super great spot..it was exactly what we were looking for/what we needed! our son had a tournament at Rocker B Ranch over the weekend. Rooms at the ranch are super pricey! This spot is 5 min up the road from the ranch so its really easy to run back & forth between games/at the end of the day. communication, check-in/check-out, cleanliness, price point ~ everything was just right. cute little spot, good size rooms..pretty much everything you need for a weekend stay! My wife & I commented a few times over the weekend..."Man, we got pretty lucky finding this spot" lol. Whether you're just passing through or playing at Rocker B ~ this place is 🤌🏽🤌🏽

We were able to cook meals without providing any of our own cookware or utensils, they had it all! To top it off, the hosts were extremely responsive and gave super clear instructions. Nestled on a serene 40-acre property, this peaceful haven offers trails that lead straight out from the back pasture, where deer roam freely each evening and the gentle presence of two beautiful horses and a friendly donkey—who loves a good butt scratch—greeted us daily. Every morning we woke up to stillness and beauty, spent our days hiking and splashing in the Paluxy River with our dogs, and ended our nights under the stars. It was exactly the kind of soul-soothing break from the everyday grind that we needed. One of the sweetest highlights was on our last night—Carrie, the incredible manager, surprised us with warm, homemade chocolate chip cookies delivered right to our door. Her kindness and the love put into every detail of this property made it feel like a home away from home. thanks Country Woods Inn.

The house does have a truly amazing view and we spent hours on the dock and in the patio admiring it at various times of the day. Well stocked house and the kayak and life jackets were a bonus!

Awesome place with awesome hosts! This place was a great value, and a perfect location during our Spring Break visit. It was easy to jump on 121 to check out the stuff in Grapevine, or 183 to get to downtown Dallas. Only took me 13 minutes to get to the airport! Quiet house with tons of beds in a sleepy little cul-de-sac. Walmart Neighborhood Market was right down the street. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
