Vacation rentals with a patio in Fairbanks

My stay was excellent! The place was lovely. There were plenty of hangers and plenty of linens. Having a washer/dryer accessible was very handy! As of my stay, there wasn’t a hair dryer, so keep that in mind when packing! (It wasn’t noted that there is one, just an extra heads up because I forgot to check!)

The Deneege place was an over the top home away from home. Everything impeccably clean, stocked, comfortable, and highly recommended. Easy communication and the location was close to restaurants as described. Would stay there again if ever in Fairbanks!

We spent four unforgettable nights at Wendy and Drew’s studio in North Pole, and words can barely do justice to how perfect everything was. The place is absurdly comfortable, meticulously thought out in every possible detail, and equipped far beyond what we ever imagined. We cooked full meals with complete ease, thanks to the incredible range of utensils, cookware, and thoughtful extras. And speaking of thoughtful: Wendy even stocked the place with food basics, spices, and more – it felt like home the moment we walked in. The bed? A cloud. The sheets? Luxury hotel-level. The pillows? This penthouse is absolutely beautiful and it is located right in the heart of Fairbanks, AK! It truly gives that special experience you want to have on a vacation. It doesn't matter if you've already been to Fairbanks once or a hundred times, this is a beautiful place to be. I stayed for a week and I had everything I could have wished for at home. The entrance is private, safe and secure. There's so many wonderful things to say about the area and all the places to see and enjoy! This penthouse airbnb and it's location downtown is definitely top-tier! Thank you to the hosts for such a wonderful stay!

Northern Knights was a great place for our family of 6. It had 3 generous bedrooms, a full bathroom (with plenty of towels, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, and soap), a garage, laundry facilities, a kitchen (complete with Keurig coffee maker and pods, teas, and electric tea kettle), and a homey touch throughout. We stayed over the week of Christmas, and Donna had tastefully decorated the home with a tree, stockings, and garlands. She was always helpful with tips and advice about the northern lights and answered our questions. We’d absolutely recommend Northern Knights, don’t hesitate to book it for your trip to Fairbanks!

The unit was perfect for two people very clean lots of towels pillows even extra water bottles . Other reviews noted upstairs noise , it really was minimal and hardly noticeable , parking was great , close to back gate of Fort Wainwright . If I had any negative it would be the sofa it wasn’t the most comfortable but nothing extra pillows couldn’t fix . Bed was super comfy . Neighbors do have a dog but I’m an animal Lover and the dog only barks when you come and go by their door , it wasn’t an issue at all no night barking and I appreciate the warning if someone is around . Coffee hut is close by and downtown area airport stores etc are a fifteen minute drive ,roads were plowed well maintained . This was well priced and perfect clean safe home base for our stay would definately re-book.

Cool place on the river. Hot tub was a bonus.

Had a great stay. Was 100% accurate to pictures. Extremely comfortable beds. Amazing deck and views from the living room. Watch the aurora’s from inside or out on the deck. Huge TV’s in all rooms. Easy communications and responsive hosts. A definite repeat for our next Fairbanks visit.

The place was clean, bed and couch were comfy. The quiet area outside of town was pleasant, while also being convenient. It had everything I needed and would stay again!

Our family of four came to Fairbanks for Northern lights and remote work. Staying at Sabrina’s house was very enjoyable. Good location, easy access. The house was spacious, clean, and well equipped. Our trip to Alaska was complimented by our stay at Rocky Top in Fairbanks. Surrounded by beauty ...every window had a fabulous view. Super comfortable and so many little special touches made our stay a memory we will always treasure.

We spend 6 nights over there, it was fantastic. We enjoyed staying over there. The house is so clean and we can also see the aurora from the house.

Open and spacious throughout with great natural lighting via many large windows. Very clean without over powering artificial scents. The neighborhood is especially good for walks. All amenities are provided in a very tasteful, quality manner.

We had a lovely stay! Ruth has clearly put a lot of time and effort into curating a peaceful, family-friendly space. We were traveling with our 3 and 6 year olds and, not only were there games, puzzles, and sleds for them to enjoy, the home itself was also kid-friendly in terms of set up and decor. The location is close enough to get to a bunch of great places, the recommendations book was spot on, and we got an absolutely breathtaking view of the aurora borealis on our last night. Ruth was also easy to reach, quick to respond, and flexible in working with us on schedule changes. Highly recommend!
