5 Stars – A Beautiful and Relaxing Stay! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us! The house was spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for our family. The peaceful neighborhood and stunning views made it feel like a true getaway. Our son had a blast fishing off the dock, while we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The host was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the fish weren’t biting, but that’s nature! Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this home to others.

We loved staying here! The kids loved the pool and the house was great! The neighborhood was quiet. It was located close to everything we needed.

We had a wonderful experience at this home! The host was friendly and responsive. We arrived later in the night and they had a few lights left on for us to find the house. The house was spacious and had board games and pool toys for kids.

The first thing I have to say is, I was close to giving up on Airbnb‘s altogether due to having a couple bad experiences and being told one thing and it not happening so I have to admit I was pretty skeptical from the beginning, but Michael was a wonderful host. Communication was great. The house was absolutely beautiful and it was just like in the pictures. We were there for a wedding. My family can’t wait to stay there again. While we were there, we checked out a few of the restaurants that were suggested and went to downtown Cape Coral and went to a cute little boutique called Simply Golden and my husband loved it because there was a great cigar bar right across the street. I would highly recommend this place. Can’t wait till our next stay. Thank you Michael!!!!

This house was fantastic. Obviously well thought out. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook right down to the electric kettle. Loved the outside bathroom off the pool. Decor is upgraded. Ceiling fans were beautiful.The personal office was a nice touch. Hasan and Hazel were wonderful with communicating and very receptive to any inquiries. We had a wonderful stay and we will definitely be repeat guests.

Dennis and Stacey’s house was perfect for our group of 8 adults. We had plenty of space to spread out inside, but especially loved the dining/living areas in the lanai! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, kayaking, and fishing off the dock. We also rented a boat and were given clear instructions on where to dock, which was perfect. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return one day!

Absolutely breathtaking view and gorgeous updated home! Owner was extremely receptive and communicative!! Gorgeous gorgeous home!! The breeze was amazing!!!!!

Stayed for a long weekend with my wife. The pool was the perfect temp, everything was clean, and we really enjoyed our stay. We liked that there was some stuff furnished like condiments and other little things that are not always fun to buy just for a weekend trip. Would stay again and would recommend! Very nice place

This was an amazing stay for us. The home was just as described. Actually better! Hot tub that was attached to heated pool was perfect. The pool powder room was a great detail. All the bedrooms were perfect. A bathroom attached to each of them was key. A great holiday break for our family. Thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We own a business and looking for some much needed relaxation time. The home was perfect for us. The patio and pool area were beautiful and we stayed out there all day long most days. The master bed was so comfortable and the master bath, especially the shower, was fabulous. We often take quick weekend trips out of town whenever we need a little break and we will definitely look for availability in the future.

Our stay was fantastic!! The property is very well kept and has everything you could ever need. The space is modern but has a cozy feel! The pool was a perfect space to hang out, chill and have fun, both day and night! We really appreciated the ability to control the temp of the hot tub! There is plenty of space for the whole family (or friends) to spread out with great gather places too! We would love to return and stay again!

We had an amazing stay. Enjoyed hot tub, pool, laying in sun on loungers, grilling, playing billiards, sitting by fire…really the full deluxe package for a father sun fishing trip. Amazing!

We had a fantastic stay in Cape Coral and the Villa was absolutely stunning and spacious, bright and very well equipped with everything you need. We also made very good use of the amazing heated pool, hot tub, and the pool table. We also enjoyed very much the outdoor terrace, with the dinning table and the outdoor TV. Brigitte is a fantastic host and was always attentive and quick to respond to any need we had. Thank you again for your great hospitality Brigitte. We felt very comfortable and had an amazing time at your villa and will definitely come back.

Renee was an amazing host. I was coming to here with transferring from a residence that was not as I expected. Renee came my families rescue and allowed us to move in right away. She was very gracious and willing to work with me. She helped me enjoy the rest of our vacation. The moment I walked into her residence I felt at ease and at home. I would definitely stay here again. I am very thankful to her for saving my vacation.

Marie is a great host. She messaged to make sure that we had everything we needed. The house is beautiful and the pictures are exactly as advertised. We had seven guests for dinner and there was plenty of room for entertaining. The only negative is that if you bring your dogs, it’s hard walking them. There are no sidewalks and the street is busy. Other than that, the place was perfect for us. We booked seven days but stayed just a couple of nights due to Hurricane Milton. We plan to return during spring of 2025.

The house we reserved was better than expected and everything was immaculate. Neil, the property manager responded right away when we called about a broken vaccum cleaner. Excellent response time and very professional. Unfortunately a thunderstorm damaged the AC and it couldn't be fixed right away, but Sean moved us right away to an even larger house. He even reimbursed us a day for our having to move and the night without AC. We definitely would rent from Sean again.

This home was amazing! Very clean upon arrival and the communication was amazing. Any questions were answered very quickly and was all very helpful. The only issue we had was the neighbors. They have no care for privacy whatsoever. Random people walking up to the backyard late at night just to “chat” can feel a little off putting and overwhelming at times. Other than the neighbors just being a little too “friendly” at times it’s an amazing house in a nice little neighborhood. Definitely would stay again even with the neighbors, only reason it was mentioned is because we personally aren’t much of social people and we just like our own private time… everyone is different with how they like to socialize and the neighbors seem like they just genuinely enjoy meeting new people who stay in the house!

Location was perfect! Beautiful sunsets, close to downtown. Pool is great. Comfortable beds. Franz was a great, responsive host. We would definitely stay again!

Mike and Catherine were the perfect hosts and their home in Cape Coral was perfect for our stay with our children and grandchildren. The house has 3 separate wings, each with a bathroom so everyone has privacy. The kitchen is fully supplied with nice appliances. The poolside pool table was a fun nighttime activity for the grownups. The private pool added a sense of safety in the middle of the pandemic. The grandkids loved it. And Mike and Catherine were very responsive whenever we had a question or concern. We hope to return for another family vacation

Adam’s place suited our needs and we felt right at home. The video games and the pool were great. The extras like the coffee/creamers etc were also appreciated.

Great place right at the crux of Sanibel/Fort Myers beach. Excellent amenities and ample room for a large family. Views of the pond with fountain from the pool are a plus! Would absolutely recommend this spot!
