Apartment vacation rentals in Deer Isle

We sent our children to school and chose to stay here. It's close to the main road and also very quiet. The room looks bigger than the photos. There are amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, etc., which is convenient for us to cook instant noodles and boil some water. You can see little squirrels in the snow outside when you lie in bed. It's very comfortable. I'm very lucky to be able to stay in this historic old house. The Host will respond promptly if there are any small problems. We will stay here again if we have the chance.

Our stay was fantastic. The place was clean and laid out nicely. It was also close enough and an easy drive to Acadia National Park. Highly recommend, and I would definitely come back and stay here again!

We had a great stay here. Comfortable beds! Lots to do within walking distance. My 5 year old loved the playground down Union Street and the public library is beautiful. We had great meals and coffee at Rock City Cafe.

We stayed here during the first week in September. We loved the place it was spotless had a great view of the sunrise each morning and very good location. It is close to the Hulls Cove visitor center in Acadia national park and to downtown Bar Harbor. The place is located in a quiet and peaceful area and has a great deck where we enjoyed a glass of wine after a entire day of hiking or sightseeing.

Not only is Nicole a gracious host and cheerily responsive to questions, the space is adorable! Everything you need to be comfortable, in a great neighborhood, within walking distance to EVERYTHING downtown, including a very sweet harbor! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very clean and convenient location. Eric communicated with us frequently and kept us updated. Parking is a little tight, especially with an SUV. Free laundry was super nice after hiking and riding in Acadia.

Great place to stay in Ellsworth. Very comfortable, walkable to down town and easy drive to Acadia.

I stay on Vinalhaven often..my happy place. A couple of the spots I typically stay were unavailable so I decided to try something new. George's spot is quiet but very convenient to Main Street and some of the in town hiking areas. I even checked out the little brewery around the corner and enjoy nice conversation there. You always feel welcome on Vinalhaven. While the house could use a little painting on the outside I was pleasantly surprised with the many amenities inside. Everything needed for a relaxing stay was there. I will return

The place was amazing, such a great find! The hosts laid out check-in and check-out instructions very clearly and offered an abundance of amenities to make our stay more enjoyable. They offered toiletries, tide pods, cooking spices, coffee, books- the list could really go on and on. It really felt like a home away from home! Quiet daylight basement apartment looking out to a creek and woods. Walkable to Acadia’s Ocean Path and Mt Goreham trails. All amenities as advertised with good recommendations for local shopping and eating.

Great stay close to everything you need in Bangor. Everything you need for a comfortable night, or multiple as was our case. Everything was as described. Thanks for everything!

We absolutely loved our stay, the host thought of everything. There was coffee for the coffeemaker, laundry detergent for the washer, and even a travel toothbrush which was much appreciated as we forgot one. The appliances were brand new and worked perfectly which is particularly nice in a rental. The area was quiet and restful. It was wonderful to have a crib in the unit so we didn’t have to pack ours. We will definitely stay again if visiting Acadia again which was a short drive.

Absolutely loved our stay here at the Acadian Rose!! Would definitely stay again if I was back in the area and would recommend for friends. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was in a great location to get to Acadia National Park and other sites we were planning to see. There were many special touches like snacks, games, and loved the decor!!

This is my second stay here and once again, it was perfect for my needs. The apartment is comfortable and Rich always has a little welcome basket of Maine treats to make you feel very welcome. The apartment is within walking distance of a great market.

I felt like I was staying in a cozy dollhouse! The hot tub was amazing after hiking in Acadia. I love their welcoming and communal living style setup. The room was super comfortable too

We felt right at home at the Open Hearth Inn. Arthur and his team were very friendly and helpful. The inn is stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay, including snacks and treats for both humans and pups. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub when we weren’t hiking in Acadia. Definitely a great experience!

We loved staying at this location! It was a quick drive to Acadia and Bar Harbor, so there was plenty to do! We also enjoyed the hot tub at the location and the access to laundry.

I was traveling with my dog to do some hiking and it was a perfect place. Very welcoming, clean, quiet and close to Acadia. My dog especially loved the dog treats at the entrance. The suite was very comfortable and there was everything I needed in the shared kitchen. We look forward to staying again.

I can't say enough about this place. Traveling with 4 seniors with mobility problems can be a challenge but Linda was beyond amazing and accommodating. The home had everything you needed and more. I can't wait to be able to come back

Perfect studio. Used the jetted tub, nice and relaxing. Lots of extras (new toiletries, coffee, filters, sugar, etc.) much appreciated and used. The view, esp at sunrise, was stunning. Quiet neighbors. The beach store (pizza, sandwiches, salads, coffee and more) was very good. Just down stairs and one building over. (get there early for their muffins) I would certainly stay here again.

We loved the pool side room. Very clean and private. The accommodation exactly what was described. They provided a charcoal grill upon request so we were able to grill out and enjoy the yard. Hope to take advantage of this gem again in the future.

Robin was very communicative and thoughtful during our stay. The place was exactly as described in the listing and was immaculate upon our arrival. The space was decorated tastefully and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Great location to be near the fair in the fall! Would recommend this location and host.
