Vacation rentals with breakfast in Anchorage

This place was great…super comfy and cozy, beds were comfy, hot tub was a great amenity after a long day out and about exploring. And the views were spectacular! And we were even lucky enough to catch the northern lights dancing across the sky as we were leaving for the airport. Would definitely look to book again! :)

Great place to stay no matter if it's a family, work situation or a group of friends. Jessica does a great job checking in with you to make sure everything is good when you arrive.

We stayed with Nikki 2 weeks ago. This was our second stay after exploring south central Alaska in a van. Nikki's place is incredibly comfortable, with the use of the kitchen, which included breakfast fixings of yummy healthy granola, excellent coffee, milk, muffins, fruit. Toast and p'nut butter if that's your thing. The dedicated living room for the two bedrooms was perfect. The bathroom had just been redone and was immaculate. We had a great time getting to know Nikki, her friendly husky Solomon, and her husband Art. Couldn't have been better. An altogether excellent stay for us in Anchorage!

Have stayed here several times. Very comfortable and cozy and well stocked. Thank, you again!

Very convenient to Girdwood, the arm and towns further into the peninsula. Perfect place for a couple days for my family of four. The hosts were onsite and very friendly and helpful with issues and ideas. Note it’s rustic living - very akin to a mountain town in the western lower 48 - with kids sharing a bunk bed and animals on site engaging with you. We loved it and would have no concerns staying here again.

Lovely place! Linda and Rick were so friendly and helpful. They are experts of surrounding exploration and fishing. They provided a lot of useful information touring around Anchorage. 100% recommend!

Very convenient location - easy access to/from Denali, Seward, the airport. More spacious than the pictures convey. Unanticipated extras in the fridge on arrival. Kids spotted a moose in the front yard.

Wonderful, welcoming and helpful host! Everything was clean. They even had breakfast items left for us. So accommodating! And very close to the airport and restaurants in town.

Jennifer was absolutely amazing. Very responsive, especially with our last minute booking because of the road closure back to the peninsula. Very spacious, clean, kind, responsive. Jennifer made sure my family and I had everything we needed and if we needed anything at all she was more than happy to come and bring us any extra things that were needed.

Linda's home is right in Downtown. Everything was close by and walking distance. Perfect base to explore anchorage.

Jennifer's a very sweet host. We forgot some belongings and she was very kind and was able to let us come back and get them. My entire group felt so comfortable that they fell asleep as soon as we arrived. Very neat knick knacks for the themed apartment.

We had a great overnight stay, and it was actually much bigger than we expected. Will recommend and stay there again

Very cozy and accommodating location in girdwood. I’d visited many times but never stayed overnight. After having stayed would very much recommend. Very comfortable way to spend an evening/morning.

JoAnna's property was very nice, she is remodeling so it will be wonderful when done, clean, quiet, and in an older neighborhood. Felt safe at all times. She is friendly, can tell you stories for hours about Anchorage and just a super person. I had a problem with my truck, she immediately began suggesting places she had personal knowledge of to get the truck fixed, offered to help, and even let me use her vehicle to get to work! You just don't see that kindness in most people nowadays. I plan on staying with JoAnna in the future, especially as I fly in to Anchorage from the bush every other week.

Exactly what we needed for our 2 day stay in Anchorage. I stayed with my wife and son. The location is a walking distance to downtown restaurants and bars. The unit was clean and private. The common areas were clean and welcoming. Light breakfast provided is and excellent bonus. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This place was amaaazing!!! Don’t know how to emphasize it enough. Location- great! Near bars and restaurants. Downtown is a few steps away. Great park nearby too!

Came up to celebrate 2025 Iditarod-exactly 100 years since our original 1925 Serum Run; and had the wonderful opportunity to stay with Elijah. The neighborhood was perfectly safe and quiet, and Elijah was greatly informative and accommodating. Beautiful Room and Bathroom, Great Hot Tub, Spacious House with plenty to do and see! Had a close encounter with a neighborhood Mama Moose and Calf, but all ended well, and even more lovely birds to watch! Staying here was definitely a highlight of my trip, and I'm proud to recommend this host for your next trip to Anchorage. You're in for a great stay and a great time.
