The Bluebird Retreat was a really unique place to stay in Romona. It really felt like a getaway as it’s located in a really tucked away area so you don’t have to worry about neighbors or the sounds of traffic. It was truly just peace and quiet. Place was stocked up with everything we needed to bring some groceries and cook dinner. Everything was clean and spotless. The hose Lara was always responsive. Best part was waking up to all the sunshine and critters hanging around the place, squirrels and so many kinds of birds ( if you’re a birder you’ll really appreciate this place) plus the spectacular view of lake Sutherland 👌🏼 overall this place is one of a kind, if you ever find the need to be in Ramona, don’t hesitate to book ✅

The hosts are great and the house was perfect. A special recognition of the perfect white towel.

The host was awesome, it had a great bed and 2 televisions, some games for us to play. It was within walking distance of a couple of gas stations so we had a 7/11 run for ice cream. It was great for us! Would definitely recommend and come back again!

I had a wonderful stay at Chris’s place! The house was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. Chris was an excellent host—very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. His clear communication made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-managed space.

Plenty of room for my family of 6 we all had plenty of room to move around felt homey. The area was quiet felt safe. Location is relatively close to all San Diego attractions, everything within 20 mins.

Loved this spot. Great for 2 couples. Amazing outdoor space. Kitchen is FULLY stocked! Parking. Comfortable, very clean, and homey. We stayed for three nights and had everything we could need. Would 100% stay again. Beach supplies were greatly appreciated. Hot tub was a treat. Outdoor seating area was extremely comfortable. Laundry was high quality and super helpful. Didn’t have the opportunity to explore the neighbourhood much, but easy access point to the city as a whole. Great communication from the host, and very much appreciated flexibility and accommodation. Thank you Mari! Hope to be back one day.

Jeff’s place was in a great location in the middle of San Diego. The place was immaculate. He obviously is serious about the upkeep of his property and the happiness of his guests. I contacted him that we would be arriving pretty late on our first night so he made sure to leave the light on for us. Entry was always easy with the electronic locking system. Water pressure in the showers was awesome and we wanted for nothing. Thanks Jeff!

Awesome place! If you are heading to the SD/La Jolla area and plan on having a car, this is the spot! Honestly would recommend this house and neighborhood over downtown SD anyday, but I digress. The front yard space and backyard pool/hot-tub area was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The showers had phenomenal water pressure. John was very helpful in recommending local spots. All in all, would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

This was heaven on Earth! I will remember this stay for the rest of my life. The hosts are so generous, welcoming, and easy-going. We felt relaxed and free throughout our entire stay. They remembered my bday and hung a birthday banner in the living room! We brought our dog and they were SO chill about letting our sweet old doggy explore the grounds off leash and even accompany us up to the pool at the house! We had our 1.5yr old with us and made epic joyful memories as a family just enjoying the grounds for the weekend. This was the first time our daughter had ever seen a goat, a sheep, an alpaca, bunnies, or chickens in real life. Watching our toddler and our dog explore the animals side by side was my favorite thing I’ve experienced in life so far! It was so special watching my child soak it in, I can’t describe it. My family and I LOVE the Tipsy Goat Ranch and the amazing hosts. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Had a great Time. House is beautiful and the view was outstanding. We loved listening to and seeing the wildlife and birds. The Beds were very comfortable. The Kitchen was well supplied, plenty of dish ware, cups, bowls etc. The Pool table kept us all entertained. We loved having a TV in every room, the 83 in was nice and big. Plenty of seating for meals and for watching TV. The Pool was nice and big, and spa seat us all and got plenty warm enough was a little hard to get in and out of the Pool and Spa with no rails but otherwise great, even saw the owl fly into his home. Overall Fantastic defiantly a 5 Star

The house was incredible for our large group size (so many beds/pull out couches). Everyone had an amazing time! The location was great, the driveway fit all the cars, and the home was extremely clean and well kept. Amazing all around!

Will and Janine see such gracious and mellow hosts. Their place and the surroundings are stunning and the lodging is a wonderful space for relaxation and restoration. The pool area and sunshine were just what we needed. The kitchen area is small but well-appointed. it being a pet friendly space was much appreciated. Don't get us started on the bathroom! While it's a shared wall with their part of the house, we never lacked for privacy. Lastly, the value for what you pay is top tier. Highly recommended and we hope to return next time we're in San Diego!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was stunning, with ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves—it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we loved being able to grab snacks from the nearby Oxxo, just a short 5-minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Security at the front was helpful and friendly—they assigned us a parking space and made it easy to find the building. We did experience a couple of minor issues: the shower wasn’t draining properly, and on the third day, the door wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly to our messages, but unfortunately, no one showed up after we waited about an hour. However, the issue was resolved while we were out, so everything was fine when we returned. Despite those small hiccups, we had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again. We stayed at The Den for our anniversary week and it was amazing! Just the perfect size and extremely peaceful for some well needed rest from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The Deb had all amenities necessary for an easy and comfortable stay and we enjoyed it so much we ended up extending our stay by a night which Elizabeth happily accommodated. Would recommend!!

We stayed for weekend getaway and the place was very comfortable. Janet baked fresh cookies and had dogs treats waiting for our arrival. The space was very clean, neat, and had all of the amenities. The secure patio was great for our dog to explore off leash. Janet was extremely responsive and welcoming! She provided us with lots of local recommendations and helped make our stay easier.

This airbnb was very nice for two people. It was a perfect space with a spot on the driveway for one car. Walking in, the airbnb was clean and smelled really good. There was plenty of amenities and our host Frank was friendly and responsive. We would book again!
