Clean, comfortable private apartment in a well maintained condo building with pool, hot tub and peaceful outdoor spaces (yes you’re definitely near the airport). Nice having washer/dryer to ourselves. Walkable to ASU, restaurants, brewery and Tempe beach park. Nice that there were cooking seasonings to help with the meals we decided to make. We were very happy with our stay.

Angela and Alicia’s place was overall great! The location is perfect as it’s close to grocery stores, liquor stores, gas stations, you name it. Only about a 5 min drive to Laughlin Strip. The greatest thing about this place is the private beach, we had it to ourselves and just had fun with music etc. Finally, Angela was very attentive and was so kind as well.

The pool is amazing very large and the water is nice and warm. The condo is well stocked. There was coffee and snacks and some basic spices for cooking. The gas grill works great . The kitchen is small but it was not an issue for us. We had a wonderful stay.

The property is absolutely stunning. While we were there Sedona got an unexpected amount of snow, shutting down the road into town. Troy went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and enjoyed ourselves. We were able to take a beautiful snowy hike behind the property, then warmed up in the jacuzzi and ended our night with a home cooked meal inside the loft. The next morning Troy had the driveway cleared and ready for us to depart as soon as the roads opened back up. Troy was also very informative, he knows the area very well and was great at recommending places to go. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

This home was gorgeous, so spacious and the view of the Colorado River was spectacular, we are definitely coming back. Jamie was extremely nice, very responsive to all our questions with detailed instructions of what we needed to do we loved it, super comfortable huge kitchen huge bedroom comfortable bed, super clean

Shirley was great and so hospitable. We had a great time and although we had unforeseen trip circumstances, Shirley went above and beyond what would be expected of a host. She was so helpful and her place was perfect for what we needed for our trip. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The house was so clean. The backyard was gorgeous. Provided lots of towels and incidentals. The lighting in the house was so bright and cheery. Recommend this to anyone!

GORGEOUS HOME ! Pictures don’t make it justice. My friends and I felt at home staying here. The beds were comfortable, very clean bathrooms, hot water, and well stocked house. Just like described. I personally really liked the big windows looking at the backyard and the creek next to the house. It was so peaceful to listen to as well. Also, Carin and Jonathan were amazing hosts! They are very attentive and are ready to help with anything. I would love to go back to Sedona and stay here again! 10/10 recommend!!

Mark was very nice. He called before check-in went over everything. It was refreshing and not stressful at all. The place was perfect for my family and I. The river being your backyard is a dream. House was great for a weekend stay. Right on the water, private dock houses a boat and wave runners. House was clean and well stocked. Ryan was friendly, responsive, and easy to reach. Thanks for hosting us! We’d love to come back!

The house was fantastic! Right on the water and centrally located in the area we were staying in. The house was very roomy, clean, and comfortable. It had all of the essentials for an Airbnb and the patio on the water was fantastic!

Fran is one of the most responsive hosts we have ever found. Extremely friendly and helpful. Her unit was exceptionally clean with all the amenities a renter would want. Fran's place is well decorated and homey. As a side note, the river was way down in January 2025.

Beautiful, clean home. Great host that answered any questions promptly. Nice neighbors and location was perfect for what we needed. We didn’t do any cooking or preparing food but kitchen appeared to be completely stocked for anything you would need to do so.

It was so comfortable to stay in Lorraine's place. You will not regret at all.

Lili's condo on the lake was spotless, fully stocked with the necessities, quiet, peaceful, and located close to restaurants and other shopping. Lili was great to work with, friendly, and she quickly responded to my questions and comments. I would definitely rent this place again.

Great place to stay!! Very clean and secure. Lots of stuff in the kitchen to make meals. Beds were very comfortable and nice hot showers. We didn’t do any activities on the property but there is a lot to do if we had more time. Had to communicate some with the owners and they were prompt and very friendly. I will definitely stay here again!!

We came to paul and karen for the Thanksgiving holiday and to visit my mother who lives close by . The goal was to escape the holiday/family craziness at our leizure and also have a comfy quiet retreat. That's exactly what we got! It was very comfortable and accomodating, my daughter appreciated the washer and dryer, my fiance the comfy bed and i was happy with a good recliner and full channel tv. Trying to organize 14 people at a restaurant on Thanksgiving is stressful and paul and karens place worked out perfect. I definitely recommend it. For the price, it cant be beat.

Everything about this place was perfect very clean and comfortable well stocked easy to find easy to use the keyless entry and the location was so close to everything, restaurants, shopping the London Bridge!
