Vacation rentals with a kayak in Cape Coral

Jon’s home is the perfect getaway. The home was warm and welcoming. Instructions and expectations were clear and reasonable. The home was impeccably clean and comfortable. The king size bed was a surprising treat, far more comfortable than the Hyatt. All the amenities were exactly as specified and Jon will supply you with an entire vacation’s worth of information. If you like fishing, you’ll enjoy the pontoon dock just out the back door. The community is so friendly and doing an amazing job of rebuilding after Ian. We were happy to help bring in tourism money. It was such a great getaway.

Chris was hands down the most responsive and proactive host ever. House was clean and the amenities and house matched the photos. Fishing was good. Nearby restaurants were good. We will definitely be back.

Carina was an amazing host and communicated well! Her place is located in the perfect spot on the water: not too far from restaurants, grocery store, etc. We would enjoy staying here again!

This is our second time staying here. We love the place, especially the open pool with beautiful surroundings. Scott was responsive to anything we needed. The 70" TV was great too.

We had an amazing stay! The place was immaculately clean—honestly one of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was spotless and so well cared for, which made it feel extra comfortable and relaxing. It is well equipped with everything needed for a stay away from home. The highlight for us was the beautiful pool area and the stunning canal water views—such a peaceful setting, especially in the mornings and evenings. The area is safe and nice for morning and evening runs or walks as well. Merrill was super responsive and made everything easy from start to finish including voluntarily offering a late checkout to accomodate our flight schedule! We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this lovely island retreat to anyone looking for a clean, scenic, and relaxing getaway! Ariani’s is the little Italian restaurant recommended in the hosts guidebook. Make sure to plan on dining there during your stay! Great choice!

Amazing location and spotless house. Todd's house was more spacious than anticipated. House is well-appointed for all needs. Had a great time relaxing at the end of busy days on the dock. Will certainly stay again when I'm visiting family in the area.

I stayed here with my husband and 9 month old and we absolutely loved our stay. View was amazing (especially seeing dolphins in the water), house was beautifully furnished, quiet/relaxing pool area, location was prime (very walkable, especially to the coffee place “Urban Buzz”), and Palmer was very responsive. We were so grateful to be able to check in a little early and enjoy as much time as possible!

The house was clean and comfortable. Felt very homey. Check in was easy.

This is a beautiful home. Well appointed and well maintained. Everything was spotless. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!! The host thought of almost everything. Kayaks, bicycles, pool towels, etc. My only recommendations for improvement would be facial tissues and fans for sleeping. That’s it! That’s all I could think of.

Wow! We loved this house. Great outdoor seating, loved watching the boats come and go. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. Great flat grill for dinners at home. Good restaurant options in the area. Cape Coral is close to so much, but away from traffic. Loads of windows and natural light. Very clean. Highly recommend.

RedAwning was the perfect accommodation for our 3-day fishing trip. We docked the boat directly behind the house, which was equipped with a fish-cleaning station and comfortable outdoor patio. The hosts were friendly and responsive, even offering to replace the coffee maker we were having some trouble with. The house was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped (including complimentary wine and water bottles!). It would have been nice to have a second bathroom, but otherwise it was perfect!

Ernest was great! He was super responsive when we were trying to get the heat to work and was very proactive. He had renovated the place nicely after the area had experienced hurricane damage. The town is still in recovery but the neighbors were friendly when we were walking around. I will note that the current pictures (as of Jan 2025) are not up to date due to the renovations post hurricanes but all of the appliances/repairs are new and clean. and should not pose an issue on booking/staying at this house (i.e. the tiles in the bathroom are now white). We would stay here again!!

We had two families and we both enjoyed our stay! The house was very accommodating for both our families with kids. We all enjoyed the salt water pool and patio. The information binder provided gave clear instructions for our stay and provided many recommendations for restaurants and activities to do. Stu and Cathy were very helpful and even personally check on us during our stay!

Very nice 1 bedroom house in a quiet residential neighborhood. House was well equipped and having a large screen porch was a bonus. Tina responded very quickly to messages and check in was easy with directions and keypad lock.

Absolutely stunning home and property. Every thoughtful touch and amenity and beautiful, comfortable accommodation and scenery. My wife and I had such a peaceful relaxing time we could not be more grateful for the hospitality and the obvious extreme care to detail that the owners have put into this home.

Charles was a great host! He gave us great instructions. He recommended plenty of restaurants along with activities for us to do. His place was absolutely beautiful inside. It reminded me of camping trips we've had. My son had a good time catching catfish from the backyard. The house was very clean. He provided condiments and spices. He had everything well stocked. I'd love to stay here again and I highly recommend Charles's place.
