Apartment vacation rentals in Fairbanks

Jon’s place was in great condition and had everything we needed for our stay. The house is 5 min from a small grocery store if you need anything quick and 15 min from North Pole town. We felt safe while we stayed there and were happy with how peaceful the neighborhood was. You can see the northern lights by just stepping outside. Jon even texted us at night to let us know we could see them which was super helpful. He was accommodating and always very responsive. Checkin and checkout were also very easy and we had no problems. I would recommend staying here

This is one of the best air bnb I've ever stayed at. It was clean, spacious, and in a perfect location to chase the Northern Lights in Fairbanks. That was the main purpose of my goal, and even in the two nights where I didn't go out, I saw the Aurora from the cabin! the area is dark enough for some incredible Aurora viewing and the views with the Alaskan range in the distance. are superb. Lavinia was one of the friendliest host I've met, she made sure we were comfortable at all times and shared with us Aurora locations and even a list of her favorite local restaurants in Fairbanks, which were delicious! We'll definitely stay at Lavinia in our future trips to Fairbanks! Thank you!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was cute, cozy, and beautifully updated with modern touches that made it feel both stylish and welcoming. The decor was thoughtfully curated, giving the space a homey vibe while still feeling luxurious. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the updated amenities, from the comfortable bed to the sleek kitchen, made my stay extra comfortable. It was the perfect little retreat, and I especially loved how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. I have traveled extensively, from Colombia, South America, Mexico, Hawaii, the West Coast to the East Coast and throughout Alaska and Canada. This is hands down the best AirBnb that I have ever visited!!! Loved everything about it! Very clean, comfortable and cozy. Centrally located but yet private, quiet and secluded. This had been one of the best places in which we had stayed, the place was great, wonderful Holidays decoration, perfect location close to everything, the mattress were great as well as the pillows, we were able to sleep as if we were at home. Really, this place has everything for a great stay. we greatly recommend this unit.

Lora's place was wonderful! After staying in a hotel without blackout curtains during the long summer days, the light blocking blinds were wonderful! Lora gave us some recommendations on where to eat around town and was very friendly. We used the washer/dryer and felt right at home. Highly recommended.

Very well appointed apartment with everything needed. Comfortable bed. Not much sound deadening between apartments and doors were not properly coded on arrival. Host was very responsive in correcting door coding issue. Communication with host was outstanding. Overall a very good stay.

Our stay was so peaceful and lovely. Tucked away, and you could hear the song birds outside in the morning. The place was clean, comfortable, styled well, and had absolutely everything we needed to cook a meal. There were cooking items, coffee, snacks, bottled water, and even cute extras like bath balm, all the shower things. I’d love to stay again!

Charming and warm welcoming, The little details made the stay special from the snacks and coffee station, too the bathroom details. Lisa was responsive and hospitable in everyway. The downtown location was perfect as everything was less than 2 miles. I would be happy to stay here on my next trip to Fairbanks.

Very pleasant and well-kept apartment close to grocery stores and other shops. Great location if you want to be close to the university or the airport. Not ideal if you look for a quiet retreat in the forest. Wonderful and responsive host.

Gregory’s place was absolutely worth the price asked. It was cute, cozy, private, had free central laundry, quiet for the most part (I am learning AK apartment style air bnbs don’t have the best sound insulation from other units, but the other audible tenants were respectful and it didn’t bother me at all) It fits me so much better to stay in an air bnb over a hotel - I can cook, make myself right at home, whether I am staying a week or 2 months. I really appreciated the fast wifi - no buffering for me! That was perfect for both working and gaming (simultaneously!) The unit had everything I could have wanted, even some bonus items like board games! A nice info guide with lots of pamphlets including things to do in Fairbanks. The neighborhood was quiet, it was super close to shopping and food. I will definitely return. Thank you!!

This penthouse is absolutely beautiful and it is located right in the heart of Fairbanks, AK! It truly gives that special experience you want to have on a vacation. It doesn't matter if you've already been to Fairbanks once or a hundred times, this is a beautiful place to be. I stayed for a week and I had everything I could have wished for at home. The entrance is private, safe and secure. There's so many wonderful things to say about the area and all the places to see and enjoy! This penthouse airbnb and it's location downtown is definitely top-tier! Thank you to the hosts for such a wonderful stay!

The place is comfortable and cozy. Alaskan weather is harsh and unpredictable. Having approachable hosts makes all the difference. Melissa and Ryan live upstairs and helped us a lot. Their house is as lovely as they are. We highly recommend this place!

We had the loveliest stay at Leila and Nate's place this March! The apartment was extremely clean, cozy, and private, and had everything we needed and then some--the shower particularly was very nice and big. It is obvious Leila and Nate take great pride in their property, and more broadly in their home of Fairbanks and the surrounding area, with their extensive local tips. A lovely handwritten card from Leila welcoming us was a lovely touch, and we're very grateful to both of them for welcoming us into their home. We will definitely be choosing their place again the next time we are in the area!

Stayed here March 2025 with my parents and Anna’s place was the perfect location for our needs! It was easy to get to, close to town but also far away enough to see the northern lights right from the driveway! Saw them almost every night of our stay with one strong show that was truly magnificent. Anna’s hospitality was also on point. After a long day of travel, arrived to find snacks waiting and other super nice amenities that added just that extra touch. And her response time to messages was superb. I do want to mention though, the faucet water smelled and tasted a bit like metal. It wasn’t discolored or anything so felt safe enough and I also read somewhere that that is a common issue in that area. We just bought some jugs of water from the store around the corner for drinking which was no big deal. Would definitely stay at this location again-especially when trying to comfortably chase the auroras! :)

Really appreciated the hospitality!! Took advantage of the shared kitchen every morning. Went to The Pump House for dinner and had the salmon and seafood chowder, caught the northern lights, and took a trip to Chena hot springs. Will definitely be back someday!

It is always clean and cozy. We love this place. We’ve stayed several times. And every time it’s open, we will stay.

We had a great time and loved the space. We saw a moose nearly every day just a few hundred yards west of the property.

Work trip for 3 weeks and really appreciated the nostalgia of being back home! The rental was very welcoming and comfortable. We were busy and didn't stay around the house much but it was a nice place to return to for sleep and showers. Accommodated all 7 of us quite nicely. There are a few cosmetic issues but they are far outnumbered by all the good qualities the home and location have to offer. 100% hope to rent here again next summer!
