Centrally located, this efficiency (cottage) is a stone's throw walk or drive to downtown Bryan and just a 15-minute drive to Texas A&M University. 1 queen size bed. 1 bathroom ( shower only) sink, toilet. kitchenette with pot and pans, dishes, silverware, cutlery, etc. A laundromat, a convenience store, and local bus service are directly across the street. Parking is located in the back off Logan Ave. No pets!

The space is freshly renovated & ready to host up to two guests traveling to College Station/Bryan! It is conveniently located 1.5 miles from TAMU - Kyle Field & a close drive to other popular spots in town, including grocery stores and restaurants. Pets are not allowed at The Cottage.
