Fantastic place to stay! Great location!

This location was perfect for a stopover in Waco! It provided a great space to rest, relax, and recharge before continuing our journey. The accommodations were comfortable and well-suited for a small family. The host was incredibly helpful and proactive, providing all the necessary information in advance, which made planning our stay seamless. Highly recommend!

The host was very responsive and gave very clear instructions. I enjoy staying here for my work. The room is quiet and plenty of seating for working late or relaxing. Easy drive to downtown Waco, which is full of great restaurants. Thank you again for allowing me to stay there!

Great location! Walkable to so many great places to shop and eat. The apartment was roomy and clean, Loved the industrial feel. The beds were very comfortable and so glad there was a box fan in the closet, I need noise for sleeping. We all had a great time!!!

This place was a fantastic getaway from the city. The area was peaceful, and the residents are very friendly. Loved that the place was walkable to the lake, and there was plenty of nearby trails as well. We forgot to bring a lot but the airbnb came with everything you could need. I was very impressed with how well stocked the place was. The hot tub of course was the cherry on top of it all. Rodney was so kind to allow my sister to visit as well. I mean really couldn’t have had a better experience, would highly recommend!

I enjoyed the host and location. I liked the extra lights in bathroom mirrors and windows. It is located in an area where you can’t find much for temporary living. The community is great. Accommodating and helped with my transition to living in this part of Texas. Many areas nearby. Big fridge and neighbors are spread out.

My stay was fantastic, the house was very centrally located, clean and smelled good, had all the things I needed to call this my home for a few days. Erick is a great host and I would definitely recommend his house

Cute location next to expressway, Baylor, and walking distance to donuts. Comfortable set up with everything you need for a short or longer stay. Private yard for your dog to their business, and ample close parking.
