I can gladly recommend Eric’s place. The suite at Eric’s home is a very nice, spacious, convenient, safe place to stay. The footprint of the suite is quite large, and high ceilings make it feel even larger. It has a full, large kitchen, and you have access to full-sized washer and dryer. The home to which the suite is attached is in an upscale, very safe-feeling neighborhood. It is less than five minutes from I-10, with easy access to the airport (15-20 minutes), downtown (20-25), the Angels’ spring stadium (15 minutes), Arizona State University (15 minutes), and wherever else you might want to go. An entrance to the South Mountain trail system is two blocks from the home. (PSA: if you plan to do even minimal hiking or biking on any of the desert trails in the area, make sure you have a map app like AllTrails to help with retracing your steps to the entrance.)

Lovely, self-contained apartment. Lots of space. Kitchen very well stocked, even spices, cooking oil and vinegar. Games like monopoly and scrabble were a nice touch, though we spent our time outside. Would love to come back.

Had a great stay for first time in Phoenix at Liz’s Airbnb. Apartment was comfortable, on quiet street and conveniently located to restaurants and Convention Center. Liz was very helpful throughout our stay and gave us great tips and restaurant recommendations.

This place was perfect for our little birthday/ new years getaway. The space was cozy and had all the amenities we could've wanted, the Jacuzzi was perfect, and there were two of the friendliest cats hanging around giving us the perfect dose of cuteness. The space had everything we needed for cooking and just hanging out for cozy nights in. Next time we are in town we plan to book here again because we loved it!

Liz has put the most thought and care to an Airbnb that I have seen since using the app. The attention to detail, cleanliness and amenities made me feel right at home. The guest suite was very cozy, with plenty of space in both bedroom and bathroom. Absolutely perfect stay, 10/10. Could not recommend enough.

This is a GREAT place! Really well put together, and in a great neighborhood. We stayed for Spring Training, and the place was very close to everything we wanted. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay as long as you have a car. Street parking is easy and access to the backyard and pool was great. Hosts were always responsive if we needed something. Would definitely stay again for Spring Training in March or summer to use the pool

We had a lovely one night stay at Michaelette's. The space was clean, cozy, and had many thoughtful touches including filtered water, fruit from their trees, as well as toiletries. We would happily stay here again :)

Marcela has covered all the bases in making this space available and inviting for guests. It's a roomy and nicely furnished place. Everything is super clean and she has thoughtfully considered details. She's responsive and prompt in communication. The more economical price is likely due to the fact that one must get running water either outside on the patio or in the bathroom.

Mom and I like to visit Lake Havasu City for Xmas last 3 years. Our usual location was booked so we decided on Kolleen's Casita, and we were very satisfied! The location is on the south side of town. We were not familiar with the area, but its quiet and feels safe. The Casita is very nice, from the kitchen to the bathroom it feels like its been updated recently. The separate bedroom and murphy bed layout was fantastic! Both beds are very comfy! Plenty of natural lighting with french doors and a sky light. With all the numerous amenities here, the price cannot be beat. The putting green was a nice touch. Kollen is very thorough and responds quickly to text messages. There are rules and guidelines posted everywhere. I find this refreshing as I'm detail oriented myself. We had a very good time. I think for us, we would prefer a location closer to town. However, we would consider Kolleen's Casita in the future!

Jagjot’s place in Gilbert was great! Exactly what we needed, plus more! Clean, comfortable, and spacious. The neighborhood is very nice, and we were able to take a fitness walk around. Restaurants and shopping are just a short drive away. I have already tried to book again, but the dates I need were not available. I would stay here again!

Petronella and Jorja were so responsive to our needs we stayed for a whole month so it seemed like we kept asking for things, but they always willingly took care of us. It’s a small space for people to stay for a whole month, but we made it work with their help and had a really good time in Yuma.

This stay was awesome! We loved the place and all of the amenities. It was a great place to relax and they had everything that we needed. We recommend staying here if you want a peaceful getaway weekend!

This property was without a doubt the best place I’ve booked. The place was nicer than some hotels I’ve been too. Looked exactly like the photos. Extremely clean and organized. Our trip was cut short unfortunately but the host was super friendly, responsive, and professional. Have no hesitation in booking this property. I would without a doubt stay here again. Super nice! Great place to stay, very central location in walking distance to many places.

We were very happy with our accommodations. It was extremely clean and looked like the pictures. The furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Jessica and Alvin are very nice and friendly. They were very quick to respond to a few questions we had. We enjoyed seeing the goats and loved the 3 baby goats. We would definitely stay here again when we come back next year.

We stayed in Von’s apartment within a house for a month. Completely private with its own entrance in a very nice quiet neighborhood conveniently located to a bunch of stuff to keep you busy! Place had a fairly well stocked kitchen, large shower, and a comfy bed. Host was also very responsive to our requests. Nice place!
