Beautiful condo with all the amenities and views of the Charlotte skyline. You overlook the Truist Baseball field and can see the Panthers stadium. You are next to Bearden Park for convenience for dogs. The place is immaculately clean and the front desk employees are very friendly and helpful. Also a saltwater pool with a city skyline view. There is a dog cleaning station. I just loved the location where you can walk to any restaurant or popular site seeing locations uptown.

I loved my stay here! It was a lot bigger than I thought. There was an air fryer, microwave, seasoning, Keurig & coffee pods , etc. it made a 5 night stay feel just like home. The area is very quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. So was the couch. Downtown Kannapolis had a lot of little bars, and restaurants. And it’s very convenient to get around. The smart TV made it easy to login into Netflix and enjoy the downtime. Would definitely stay here again ! Thank you!

Gregory’s place was beautiful and he had in depth instructions as well as a book catered to activities. I will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Brian's. A quiet home in a great area, walkable to the Greenway just a few blocks away which we love. The home is really well equipped with every necessity you need plus a peaceful back yard. Brian responded quickly to any questions. Highly recommend and we would definitely rent again.

Was here for work with a large group everything was amazing very close to shopping centers.

Thank you Linda for being a perfect host. We visited during the Thanksgiving holiday and your place made us feel like we had never left home. The home was comfortable and tucked away in a little haven yet close to local stores and restaurants. We especially liked the fire pit area and the fact that your place was pet friendly. Patrick and his co-host were great, easy to communicate with, and quick to respond. The house was clean and well equipped.

My stay was great. The home was clean with only minor cosmetic issues. Even though it is a duplex (so you share a wall with the “neighbors”), we could not hear the other guests at all throughout the home. Bria is kind and professional and responds to all questions pretty much immediately. The only thing I did not like about the home is related to the area. There is a train nearby that operates at odd hours. I am a light sleeper, so I was the only one to hear its horn blaring for a few seconds around 2 am and then again at 9:30 am.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Fort Mill. Antoinette was super responsive and communicative. Bedrooms are spacious with extra comfy bedding ( I just ordered the same comforter because I liked it so much!). Great kitchen, spacious downstairs. Had everything we needed. We have family in town so we would definately stay here again.

Great place and very cozy!

We were in Charlotte for me to have major surgery. I am also in a wheelchair. The condo is very wheelchair accessible, wide doorways, room to turn around in bathroom. I ran into one minor problem, the bedroom sides of the bed were not wide enough for my wider wheelchair so i couldn't park right at the head of the bed, we made the foot of the bed the head for our stay and it worked out great. Everything else was great. We would definitely stay there again.

Second time staying here and would again! A lot of restaurants/ coffee shops to be able to walk too.

Great location close to everything so glad I picked this spot! It was fun getting in you just got to pay attention to detail😁to me it made me feel more safe to know it’s not easy to get into the building. I would suggest a safe and a closer spot for the key fob(higher level placement closer to gate level). Besides that I will book at this same location whenever I come back to charlotte. I recommend parking your car in the garage and take an uber very low fares because your close to everything because the parking can be expensive downtown.

Kim's home was amazing! Fully stocked, very clean, and felt just like home. Kim was also very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Davidson.

This condo is true to the pictures. Very classy and well maintained. It’s in a fantastic location and Jeremy is a sheer joy to deal with. Highly recommend and hope to return in the very near future!

We found the condo as pictured, very bright, clean, and welcoming. We had no problems gaining entry with the code provided ahead of check-in. The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of quality toilet paper, towels, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Additional supplies, including bedding, were available in the laundry room and closets. The hosts clearly communicated ahead of our stay and were gracious enough to allow us to check in an hour early to accommodate the arrival of our flight. Do be aware that there are two long flights of wooden stairs to climb up to the third floor entry and you will have to carry your luggage/bags. There is no elevator so keep this in mind if you have difficulties carrying or climbing. The kitchen does have a coffee maker and plates, cups, utensils, however, you will have to supply your own coffee, sugar, water.

Edward is a wonderful host. I have stayed at several of his properties. He always responses promptly to all questions. I highly recommend him.

Where do I even begin, first the communication between Sylena & I was amazing! Any questions I had were answered both professionally & promptly. I’ve been to multiple airbnbs before but never have i ever been to an airbnb that felt exactly like home, and never have I ever had such a wonderful interaction with a host the way I did with Sylena. She was sympathetic towards me and my family wanting a late check out, and allowed us to do so. She also made sure anything that we needed, we had. The location was convenient about 8 minutes from uptown and it was surrounded by many food places. I will definitely be booking with Sylena again, 1000/10 recommended. It would be selfish of me not to share how amazing my experience was.. however; it’s first come first serve lol so not everybody run at once, but RUN AND BOOK WITH WITH HER NOW!! :)
