We loved staying in Joshua’s fifth wheel so much, we came back for seconds! The location is tranquil and feels like a remote nature preserve yet is still walkable to all the charms and conveniences in Old Town Cottonwood. Not to mention the host! Affable and worldly - he was fun to chat with! We hope to come again soon for round three!

This was our fifth time staying at Patty’s place! If you’re looking for an out of the way, peaceful and unique experience Running Rabbit Acres is the place. Patty has so many recommendations for hiking, restaurants and places to explore in Tucson. The sunsets are amazing right outside your airstream! And Patty is just so much fun and very respectful of your privacy. I have come to consider her a friend after staying there over the years. You will not be disappointed!

The location was perfect and Janna and Mike were wonderful hosts. I absolutely loved the space and can’t wait to go back with my son who will love the fire pit and chasing the wildlife. I love how beautiful and peaceful it is there. If you want to do some urban camping in a great, private, safe and peaceful location this is a must see. I also bought some produce on the way out! :-)

The Glamper was in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything.

I’m a repeat customer The setting is beautiful. The Rv, a different one from last time is tastefully decorated in Southwest style, just right, not too much. Since last year the ornamental landscaping with native plants is great, or maybe I didn’t notice last year. Nature trails are pleasant to walk. Sunrise and sunsets are beautiful. I made a quick visit to the clubhouse. Very nice. If I could stay longer, many books I’d be interesting in reading.

This was a great option for staying in the Sedona area (though we specifically wanted to be in Cornville, and the location could not have been better for us). Timothy was a great host and the RV was exactly as described.

Close to everything Pine! Coming from the Arizona trail this was a great place to rest, close to laundry and resupply. Peggy was very accommodating!

This place is a hidden gem with such beautiful views. I love that is pet friendly and fully equipped. This is the perfect location to escape from the city and deeply connect with the peaceful desert. Our hosts were super flexible and attentive. We will definitely be back. 🐶💙🩷

While we did not stay in the #10 camper due to an unexpected last-minute repair being done, this host took care of us and accommodated us in another larger cabin, which was a wonderful experience. Thanks so much for a great stay!

The camper was a nice place to stay for my wife, 2 kids (2 & 4) and I. It wasn't to far from Sedona and Cottonwood was a nice little town away from commotion of Sedona. The place was nice and in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!

We booked a trailer from Steve for our 4 night stay in Sedona. When we arrived at the RV park, we were so impressed with the accommodations. Not only was the interior perfect for our family of four, but the outdoor kitchen that was set up was amazing! We felt so at home and enjoyed our stay. We would book again with this host in a heartbeat! Seriously one of our best airbnb experiences to date!

Tessa’s camper offers a unique experience for those who have never been in one. Her reviews are positive, and her descriptions of the entire property is accurately explained.. We are always grateful to host who allow us to bring our small dogs. Tessa is a great host who communicates with you in a timely manner. We appreciate her feedback.

I loved how quiet and peaceful the RV was, tucked in an incredibly beautiful desert landscape. I slept with the windows open, letting the cool night air filter in, and I got great sleep! Even though Vanessa’s house is right behind the RV (which made me feel very safe) the RV still feels very private. Vanessa’s partner greeted me upon my arrival and they weee both very responsive and attentive hosts.

The RV was exactly as pictured! no views really accept a fence around it and other people literally right next to it. No one bothered us or anything and everyone was very nice!! Great Kitchen and living area!! Will use again in the future.

We had a lovely stay! Celeste kindly welcomed us in person and showed us around. The space was cozy, quiet, and welcoming. Nice backyard outside. Loved the shower. Awesome spot!!

Amazing place, amazing host! My buddy and I were on a road trip and decided to book this place. It was surreal, quiet, and very clean — the perfect spot for us to stay. We went on a short morning hike with the host and got to meet the horses and dogs. We’ll definitely come back here again with the kids! 😊

Loved the teepee, and the area was very quiet and peaceful! There was little to no light pollution, so the stars out there were gorgeous. I loved having the ability to light a fire in the teepee for the crisp nights, and the proximity to downtown Cottonwood was amazing. There was plenty to see and do in the area, and it was a fantastic place to stay if you're looking to not pay an arm and a leg inside the Sedona area. Vicky was so responsive at all hours and extremely kind. So grateful we found this nugget of gold!

Absolutely loved, cute little get away for the hubs and I. We got upgraded to the newer airstream which we were so grateful for, the snow was a plus but definitely so cold so the electric heating was perfect! We definitely would book again.

Wonderful area for a relaxing getaway! The RV is well equipped and nicely furnished, very clean and in good shape. The yard is spacious and private. The highway noise is a little loud sometimes, but not too bad. The nearby creek provides a nice place to walk and relax.
