Beautiful house in a beautiful location!Perfect spot for our weekend getaway! Private and full of nature and views! I hope to stay again in the future! The house was clean and comfy and had everything we needed and more. Hot tub was perfect for a relaxing soak. Highly recommend this jewel!

Extremely comfortable beds and cozy cabin with all the amenities you'd ever need. Our girls loved the playground! We loved how patient Robin was with letting the girls feed the animals. Our souls were replenished being around nature and the animals!

This place was awesome! And the recliners were very nice and comfortable! Super clean! Big bathroom!

This was our first Airbnb and first time to east TX and our stay was phenomenal. First of all I can't express how helpful Sheri was and how easy she made the entire stay. Her cabin is in a gorgeous quite wooded area. Everyone we interacted with from neighbors to security were great friendly people. We genuinely felt right at home in her place. I mean from cooking to showering it was absolutely great. The deck and patio was wonderful to drink coffee as the sun rose talk at the table trough the day and rost dogs at the fire with the kids while the sun went down. Great fishing just up the road within Holly Lake Ranch. All around just a great week for our family. We highly recommend staying with Sheri. And the pricing is a steal!

If you are looking for a peaceful place just to relax and enjoy a stunningly beautiful view this cabin is for you. Scott was a super great host and the cabin was as charming as the pictures. Only warning , getting to a nice restaurant will take some driving, but the place is so well equipped eating in is not an issue. Highly recommend!!

We were grateful to have such a peaceful restful stay. The cabin was very clean, as were the buildings that house the kitchen and showers. Our hosts were kind enough to leave ample wood for the fire pit and we enjoyed the beautiful walking trail surrounding the property. Location is also just a hop skip away from downtown Edom.

My wife & I along with our little girl enjoyed the peaceful cabin. We love the quite setting and front porch sitting. The wild life at night is awesome. The location is still close to things, but also far enough away to enjoy the country. Would definitely recommend to others

The wife and pups really enjoyed our stay on the property feels so peaceful and relaxing, with plenty to do if you are outdoors type. Fishing and nature is abundant! Feels like you are off the grid , but town is only 15 minutes away for anything you will need.The cabin is built right into the property with a dock right outside the door and a boat as well.Really recommend checking this out if you like what you see.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Just the weekend getaway my fiance and I were looking for! Kevin & Debra were fantastic, the cabin was super cool, the property was beautiful. I would absolutely recommend.

The home was perfect for what we needed over the weekend. they have a whole kitchen area outside and a grill which was awesome. There is also miniature putt putt to play! overall very fun experience! Ronnie & Suzanne are also very nice and very helpful.

Can't say enough good things about this wonderful cabin stay. my son & I came here to relax after a weekend elsewhere where we partook in many activities. this was our 2nd stay of the getaway, for relaxing, WiFi lol and peace & boy was it just that! everything was amazing f/ the incredibly comfy beds to the screened in patio to sit & sip coffee in the mornings. the cabin has everything u need & the bathrooms are fantastic (the master shower was to die for)! we really enjoyed our time playing the provided Monopoly deluxe game, cooking & grilling our meals, fishing & loving on the pup that came to guard the porch occasionally. we both fell in love w/ the cabin & did not want to leave! we loved having our own spaces w/ our own tvs & bathrooms, plus a shared area when it was time for quality time together. Shelia was also very kind, & flexible with us on our early arrival. My son said "I could totally live here", that's how homey and comfy it was! TY Shelia! We plan on coming back!

Han and I had a wonderful stay at the cabin. Beautiful place, very peaceful. Kevin was very responsive and friendly. The cabin was in impeccable shape and very clean. Great vineyards and even a drive-thru safari nearby. We would love to visit again.

I stayed 4 wonderful nights at this beautiful beach house. I have never been anywhere that was so quiet. The house is beautiful. Leslie was very flexible with check in, and very kind to work. The view is amazing of the lake with huge 30 to 40 foot trees all around you. I was looking for some peace and serenity and found it there. Book this house. Thank you Leslie for the kind words and your hospitality.

This was our second time to stay at Bob’s place in the guest house. The place is super nice and I recommend highly. The only thing we didn’t enjoy this time was there was another family in the main house that took up the main dock the entire time we were there. The family was super nice and I didn’t feel like it was my place to asked them for some time on that dock. Bob is in the process of building another dock so that will be shored up soon. There will be plenty of room when he is all done. Other than sharing the place with another family you couldn’t ask for a better place. It’s clean and beautiful. Thanks again Bob.

It was difficult to get to, you definitely have to go by the owner’s directions! But once there, the view was amazing!! The grounds are gorgeous. The house was clean and as expected. The bonus playroom/gym was a lot of fun. I do wish there had been soaps/shampoos etc., just remember to bring your own. Other than that it was great! The host is super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was amazing. They were extremely responsive and very accommodating. Looking forward to next year's trip.

We had an amazing time on our 5th wedding anniversary (traditional theme is wood), surrounded by the woods. It’s a very special place, nestled in the piney woods. There was almost as many things to look at in the cabin, with all the art, as there was outside. Very secluded, quiet and peaceful. We’ll have to bring our kiddo next time for the awesome loft!

This was a comfy place to stay with our teen boys. It has a full kitchen with more appliances and pans than we could imagine using in a short stay! The carriage-house is tastefully decorated and suitable for men and boys as well as women (as in not completely covered in cat prints and floral patterns - lol). The hosts, Mike and Barbara, are wonderfully thoughtful and gracious. They took the time to give us a tour of the Manor House. We enjoyed chatting with them.

Shelle & Greg were great hosts. Very friendly and helpful getting us set up to fish as soon as we arrived. The cabin was just as described. Very clean & comfortable. The fishing was a little slow, but that happens. We caught several small bass and had a very relaxing weekend. The scenery was amazing.

The place was amazing sitting outside enjoying the view while also enjoying this cozy cottage 10/10 from me.
