House vacation rentals in Virginia Beach

Nickie’s place was just perfect. We visited Hampton for a weekend of competition. The home was well cared for, clean, and quiet allowing us to be close to the beach but allowing easy access to the area of the Coliseum. The kitchen and bathrooms had all the things you needed while away. The beds were comfortable and we felt rested after long days. All the little home details were great too including the quality of the linens. This was a value for sure and we would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at this place, the shopping center across the street made things so convenient as well. This house was perfect for us and our friends.

This place is awesome! Tons of space for family (and/or friends), super close to the beach, and really clean. The hosts have done such a nice job decorating and providing guests with nice surroundings…and they did NOT skimp when it came to the pool table; it’s legit! Bring your Billiards “A-Game” and then hop in the surf. This one’s a keeper!

My family and I stayed in this home for approximately 80 days as we relocated. Miss Tawanda is an amazing host, very helpful, proactive and checking in, and very flexible as she worked with us while we searched for a home in the area. The home is a great place to stay, neighborhood is quiet and convenient to major highways and shopping center. The home has a fenced in backyard which made our stay easier with our dog. I highly recommend this home.

We enjoyed our recent stay at William’s home. It was centrally located to Newport News, Yorktown and Norfolk. The cost and ability to rent for only two days over a weekend was very helpful when traveling with three children needing two separate rooms. Unfortunately we did not have time to enjoy the backyard.

Cozy, clean and comfortable! A great place for our family of 5! I would stay again if in the area without hesitation.

We were pleasantly surprised of the location and how well kept it was.

We stayed here over spring break with our young kids. Tommy and Janet were very friendly and responsive. The location is great! Literally right across the street from the beach, and close to our all time favorite brewery :) we'd love to come back again in the summer months!

We had a great stay! So close to the beach, and had everything we needed. We have a couple of toddlers, and the backyard was great for them to play in. All in all, checked all the boxes and was very comfortable.

Space was perfect for us staying as a family of 6. Bedrooms were great and the home offered plenty of space throughout. Awesome backyard, although we did not really use - very close beach access. Had all the amenities we needed for a long weekend!

Janine was very responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again.

The house is very comfortable and spacious with a nice kitchen and big bathroom. The living room and bedrooms are big. The beds are very comfortable and the backyard was a nice addition. The house is located within 10 minutes driving on local roads to many of the attractions that Norfolk has to offer and also within a 10 minutes drive to amazing restaurants. Adam is a great host and we would stay at this house again!

Lovely place and well situated for a weekend stay. The house itself was very comfortable and Tammy had the crib and high chair available which was really helpful. There were a few dogs nearby but otherwise was very peaceful.

This place was amazing! We gathered for a 70th birthday dinner and there was plenty of room for everyone. The screened in patio was the perfect place to gather, have lots of laughs and make lots of memories. Thank you Jackie! Looking forward to next time!

We really enjoyed staying at the golden hour! The hosts were very responsive and helpful! They had sound machines in every bedroom which if you have kids is a big deal. The toys and kids activities there were a big hit! The pools are pristine and the whole outdoor area is very nice! Very short walk to beach which was also convenient! They literally thought of everything, if you forgot something chances are they had it! Definitely recommend staying here if you have children and want a nice low key place to stay!

Old Beacon is a cozy beach spot. The property consists of 4 units - two in front and two in back. The shared pool is a great place to relax on a windy afternoon and be out of the wind and featured plenty of seating and tables with umbrellas. Bedrooms are cozy and welcoming and the beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and bright! Great place for a weekend or week long getaway! Matt is very responsive and gives clear instructions on how to park at the property and when you can access the house. Hope to be back soon!

5 stars in every category! This house has everything you could possibly need, and you can’t beat the location. The pool, games, beach gear and fire pit were great and the bikes were a great touch and made exploring the area much more fun. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back in the future.

I can't say enough positive things about Alice and her home. She was incredibly welcoming, and made my entire weekend a delight. Her home is beautiful, and it was a very comfortable stay. But Alice's kindness and generosity really went above and beyond. Thank you again!

We were very pleased with the house. Just be careful w little ones, all vent covers were not secured to the floor properly and that could be safety hazard. One disappointment we had -although the beach was very close (5 minutes walk) there were runoff pipes all along the beach. Public beach a 5 minute drive. We ended up driving to Virginia Beach and had much better time there, 40 minute drive.

Great place for families walking distance from the beach. I’ll love to visit in the summer when we can enjoy the beach and everything Virginia Beach has to offer.

We enjoyed our stay at The Great Escape! Most of our time was spent in the private pool and fishing from the yard into the canal. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. We loved how quiet and safe the neighborhood was. The house had all the amenities we needed- it felt like a home away from home. Kim was a great host supplying us with lots of recommendations and was quick to resolve any problems. We hope to visit again in the future!

Martin’s place was BEAUTIFUL and SO clean! Very roomy and beautifully decorated with all the amazing attention to details! The wild horses that came to visit the property were so beautiful and fascinating to watch! I will absolutely be back and 1000% recommend Martin’s place! Martin was also an incredible host with his attentiveness and even talked me through driving on the beach since it was my very first time ever driving on sand… I was terrified lol But he was able to calm me down via the phone and I got there safe and sound with no issues! Awesome stay!! 😁
