Vacation rentals with a patio in Winter Park

Literally a perfect apartment in every sense. Great price, great views, great location, great condition of the apartment. For anyone traveling to Orlando going to the parks, golfing, or just vacation, this apartment could not be in a better location. There is TONS of stuff to do within walking distance and I think the most we spent on an Uber was $35 since everything is so close. You can see Universal lit up at night and you can catch the Disney fireworks from the MASSIVE balcony. It really did feel like a home away from home, and we felt very comfortable there after a long day relaxing on the porch. As for Toby and the property manager Liz, they were extremely accommodating with our early check in plus very responsive and friendly. I was almost hesitant to write this review because I want the apartment to be available the next time I go to Orlando!

This place was awesome! We had a comfy place to rest our heads after our concert!! I can’t even tell you how super close to UCF this place is!!!! It was perfect in every aspect, great for restaurants and things to see and do!! Thank you for a great place to rest my head!

Cute and quiet stay. Perfect place for two people. Very peaceful with a beautiful little lake behind property. About 25 minutes to Universal and to Disney World. We will definitely be booking this place again

Mikes place was exactly as described , TV’s are way bigger than the photos provided. Check in is easy you don’t have to talk to nobody at the front desk easy access in and out . There is construction going on around the property but that wasn’t a downfall to me. Only downfall is the water is lukewarm in the shower I’m a hot hot hot water person but I understand all residents are on a water heater so overall I am really greatful and appreciative of my stay and highly recommend if you just want somewhere peaceful and nice to sleep at

We liked the house very much, it was a trip in a family otima, my granddaughter wanted to live there, they loved the squirrels, close to a supermarket, gas station, whenever we need Sama responded to us promptly. I appreciate your stay.

Awesome place, very convenient and a great getaway!

Glenn was nothing but friendly and responsive the entire time we needed something. His home was cute and what we needed for a good nights rest. A cute living area, small kitchen with the basics and a clean bedroom with a comfy bed. Very simple instructions to gain entry and for check out as well. As guests, the best we can do is be amenable and make sure we follow suit.

We stayed at Mauricio’s place for a week while visiting the theme parks. The home is spacious, with enough sleeping arrangements for our family of five. Two bathrooms were super convenient, and the expandable bunk bed was very useful. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the dishwasher helped since we had little time at home. The large dining table fits eight people. The A/C works well, and ceiling fans help. The area is quiet, and we slept with open windows as nights were cool in late March. Currently, there’s a lot of construction on the way to the parks, so it took us 45–50 minutes to Disney World and over an hour to Universal. This is a matter of personal preference, but we don’t like overhead showerheads—it’s hard to keep your head dry. Also, the pillows didn’t suit our sleeping habits (we sleep on our backs). Overall, a great place for a family trip to the magic, and the decorations set the mood!

The house was very clean and open. Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard to run around. Everything was new. We also like the garage being big to pull in our vehicle in. It's not far at all from Downtown Sanford with great local shops and food.

The condo was very well maintained and stocked with most everything we needed. We loved that it is located minutes from the Orange County Convention Center since we were in town for a cheer competition. During our stay, we also visited Disney and Universal Studios, which were only 20 minutes away. The condo is within walking distance to a Publix, ABC Liquor, Walgreens, and quite a few restaurants. The condo was perfect, we will definitely stay there again!
