nice 2 bedroom 2 bath functional space. tucked inside a quiet wooded lot. perfect for my family's 1 night stay during our road trip through the state parks. simple space, very clean, was very comfortable. 10 minutes to town. followed Google GPS to the listed address and it's the smaller single blue house on the lot.

Awesome stay to visit Redwood National Park and the surrounding area of Eureka! The house was so nice to relax and enjoy a sunset off the back porch. The house was clean and felt very safe. My family loved staying here and would absolutely stay again! It was really easy to communicate with the hosts when we had questions as well!

Lovely property. House is very inviting and the huge garden is amazing. My dog enjoyed exploring it with Celine's 2 little dogs. Walkable to trails, within 10 minutes drive to beaches, and 35-70 minutes to various parts of the redwood forests. Huge dog park nearby and Moonstone beach where dogs are allowed off-leash. Celine was friendly and helpful, providing lots of tips on where to eat and visit. She also gave me a can of bear spray when I expressed concern about hiking alone at Redwood National Forest. Would recommend!

We stayed with our two dogs for three nights. The home worked really well for us. The views are stunning and walks to everywhere are right outside the gate. The heating was super quiet and very functional. And the BBQ was clean and worked great!

Great location, ocean view from the deck to enjoy a glass of local wine. Very friendly and responsive hosts. The neighborhood is so quiet that you can fall asleep to the sound of the ocean crashing into the rocks. The house was clean and well equipped. Abundant wildlife roaming the streets. We really enjoyed our stay in a hidden gem of Shelter Cove.

We had a wonderful time at Black Sands Inn! The location was incredible, and the room was very well decorated with comfortable furnishings. There's a cute coffee shop next door and good restaurants nearby. You can't beat the beach access directly from the room. It was a really gorgeous location and a cute little apartment. We wanted to move in and never go home. We'll be back!
