Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. My daughter loved the pool. Gary and Carol were wonderful hosts. The home was clean and easy to use. They even stocked some emergency toiletries, which were incredibly useful when my mom's luggage had to be delivered late and she needed a toothbrush. Carol even walked my mom's suitcase to our door when it was finally delivered. I highly recommend this place.

Cottage is very nice in a quiet neighborhood. The place is great for long term accommodations. It felt like my home for the month I stayed there. The cottage was well stocked with most everything you will need. Stacy was very nice and available if anything was needed. Her and her husband were very friendly but not overbearing or intrusive during my stay. Back yard is beautiful with the pool that I was free to use. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a place to stay in the area.

We’ve stayed at Tracy’s before and will gladly stay here again. She’s extremely responsive, helpful, and flexible. Her place is incredibly peaceful, relaxing, and the fact that our grandkids and dog are comfortable staying there speaks volumes to the fact that it’s a great place to stay!

The townhouse was exactly as pictured. Both bedrooms were big. Check-in and entry were simple, easy, and fast. Exploration Green was just a few steps outside of the backdoor, with miles of scenic hiking and backing trails (for exercise or relaxation). The sports and recreation complex was one block away, with reasonable short-term rates for gym, weight room, indoor pool, and outdoor pools. Location was central to everything in the Clear Lake area. The host was responsive. The price was reasonable, and the overall value was exceptional. It is perfect for short-term or long-term stays. I will stay here again anytime I travel to the Clear Lake area.

Cute cottage in the perfect location! Felt very cozy in this nicely updated home. The front porch swing was a nice touch and was relaxing place to sit in the evenings. I would book again!

This place was perfect for us. We came with our dogs to our granddaughter's 1st birthday party. The location was close to where we needed to be. The bungalow was perfect for our needs. We wish there were similar finds near our other kids. We didn't use the kitchen, but we could have. Everything inside was fresh and clean and well appointed. The yard was small, but typical for the neighborhood and we walked our dogs up and down the street. The place is on a dead-end road, so there is very little traffic, and it was very quiet.

We enjoyed our stay here. Place is clean and beautifully setup. We had everything we needed. Location felt safe. Highly recommend.

My family loved this place. It looks exactly like in the pictures, very clean and cozy. It’s in very comfortable and private complex, perfect for a relaxing vacations. We will definitely come back!
