Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Anchorage

Very nice stay in one side of Kris and Hal's duplex. This is a great location in Anchorage - walking distance from a nice market/coffee shop, downtown Anchorage with many places to eat and drink, and a short walk to the beautiful coastal trail for walking, biking, skiing. The two of us were very comfortable, felt nicely welcomed by Kris and Hal, and enjoyed the quiet, peaceful apartment with a cozy gas fireplace. Highly recommend this place and location in Anchorage!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect with easy access to restaurants and activities. We have stayed in several different Airbnb's and this one is our overall favorite. Thank you for helping to make our spring break a memorable one.

Ashleigh was a wonderful host - she went above and beyond with the amenities provided (both the bathroom and kitchen were stocked!). We truly enjoyed our stay, 10/10 would recommend.

Great little house, cozy and near raspberry road so close access to lots of favorite things. The electric fireplace is cozy and warm perfect for the relaxing evenings on the couch.

Very convenient location - easy access to/from Denali, Seward, the airport. More spacious than the pictures convey. Unanticipated extras in the fridge on arrival. Kids spotted a moose in the front yard.

Teals place was clean, centrally located and spacious. It was quiet and everything worked like it was suppose to. When I had a little trouble with the TV she was quick on the solution. We’ll be back up in Anchorage in 6 weeks for anther round of doctors appointments and would definitely like to stay again.

Hennie & John's place was exactly as advertised. My wife and I enjoyed having a cozy place to rest after long days exploring the greater Anchorage area. The house was conveniently located near the airport and it was not hard to reach any of the destinations we needed to access. John was very helpful during our stay and even lent me an ice scraper for my car since my rental did not have one. We would recommend this place for anyone needing a warm cozy apartment to stay during their time in Anchorage.

Joe gives a quick response. He gets back when you in a timely manner and is super flexible. I ended up needing to extend my stay which he did for me. I’d recommend Joes anytime.

Place super clean very nice.Just like what you saw on the photos. I would 💯 recommend their place to anyone. The location was nice, and quite it wasn't what I expected to be from outside. But the moment I walked in, it made me feel like at home nice, clean, and cozy. If u are looking for a place in Alaska. Check them out.Won't be disappointed!

Teresa was an amazing host and the suite was wonderful in every way! We loved how clean, safe, spacious and welcoming the space was. The heated garage was a huge plus and we were close enough to explore the downtown area and shops. This is a 5 star plus Airbnb.

Our stay at Dan’s place was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Good location if you are visiting Anchorage area attractions. Beds are confortable. Washer and dryer are a bonus. Place was clean. Internet has good speeds. Note that there are upstairs neighbors in this building. Not a deal breaker, but they decided to do laundry at 5:00AM on a Saturday morning.

Felt right at home and the location was convenient for everything I needed. Steph was helpful and responsive. The sunset view was spectacular.

The condo was just perfect for our time in Girdwood with the resort close-by. The gas stove (fireplace) made the place warm and cozy, and I appreciated the abundance of kitchen amenities. It was perfect for us (a couple).

Everything was communicated clearly and set up to make for a welcoming and easy stay at Sky's place. The location is convenient to everything but still peaceful, especially with the view out over the water. Sky was a gracious host and we so appreciated how welcomed we felt!

The condo was right in the downtown area and was about a 5 to 10 minute walk to numerous restaurants and activities. Very close to the museum and the visitors center. Jana gave great recommendations on restaurants! Very clean and spacious are within condo.
