Peace and tranquility do not begin to describe how wonderful Monica’s place was. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived, Monica was very friendly and proactive checking in with us every so often to make sure we didn’t have any questions. The home was clean and very comfortable, my two daughters loved swimming in the pool on the hot days and my wife and I enjoyed sitting in the screen porch hearing the cicadas in the evenings. We had a wonderful time in college station and really enjoyed the relaxation brought in by the peaceful surroundings at Monica’s home.

My family and I were very comfortable and this was a needed haven since we were traveling for a funeral. Peaceful and in a great location for the area. Very affordable as well. The patio and yard was so nice. If back in the area I would definitely stay again and bring some fur babies.

This is a great place if visiting Aggieland. Relatively close to campus. The place was very nice and neat and very well stocked especially in kitchen. We had everything we needed.

We stayed here for several days when we were in town to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from TAMU. The house is very spacious, clean, and Austin was very responsive and attentive. We enjoyed all the outdoor space as well. Highly recommend! We will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. We had everything we needed and more. We celebrated our son’s graduation with friends and family. Everyone commented on how much fun they had here. We played pickle ball, swam, fished, relaxed by the fire in the evenings and more. We will definitely be back and recommend to all our friends. Thank you Kyle and David!
