Fantastic find, close to A&M. The condo is in pristine condition, super clean. We had zero problems and already have return dates set.

A great place to stay for larger groups. Close to surrounding attractions, many restaurants, and A&M. The hosts are responsive and provided any/all information needed. Was an amazing stay!

This was a perfect stay for our daughter’s graduation. It’s located in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Was large enough to accommodate 3 generations with plenty of privacy. Will definitely come back to stay here on our next visit!

I would highly highly recommend staying at David's property. The space was exactly as described. We loved the separate bedrooms upstairs with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked, and we took advantage of the living room and outdoor living space to relax. David was very responsive to questions that we had and was very communicative and quick to respond. I would definitely stay at David's house the next time I'm in College Station. Location was perfect as it was close to everything.

The place was a beautiful home. We truly loved our stay and all the amenities were amazing. The backyard is beautiful. David was a great host and we will definitely be back if we get the chance.

We live locally and we rented the home for a graduation party. We set up a taco bar. The kids swam. We had plenty of space to get dressed to leave. After graduation everyone got to swim again. There was lots of seating and space. It was perfect.

The house was very well equipped, it had everything we needed. The house is prettier than the pictures, the backyard is super nice!

Our family had such a lovely stay at Sonia’s house! She has the gift of hospitality with so many thoughtful touches, such as plenty of cozy throws, a well-stocked coffee bar and fresh flowers! She even had kind extras waiting for us such as cold drinks and milk and creamer. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of towels, hot water, and fantastic water pressure. Loved the roomy living space to relax and hang out as a family together. 5 star stay!

Excellent stay for us as we were attending a birthday party for the weekend. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and they all were stocked with soap and shampoo. Kitchen was stocked with all types of coffees as well. Very clean unit and would highly recommend it.

What a very special house! Our family and friends celebrated my son’s ring dunk and 21st birthday. He is a first generation Aggie and all of the grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles, etc. came to celebrate this special weekend. Julio was such an awesome host and did everything he could to accommodate us. The house was perfect for a large group and we can’t wait to come back again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Nicole’s place! The house was clean, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities were fantastic, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor hangout area with the fireplace—it was so relaxing to sit by and unwind. The place was also very spacious, with plenty of beds for everyone and two bathrooms, which made everything convenient. The instructions provided on the whiteboard were clear and helpful, and we really appreciated that each room had a sticker with the WiFi username and password—such a thoughtful touch that made connecting our devices super easy! Parking was also a breeze, with a wide space that easily accommodated our vehicles. Plus, Nicole was very responsive and accommodating, answering all our questions promptly, which made our stay even smoother. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

This place exceeded our expectations! It is every bit of character and comfort as was viewed online, if not more! Perfect for entertaining. Tons of kitchen items, serving dishes, games to play and lovely outdoor terrace out back. We would definitely come back again!!

John has a lovely home that is easy to find and is well situated to get around. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Would highly recommend.

This was a wonderful stay for a long weekend celebrating my daughter’s birthday. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Large kitchen and seating for meals. Private land with a pond and lots of walking trails. Ten minute quaint walk to Lake Somerville through a quiet neighborhood. Host was excellent at communicating and had the house very user friendly. We stayed to visit Round Top and the drive was a bit far but worth the pricing, and the view along the way was amazing in the spring with all of the bluebonnets.

Super cute house! Very country! We attended our son's wedding at their other event space (which is fantastic!) and this was a great spot to stay. Had grandparents with us and kids, so the Murphy beds were great. Great big kitchen and living space so people weren't on top of each other. Well stocked with appliances in the kitchen. Would've loved another bathroom for the number of people, but it was such a great house.

The place was good - above all Cheyenne was extremely helpful when we needed to check in last minute and late at night due to a cancellation at our original stay. I cannot thank you enough for coming to our rescue! The house had a great backyard and space for everyone.

We felt right at home the moment we walked in . Stephanie went above and beyond and even had some graduation decorations and cake for our daughter. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay including extra blankets, pillows, air mattress for our college sons and snacks and drinks . We are so sad we just came across this listing her final weekend of college . But we will be back again for some A&M football games. Thank you again for the wonderful stay.

Perfect spot for graduation weekend. 10 mins to and from Reed Arena even with all the extra traffic in town. Live Marcille’s place as usual!

We enjoyed our stay and will look to stay there again next time we visit Texas A&M.
