Large and private home with a large backyard for our dogs to run around in. Home is near long walking trails next to an airport and river, you don't need to drive to enjoy great hikes. The home had complimentary HBO and super fast internet for relaxing after a long day of travels. All the linens and towels were clean, hand soap and shower gel were all provided. 10/10 highly recommend!

Great place to stay in Tahoe. Located close to Stateline, restaurants and market. Great backyard for dogs, comfortable beds, nice showers with good water pressure.

A true gem in Lake Tahoe! A beautifully serene landscape in a quiet and charming neighborhood. Super close to the lake and river which was incredible for our family! We appreciated the great communication from Clark and the cleanliness of the home. Very thoughtful suggestions and instructions throughout the home. It was perfect for our family of 5. Great stay for us and the pups. Close to hiking and biking and hot tub afterwards was a treat. The kitchen was very well stocked and the wifi was fast. We had everything we needed for a great week.

Chris was an excellent host! He accommodated our needs, was quick to respond to any questions, and made us feel welcome. The house was thoroughly cleaned and everything was neatly placed when we arrived (with no shortage of cozy blankets and towels!). The living room was very comfy for movies, and we loved the backyard - both the hot tub and the fence that gave our doggo the freedom to roam safely. Overall, it was a lovely stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! It was exactly what we were hoping for. A quiet neighborhood, but very close to town. I felt very lucky to be able to look outside and see the beautiful snow covered mountains. We would absolutely stay again.

Great location for access to both South Lake Tahoe and Hope Valley. Comfortable lodging, well-equipped kitchen and the hot tub is a big plus.

What a beautiful property! Great location - 10 minutes drive from downtown and Heavenly resort, lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and equipment rentals around. The house was squeaky clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. Pool table and hot tub were a nice addition! The host is very welcoming and gave us so many recommendations. We'll definitely be back!

Modern rustic, aesthetically pleasing decor, peaceful & serene location, bucolic sunrises, close drive to Stagecoach, cozy tiny kitchen, personal touches in bathroom & kitchen - like: makeup cloths, mouthwash, toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, tea, Keurig pods, chapsticks & hand sanitizer, family friendly games, 2 modern fireplaces & battery operated candles, make for a pure escape into the mountains & trees, close to the clandestine most beautiful lake. I only wish the hot tub was available year round, especially after a glorious day shredding the slopes! Thank you to Michael - for being attentive to details & design, available to queries, & flexible with plans. Our family, including our Samoyed, Nicco, enjoyed our stay & adventures in the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains! 🏔️ It was really hard to leave & look forward to returning soon!

This experience exceeded our expectations! Wendy and Richard are the best hosts we have encountered, the space is top notch and well appointed, the view from the balcony is exquisite…close to markets, shops, and great restaurants. If you like to bike like we do, this location is only a short drive to the American River Bike Trail, which is a Class 1 trails/no cars, for 32 beautiful miles one way! We were sad to leave, but will be back again!

Stayed here for a cycling event. Location was perfect. Very much appreciated the WiFi as I had to work one day during our stay. Also appreciated the updated kitchen appliances and just general updated condition of the place. It was a comfortable place to stay for our purposes. Other things I appreciated were the motion activated lights at the stairs (of which there are a lot of- stairs I mean) which were very useful at night, the comfortable couch and of course the friendly and responsive hosts.

Cozy condo perfect for a quick ski trip to Heavenly. Could have walked to the lift but we drove and it only took a few minutes. Nick is an excellent host, always communicative and helpful.

This property was great! Beautiful property with beautiful views. Omar was incredibly attentive and responded quickly to our questions. There was an issue with the hot water heater, and Omar came over with a repairman even though it was snowing and stayed until the issue was fixed. Then they comped us an extra night! Excellent service at a great price - will definitely stay again :)

Had an amazing time staying here this weekend! The space was amazing and Mike was a very helpful and responsive host. Should I find myself in the area again this will be my first spot for booking!

We enjoyed staying at Heathers place. It was a great location and not too far from everything in Tahoe that we wanted to do. It had all the things we needed in a Airbnb and the outdoor views were beautiful! I will warn you that you can hear EVERYTHING the neighbors above you are doing or saying so it was very loud up until the late hours of the night. It’s not the hosts fault at all, so I would never blame them. It didn’t bother us too much, and they do provide sound machines in all the rooms, which definitely helped with that.

Absolutely Incredible Stay! We had the most amazing experience staying at this property. The Susan was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The house itself exceeded all our expectations — it was spacious, beautifully designed, exceptionally comfortable, and cozy. The coffee machine was lovely. It was such a treat to wake up each morning and enjoy a great cup of coffee in such a cozy and stylish space. Everything was absolutely perfect! The space is small but we had everything we needed for 2 people and our fury babies. The shower was super spacious! And the highlight was the hut tub (which is really big). We loved it here and would stay again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy home! The view from the living room is beautiful and made our family weekend even more special. The house was clean, well-stocked with all the kitchen essentials—perfect for cooking and enjoying a cup of coffee (the coffee smells so good !!!) in the morning. House rules were clearly communicated ahead of time, which made check-in smooth and easy. The host was also super responsive and helpful with our last-minute questions. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would love to stay here again!

South Lake Chalet is a beautiful location with exceptional accommodations. The staff and service were superb and I loved the local scenery and establishments. This is a very serene and peaceful place.

We were so happy with Cottage #2. It was cute and cozy and well equipped. The hosts were responsive and pro-active in communicating. Being able to sit on the deck and enjoy watching the river activities and also being able to hear the river at night was magical. We wish we had booked another night. We will be back anytime we come to Placerville area again. Thank you.

We had a great and memorable stay. The place had many amenities that I have t really seen in other Tahoe AirBnBs. We went for a day of snowboarding. And it is super pleasant to come back to a place with heated floors, a sauna, a massage chair, and much more. The massage chair is very underrated as well. The location is about 1/2 a block to Ski Run Blvd. So it is very much walking distance to restaurants. The place was extremely clean as well. Also the selections of furniture and appliances show that the host really cares about the place.

We are very pleased with our stay. Two nights, two adults, two teens & 1 dog. The surroundings are very woodsy. Quiet cabin resort that is close to everything in South lake Tahoe. We were able to walk to a yummy breakfast spot nearby. The drive to various trails is not long. We explored nearby casinos that were 15 minutes away tops. The cabin was very well decorated and equipt with thoughtful touches. Very clean and comfortable. Our teens loved the loft and adults could easily fit there to sleep. Fans and heaters included. Temp control overall was amazing. Outside was 29 degrees but heater was perfect.. Main bed is comfy and couch too. Side yard is shared and we had nice neighbors. Our dog was able to play catch in the big space. I would highly recommend this property, thank you!
