The location was great! just one house away for the river in the Keys 2 minutes from Circle K and 10 minutes from Walmart. Plenty of space, you could have 20 people in the house and still feel alone. We bought a bunch of floaties (left some for the next guest in the outdoor storage bin) and tied them to the dock and hung out on the water most of the time (IT WAS HOT). We had two jet skis, a Pontoon boat and still lots of room on the Dock to float in the water. The game room/Bedroom on the lower level was a great place to hang out, listen to music, and shoot pool. Vivian was super responsive and accommodating. Only thing I would recommend is you bring beach towels (we did) and go to the house first before shopping. Some Airbnb's have dishwasher pods, laundry soap, foil, zip lock bags etc. and some don't. We left everything we didn't use for the next guest! (of course not food lol) OVERALL, excellent and fun trip we would definitely book again.

When I am looking for a place to rent, my priority (aside from a basic level of cleanliness and comfort) is LOCATION. I like a place that has a view, a vibe, and is close to the action. My wife, on the other hand, values cleanliness, conveniences and the amenities that make a place comfortable. Mike’s place really has it all! The view of the red rock structures from the living room and back porch is stunning. It’s centrally located between upper and west Sedona. You can walk downhill 15 minutes into town. Every hike we wanted to do was no more than a 15-20 minute drive away. The place was also super clean, super comfortable, and had all the amenities my family desired.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! I booked this for a bachelorette trip, and all the girls remarked on how beautiful the home is and how perfect it was for our needs. Several joked about one day buying it to live in themselves! The house was pristine upon arrival and extremely easy to access. The whole process was simple and exactly as Margie described. She was very accommodating and sending packages to the house for our party wasn’t an issue at all. The landscaping in the backyard is vibrant and full of life. In the mornings you can see the sunrise over the camelback mountains. It’s locationally situated well in a very safe area, and nothing besides our hike in Apache Junction was more than 20-25 minutes away. I cannot recommend this place enough! My only regret is not being able to stay longer and enjoy everything the house and city had to offer!

We loved this place! We had numerous family members coming and going throughout the two weeks we stayed for Spring Training. Pool and backyard is beautiful! If it had ONE more bathroom it would have been perfect:) Close proximity to many parks, zoo, Top Golf, etc.

She was flexible with putting our groceries in fridge prior to check-in. Super appreciated that. Super responsive.

Large four bedroom house near hiking and biking trails. Well maintained - everything works. Heater keeps a constant temperature - very comfortable day and night. New refrigerator keeps food fresh. Beautiful views of the mountains.

We enjoyed everything about this place. We looked outside at one point and were watching deer in the yard. We are looking forward to going again!

Great stay, really enjoyed a central location for spring training games, hiking, going to downtown phoenix and so much more. Would love to stay again!

Good overall, some or the bottom floor beds had thin mattresses where you could feel some of the metal bars, and the other people I rented with did say the metal beds in the guest rooms were pretty squeaky. Other then that good overall and everything worked as expected.👍👍👍

We took the family out to Arizona to enjoy 10 days of the desert sun. Sarah was great to deal with in the property was what was represented.

Beautiful scenery surrounding the house. Easy drive to the Grand Canyon. It snowed during our stay. We are not used to snow at all and the property manager made us feel at ease with being able to navigate a safe check out process. Would love to stay in warmer conditions and utilize the backyard amenities. The house is spacious. Party of 6 and we all had our own space.

This place was perfect for our family. The pool and hot tub were the highlights. We were very impressed by the snack bar and items already stocked in the pantry. This helped a ton with our little kids! Kay was always responsive to our questions and made sure our stay was great. I recommend this place to anyone.

Heidi's home was perfect for our family to enjoy time together. We had a wonderful time and the backyard is very relaxing.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Our family of seven was in town for spring break and this was our home base. We made several meals in the house and spent a good amount of time swimming and enjoying the hot tub. Location was great and the home was spotless and wonderful. Would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing stay that fit our party of 8 adults very well. All of the bedrooms were immaculate as well as the rest of the house. Mark is a very caring and responsive host. We were unfortunately unable to use the hot tub pool, but Mark ensured that we were compensated. Overall, an excellent choice to stay if you have a single big family, or you are out with a few couples! Highly recommend!

I rented this place for my family when they were visiting and it was everything and more than what they needed. The pool was great, warm, and very clean. The host was extremely quick to respond to any question.

Excellent place to stay and plenty to keep you entertained. Putting green has great slopes and challenging. Heated pool and a quiet waterfall were excellent. Already booked again 3 weeks for 2026.
