House by Kilgore College

One block from Kilgore College and close to downtown. Please note the back bedroom is rented to a local school teacher. She has a separate entrance, and there is a double door separating her room from the rest of the house (like you would see in a hotel). You will probably not even notice if she is there. The only shared space is the laundry room which also has a locked door to it. She enters the laundry room from an exterior door at the back of the house. Off-street parking is available.

There are two full bathrooms and plenty of closet space. Nearby is Kilgore College, Synergy Park and Meadowbrook Park (3-4 minutes) each with shaded walking trails. Longview and LeTourneau University are just 15 minutes away.

Tiny home/Cottage with an Alpaca experience.

We have a tiny home with one bedroom and bath. The sofa is a love seat and pulls out as a twin bed. WIFi and dish Tv. The WiFi is fiber Optium We love feeding animal crackers to the alpacas and donkey. They will let you touch them if they are in the mood. But still lots of fun to feed. We have 5 alpacas and one donkey. We have the animal crackers for you to feed with.
