, shopping, and the Metro. Lily is an excellent communicator and will work out any problems in a jiffy.

Absolutely love this place, The check-in instructions are pretty clear, aided with pictures. The pictures in the listing are actually real. The place was pretty clean overall. Despite a litte spot in the tub, but nothing terrible. The host was pretty responsive. The location is super ideal and surrounded by great restaurants. I felt pretty safe walking through the neighborhood even at the night. People in the building are pretty nice as well. overall this has been a great experience. thankful that I was able to book this even at the last minute for work travel. Will definitely come here again soon!

Wonderful stay for our two families. Great space and felt homely.

This was a comfortable, sunny apartment. The kitchen isn’t large but had everything we needed. It’s in a great location, less than 30 minutes drive from the Mall in DC, also close to Tyson’s corner and just a lot in the area. Our toddler loved riding his stroller around the neighborhood with his grandma. The living area is nice and open which was good for toddler play as well. And the yard is nice and fenced. Brangie was proactive and asked if we needed anything else after we checked in. Also everything was set up for easy charging of devices and could be used for a WFH space. Highly recommend.

Rob’s place was perfect for us. The house was spotlessly clean, lots of amenities and was better than we expected. With several family’s staying together for a wedding, it was great to have all the different zones. 2 kitchens, plenty of bathrooms, lots of different spaces for people to hang out or get along time. The theater room was a huge hit and it was very peaceful sitting by the koi pond. We were surprised that the dinning room accommodated so many of us. It was suggested we come here for the holidays because it worked so well for so many. Also, the parking was perfect and it was so nice to be able to park 4 cars and not worry about street parking. We took the public transit to the museums and it picks up and drops off outside the house. What a perfect stay!

Uche's home is absolutely beautiful, the pictures don't do it justice. We loved all the windows that let in so much light in the morning. Uche is a fantastic host, he was very helpful with suggestions of places to visit and eat. He reached out and offered his phone number in case we needed to contact him and was just so pleasant. I would definitely stay at his home again.

My mother past away a week ago and I needed a bigger house for 3 families to stay til funeral was finished. It was hard to find a home that can fit 10-16 people but then i found this house. It was just a perfect for larger gatherings. 6 bedrooms, large kitchen, bbq grill in back yard that was nice. Easy access to highways. Local grocery,fitness center for those who loves to exercise regularly. Host was nice and was willing to work with any situation if you needed. I would recommand for those looking for a larger gathering.

The house perfectly located for vacationers that want to see the sights in Washington DC. Nearest metro stop is 2-3 miles away. The house is clean and very comfortable, the bedrooms are big. For vacationers that want a beautiful house with many bedrooms, this is the house for you. Mauro is easy to reach.

This house was perfect for my team's work trip. It had plenty of space, with everyone having their own bathroom, and the location was ideal—easy to get everywhere we needed to go. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped. Although the owners mentioned noise from the fire station across the street, it wasn’t an issue at all. Andrew was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
