Solid place to stay on a canal which opens up onto the nearby lake. The house was well kept and well decorated.

The house was perfect for our group. Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and sleep. The Island was perfect for putting the food out and everyone could help themselves. The kiddos enjoyed the game room and the bunk room and movie room. And kayaks, Lilly pad and paddleboat got a work out. Everything was so clean and well supplied. Like any place there are always some kinks but you can always figure away around. I hope we are able to revisit Castia on the Cove someday in the future. And I would recommend it for any large group. Michael and Patricia was very attentive to any questions. Parking is limited but we able to manage.

This is our second year coming to the area. We absolutely love the privacy of having your own dock and access to the lake. The backyard was spacious with plenty of space to hang out, cook out, play games, etc. The dock was perfect for fishing and enjoying the views. There were A LOT of spiders/bugs. So I would advise to bring a bug spray to be comfortable. But it’s understandable being the area. The only other thing that wasn’t great is you cannot use both showers/restrooms at the same time because the water would not stay hot in one. It was an inconvenience but not a deal breaker. Overall, we absolutely loved the property/space and so did our kids. We would definitely go back!

Wonderful home right on the lake! My family and kids really loved it! Mark was a great host. Super accommodating, very good communication and a very thoughtful home with great details. My kids and adults loved the swings!

My wife and I along with another couple were thoroughly satisfied with!!! We would return! Other than going out for breakfast at the quaint and charming The Roost” in Eustace we did all our meals on the grill and/or kitchen. TV worked great! Everything was as good or even exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend this place for quite relaxing.

This house completely exceeded our expectations! There were so many activities and amenities that the group of teenagers I brought were easily entertained all weekend, even when the weather wasn’t cooperating. There is also enough space that everyone could spread out, and the layout is great. It’s in a super convenient location, so it was no problem to run to the store or go see a movie on a whim. The house was stocked with anything you could need. The area is quiet & peaceful with super nice neighbors. My kids are already asking me when we can go back!

The owners were so nice to work with and communicated very well. The house was more than advertised as the kitchen was very well stocked. The lake access was just what we needed via the dock and ability to use the boat lift for our boat. The deck over the boat lift provided a great view. The house was very clean. The bedrooms were bigger than we expected. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable. We had a great time and hope to come back for another visit.

Great host. Very responsive. Great place. Kitchen was full of utensils, like pots and pans. Nice location. Easy access to the highway.

We had the best Mother’s Day weekend. The house is beautiful. It’s spacious and TONS of things to do. I was so impressed with all the games both indoor and outdoor they offered and the bin of water guns bubbles and chalk for the kids. You cannot get bored in this home. It’s the perfect home for a family get away. We will be back!

We made such wonderful memories at this beautiful lake house! It was the perfect spot for our group of four families — it was comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Karleen was an amazing host! She made sure we were well taken care of, left out some thoughtful goodies, and ensured everything was perfectly set up for our stay. We truly appreciated her warm hospitality. Thank you for helping us create such special memories!

The place was very clean. It was cozy was able to lay back and relax. And in the evening sit outside watching the water. Tried to fish but on caught babies There was way too many turtles. The beds were super soft. I will definitely go back maybe next time stay at one of the domes.

Kim was a great host. The house was well maintained and filled with sufficient resources required for our family. The backyard is awesome and has ample amount of space to have fun and enjoy. We had minor issues however she was very responsive and fixed those appropriately.

Dennis & Kelly’s place was truly a gem. We have it on our list of places to revisit again as it truly was a sweet time. The kids loved the farm animals, the husband loved the fishing, and I just loved that for them all. The house was super clean and matched exactly as the description. Even after we checked out, my husband keeps saying, “I already want to go back”. Highly recommend staying here!

Can’t say enough good things about this place! Already planning our trip back! The furniture & bedding was super comfortable with tons of pillows & blankets to choose from. The dock was perfect and accessible for everyone. Our host messaged us back within minutes each time we had a question. The neighbors were friendly! Fish were jumping everywhere- bring some spinners or catfish bait. The kayaks were in great shape and safe for kids to tryout in the cove. Foxes were out about 8pm in the front yard. Must go!

Wonderful home, welcoming host! We really enjoyed our stay at Kathryn’s lake house. We arrived Wednesday and left Sunday- we wish we would’ve stayed one more day. The house was incredibly clean. Brand new pots and pans. Clean bedding, floors- the place was spotless. The bathrooms are clean and modern- great water pressure. Kathryn called us prior to our arrival to answer any questions. She was welcoming and kind. I also texted her while we were there, and she responded immediately. The house has a beautiful dock- it was a nice place to fish. The backyard is huge- we brought our dog. We had tons of room to play. We all slept good. The beds are comfy. We enjoyed the screened in porch when it got windy. My son also loved the foosball table. The only negative was the neighbor had a crew working on his dock. We didn’t love the noise from their music/construction, but it was still a great trip. We would definitely stay here again. It was at the top end of our budget but 100% worth it!
