The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

Tamara's unit 208 was just as it was advertised. Some things that she doesn't mention and she doesn't really need to is that the unit faces east and gets the morning sun. The shades and curtains do a good job blocking the heat and sun when you need them to. The Wi-Fi is very fast. The neighbors are very friendly and they all seem to speak French. The only TV is via Roku. There doesn't seem to be a cable box or an antenna that I could find so you won't get local channels. The kitchen is immaculate and well stocked but I couldn't turn off the ice maker and it makes a lot of noise. One thing that Tamara didn't mention and she should have is that the parking for this unit is in the rear. The driveway to access it is on the right of the building as you face it. I felt that my car was very secure back there. I liked the place so much that I hope to be back soon.

The best a vacation Airbnb so far in my life

We rented all 4 units and everyone agreed this is by far the best airbnb any of us have stayed in. They had basic things most Airbnb don’t have, like tooth brushes, tooth pastes, some cooking spices and oil. They even had things for the beach! We just came from a 7 day cruise and my son said staying at this Airbnb where we could fish from the backyard was even better then are cruise with a lot of his friends. Before we even left, we already booked all 4 units again as my son and I decided we wanted to stay again for our birthdays.

This rental was all that was described and more. The location right on the inner coast was amazing. We felt like there was always a beautiful boat or yacht to see while they cruised by and found it to be very relaxing. The condo was clean and had everything we needed just like a home away from home. Brian was extremely informative and responsive as a host. We loved every minute and will definitely be back to escape the cold Boston weather again next spring!!

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. we came for the F1 race. good spot located conveniently for the stadium and FL airport. place was exactly as advertised. little complicated to get registered, especially after 5p, but instructions were very clear and allowed us to be prepared. Pete communicates thoroughly and answers any questions. place had everything we needed and then some. even some supplies to take to beach if needed. highly recommend! will definitely come back when in town for Dolphins games.

What a joyous 10 days. So many things to utilise in the property - beach chairs/umbrellas etc. kitchen perfectly stocked. Apartment was clean, tidy and had amazing views. Estilita/Desiree responded to questions immediately and shared all the necessary info well in advance. A really lovely experience all in all. We are very grateful!

Jenny was great and so was her apartment. Clean, modern, and had everything you might possibly need. Great location; 2-minute walk to the beach and to the restaurants of Deerfield Beach.

Le was a great host! She went above and beyond throughout our whole trip. The condo is very clean and exactly as described. We enjoyed the direct access to the beach and the pool, as well as the many restaurants nearby. Le has thought about everything and provided everything needed for the beach and more. We will be sure to book this when we return to Miami!

Incredible Stay in Midtown Miami! I had an amazing experience staying at Patrick’s apartment in Midtown Miami. The space was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located. You really can’t beat the convenience and vibe of this area. Patrick is hands down the best host I’ve encountered. He thought of everything to make the stay comfortable, from flip flops and yoga mats to a fully stocked set of toiletries. His attention to detail was impressive and truly elevated the entire experience. Communication was seamless. Patrick was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout. I 100% recommend staying here and would absolutely book again. This is what Airbnb hosting should look like!

Ruth's Midtown unit is right in the heart of the life of Midtown, Miami. Restaurants, amenities, fashion, shopping -- all within easy walking distance. Great getaway for some urban living and endless sunshine! The unit was large, comfy, and fully stocked. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s walkable to the restaurants on Commercial Dr., the beach and Publix! The neighborhood and building itself are very quiet and safe. The unit is well appointed and very clean! Loved having actual cable TV to keep up to date on the news! :) Would definitely stay again!

I will definitely be back! This was the smoothest air bnb process i’ve ever experienced. The host was extremely responsive even though I checked in pretty late which was super appreciated. P.S. The views are incredible! I can’t wait to return for longer next time.

This was a well-kept, nice place that is a condo but quiet enough not to bother me during my stay in terms of road and neighbor noise. When it rains, the skylight is loud. The kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. I stayed for a month by myself, but I think that more than one person staying here might be tough because the bedroom is a loft bedroom and you can hear everything upstairs or downstairs. The sheets on the bed were too small for the bed and were ripped on the corners because of it when I got there. A few of the kitchen bar stool chairs needed fixing. But overall I was very happy with my stay here, it had everything that I needed.
