The villa is so comfortable and nicely decorated. Beautiful location. We love sitting on the patio. Katie is so easy to work with. Highly recommend this villa. This is our second stay and we will definitely stay there again.

Our family celebrated graduation at Kristen's place and it was perfect! Kristen communicated with excellent instructions, we had ZERO issues. She also checked in to see how everything was and the only thing we asked about were landscape lights around the pool area, which she immediately checked on and made them the college colors for graduation too! The pool was such a highlight to enjoy along with the backyard. The landscaping was so pretty. The house was clean and spacious for us rest and relax. It exceeded our expectations!

This was a perfect place for all of us girls to get together to celebrate my sisters wedding. We each had plenty of space and lots of room to be together. The pool and outdoor area was wonderful and we really loved gathering there to just hang out. She made sure there was lots of amenities incase we forgot anything like toothbrushes, Tupperware, shampoo, etc. Communication was very easy too before our stay and she even helped by leaving a cooler for us since we were flying in and needed one for our day out. We had everything we needed and more! I would for sure stay again and would recommend anyone thinking about staying here to book as well! Thank you Polo for a trip to remember!

David was amazing from the beginning. We stayed at his place to look at Charlotte as a possibility to move next year. David gave us recommendations and told us about some houses for sale nearby. There was a bottle of wine at perfect temperature for us, he gave us recommendations to eat and even let our dogs stay at the bnb so that we could celebrate my husband’s birthday. Everything was clean and organized. The bed and couch are very comfy and the pool looked to be clean (we didn’t get in). I dont have enough good things to say about our experience. One of the best bnbs we have stayed in a while. Thank you David!

Linda Beth was an excellent host! The place was well decorated, clean and close to restaurants and the lake. She was extremely friendly and was super responsive to all our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Kate's is such a wonderful and kind host, so thoughtful and considerate. We were dealing with the passing of a very well loved family member and needed to all be together during this tough time. Kate's warm welcome and detailed, thoughtful instructions made our stay in her house so comforting. Upstairs bedrooms included the beautiful master suite, elegant bathroom and a bonus room with childrens toys and games. The main level included another bedroom and bathroom, so appreciated after long days of travel. Great, fully equipped spotlessly clean kitchen, stocked for guests with K cups & ground coffee. Kate also had a collection of toys and games for kids, toddlers and even babies in the under-the-stairs closet. But sadly we were so busy I missed seeing them until after the baby, five year old and their mamas and daddies went home. The house has a lovely backyard, lots of outdoor seating. Blooming red azaleas when were there made for beautiful family photos. Great park, short walk away.

This tiny home is in such a convenient location and very clean! Feels very private for being in a neighborhood. The inside is small but well appointed, and the deck, hot tub area, and rest of the grounds made the stay fun and enjoyable. The snacks and waters were a nice touch. Recommend!

The host was incredibly friendly and quick to respond to all our questions and concerns. I highly recommend this spot for anyone seeking a relaxed, spacious, and tidy place to stay!

Place is great, super clean. I did not memorized well the check out time, we were so exited to enjoy Shakira’s concert that we checked out late.

Amazing home. We were there on an annual disc golf trip and the house was about 50 yards to Hole 15 basket, absolutely perfect. Very clean home and instructions to find were spot on. We will be back!

We stayed at Peyton's home for 4 days for a college graduation. The home was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Maintenance was definitely spot on as we were there when the home was being sprayed for mosquitos (something we do at our own home and really appreciated). Check in was easy, and we were able to check in early. The home was very comfortable, and we appreciated the pool table and hot tub amenities. We'll definitely be staying at this home again if it's available!

Enjoyed our stay here while visiting family in Charlotte. Very cute house and neighborhood was quiet and very convenient to downtown and to Concord where we made several trips. Nice bathroom and shower with plenty of clean towels and linens. Tight fit with king bed in bedroom but bed was so comfortable! Easy to check in and house was very clean! Would definitely stay again.

This property is as advertised. Great location no matter where you are visiting in Charlotte. Easy access to I-485 and I-77 and most anything you want within a three mile radius. Joy was great as well!
