Apartment vacation rentals in Waipouli Beach

We had an excellent stay, and would absolutely stay again. The views are gorgeous, and easy access to such a beautiful beach was the highlight for me. Our kids enjoyed all the amenities, and we appreciated how responsive and thoughtful the host was. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, and the treats and coffee waiting for us the first day was a bonus on a lovely stay.

We had the most fantastic stay! The views from this condominium are just amazing. From the balcony, we would see turtles, whales, and surfers daily. The beach next to the complex has excellent snorkeling. We swam with turtles and saw so many cool fish and sea life. The unit is very comfortable and well stocked. It matched the pictures and description perfectly. Check-in and out was easy, with very clear instructions. If you are staying on the island's south side, we highly recommend this rental. We will stay here again on future visits.

My husband and I have stayed in these Condos/Hotel in the past and fell in love with it our first trip to Kaua’i. We had to come back and luckily found it a lot cheaper on Airbnb. We also thought the unit through Airbnb was even nicer. The bed was unbelievably comfortable! The pool and hot tubs are amazing, fun, and refreshing, especially after hiking all day. The location is also perfect for exploring the island because you are right in the middle. There is a convenient grocery, Starbucks and Rosses you can walk to across the street. Tons of restaurants with impressively good food. If we come back to Kaua’i again, we wouldn’t change where we stayed.

We only stayed one night, got there pretty late and left very early in the morning. Place was perfect for our needs, easy and flexible check-in, clean, great location. I would stay again if in Kauai.

Absolutely stunning place to stay! Princeville was such a peaceful environment and this was such great get away home. It was clean, very nice, and had comfy beds! Definitely recommend!

The studio is in a very nice complex. We felt right at home. Although we arrived very early, we were able to check in directly. Our studio was slightly higher on the second floor. Therefore, we had a sea view. There are many restaurants, shops and a supermarket in the area. Very good location for a relaxing vacation on Kauai!

We absolutely loved our stay in Princeville and Lani's place did not disappoint. We felt right at home and found everything we would need for a day out at the beach or just exploring. She really did think of everything a vacationer would need or like to have but unable to pack. We reached out to her a few times and she was very responsive. The information she sent to us beforehand was so helpful for us planning our stay. Her directions were clear and easy to follow for arriving and checking out. I loved all the books on Kauai that were in the condo as well.

Clean, comfortable accommodation for a family of 4. We very much enjoyed our time there. Nice pool and hot tub to use. Great location, lovely place for a morning walk. Would recommend

My wife and I stayed 4 nights. It has a very beautiful yard. Was spotless inside and near all the North Shore attractions. Adam was very pleasant to talk with. Would definitely stay again.

It was a great place, with everything you could need provided. It was comfortable, well located, and the host was extremely nice. I would stay there again.

I was staying in Lihue for 10 days, loved Kauai so much I had to extend my trip and found this last minute lovely Airbnb in Princeville! The host was super helpful in the booking process and reached out to me throughout my stay to make sure I had everything I needed. They even left me a bottle of wine and Kauai coffee for when I arrived! The unit itself was so cute. Perfect for a little vacation. (It was not fun carrying my suitcases up the stairs though.) They even have pool chairs, body boards, coolers, snorkel equipment, etc. available to use. 10/10 experience! 10/10 location! 10/10 everything!

The place is as pictured and the description. Place is clean and beds are comfortable. It does get hot during the day, but cools down significantly during nighttime. It is a little loud with the surrounding neighbors we had during our stay but not the hosts fault. Just know that with the windows open, you will hear others outside. Overall, would return to this area.

This is such a great condo, it’s even better than the photos! Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Great safe location and all downstairs was convenient. It was so nice having a full kitchen and we really appreciated the AC in the bedroom. The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed for the beach. We loved walking around the neighborhood. We noticed the pool was out of order but who even needs a pool in Hawaii! Great experience!

Great place. Comes with towels, amenities, and is walkable to the beach. Only the top room has AC so the rest of the house does get a little hot.

The wyndham resort was nice and clean. Didn't stay on the property much as we went out on daily adventures. It was nice having a stocked kitchen and didn't need to buy anything in order to cook meals. Very close to Foodland, Hanalei Bay and not far from Kapaa. Would stay again.

Jared was a super communicative and responsive host. His studio was very clean and comfortable. A great and affordable spot in a beautiful part of Kauai.

We had a great stay at the condo. It was very comfortable and peaceful, just a 15 minute drive to Hanalei, where we found our favorite market, coffee and breakfast as well as yoga studio. There is a running path along the golf course just two blocks away. Scenic overlooks and great hikes nearby. Lots of beautiful beaches a short drive away. We appreciated having a washer and dryer as we had already been traveling for a couple of weeks.

In One Word WOW!!! The view from the lanai is spectacular! Enjoyed our morning coffee from Positive Coffee watching the birds & light change on the mountains The bed is super comfy!! And the beach gear provided was great!! The pool was nice for an afternoon dip!! And so worth the walk(or you can get transportation) down to the beach for the sunset. The grounds are amazing with beautiful plants and flowers and both restaurants were enjoyable on the property. One of my favorite places I have stayed and we will be back again!!!:)
