Townhome vacation rentals in Virginia Beach

We booked Vacation Village 4br timeshare through Andy but it was full. Andy was able to leverage his connections and find us a 3br HOUSE at Kings Creek Plantation through Spinnaker which was better, I think! We had a full 3br/4bath house to ourselves with three porches in a peaceful setting. Absolutely recommend Kings Creek Plantation through Andy. Close to everything and amazing setting. So quiet and pencil. We will be back!

House looked as listed, had all amenities. Kitchen was well equipped, got good use of the grill as well. Had free orange juice and bagels for us which was amazing. Patio was beautiful. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Super easy to get to the beach. House was very clean, although some areas could use more attention, but nothing severe. Christina helped us very quickly with any questions we had. Very sweet neighborhood cat as well. Overall great stay, would recommend. Christina did a great job.

The apartment is clean, bright, and conveniently located in a great neighborhood. The beach access is fantastic. And Darcy is very responsive, as she handled my group's questions very quickly and effectively.

The condo was exactly as described. Great location. Would definitely stay again. Chris and Abby were great at responding to all our questions.

Rosemary house was beautiful. Looked exactly like the pictures. It felt just like home for me and my family. I will definitely be staying again.

Wonderfully clean and everything in good order. The walk to the beach was easy for the whole family down to our 5 year old. Fantastic coffee shop about a block away (Fathom Coffee) so I never even made my own at the house. The balcony was great for the kids to "Play outside" without worrying about them wandering off. Beds and pillows were cozy and clean. The extras for Beach use were so nice- a little beach cart, some toys, chairs, Beach towels and an umbrella. Google maps insisted on taking us to the opposite side of the block on 19th Street and left us basically on the backyard of where we needed to be. A little common sense got us over a block and we found it pretty quick. The jet tub was nice for the kids to warm up in after a chilly evening at the beach. I wish we'd gotten to stay longer so I could have enjoyed it!

This house was perfect for our last minute trip plans , we were only 30 minutes from Virginia Beach which was perfect for my family and I... Would most definitely stay again 😊

Will definitely stay here again. It was everything and more. Nice, clean and super comfortable. The bed and pillows made it easy for a great nights rest, so comfy. I enjoyed sitting on the patio in the morning while drinking coffee and saying my prayers. My boys enjoyed putt putt golf, pickle ball, swimming, the park and seeing the ducklings with their mommy. The local Catholic Church was gorgeous! Restaurants were delicious. Thank you for making our stay one that we will always remember. God Bless you both!

Highly recommend! Excellent location! The property is just a couple of blocks from the oceanfront, and in a prime location for walking to restaurants, concerts, stores, and shops. All of the rooms were exceptionally clean and uncluttered. Lisa was prompt in responding to our questions, and followed up to ensure that we were enjoying our stay. Loved the rooftop (nice partial ocean/city views), and balconies on each floor. It is a bit pricey for a single paying family, but the large spacious bedrooms, privacy, 2-car garage, large balconies, open kitchen, fireplace, spacious bathrooms, rooftop, and location, made it worth my stay when compared to the more expensive hotels. If you are not use to stairs (no bedroom on main floor), this floor plan may be a bit challenging. I would recommend not trying to navigate all the stairs at once, but instead, taking a short break to visit the person/persons on each floor before continuing to the top. Otherwise, good exercise, great place!

Sierra and Hosts were amazing when it came to any concerns or just need for communication. Always responded back almost immediately. Lovely place and had everything we needed to make dealing with a kitchen remodel for a longer period of time than planned as easy as can be. We are from the area so the area wasn’t new to us but have zero complaints. The location may be a little noisy with the entrance to the interstate right there but nothing at all that will cause disruptions while staying. No real parking issues, neighbors were friendly and helped if anything did come up. Overall wonderful stay with my two kiddos! You can’t go wrong here!

My daughter had a two day volleyball tournament in Virginia Beach and we decided to get an Airbnb for the weekend and we definitely chose the right place to stay! Everything was perfect! We had an issue with the wifi and tv connecting so we reached out and they called us back instead of returning a message. They helped resolve our issue immediately. The beds are great! The bathrooms are really nice and clean as well and that really matters! If we have to go back to VA Beach for another tournament we will definitely be staying with them. So glad we chose to stay with them!

What a beautiful location! We were attending my son’s graduation from Hampton University & it was truly a home by the sea! It was close to the campus, close to restaurants and located on the water so the view was spectacular! Todd was so attentive, accommodating & went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

Remarkable host! We would absolutely recommend this team for any future use in the Chesapeake and surrounding area! Look forward to staying at an other property in the future!

My family and I stayed at the property for MDW. My son had an event at Virginia Beach Sports Center and while we were occupied for the afternoon the rest of the family stayed at the house to get ready for the beach. The property was a 15-20 minute drive to both the sports center and the beach. As we initially entered the home we had access to a dedicated 2 car driveway. As we went inside, everyone was so happy that it was as clean and decorative as the pictures. They provided beach chairs and toys for our toddler! She had a great time wandering the quaint fenced in backyard. For context, my family of six is consisted of two teenage girls, 11-year-old boy and almost 2-year-old. There was ample space for everyone. We used the living room as a third bedroom. They do provide a pull out sofa, but we had our own air mattress. A lot of thoughtfulness goes into making a “home away from home”, and Mickey and Jackie nailed it. Thanks again!

Without question, a 5-star stay! The home is set in a beautiful and peaceful location. It is spacious, impeccably clean, thoughtfully furnished. We had everything we needed to feel completely comfortable. I didn’t expect to enjoy the theater room as much as I did—it turned out to be a wonderful bonus that made the stay even more special. Highly recommend!

Our group of friends were in Cape Charles for a wedding. The house was exactly as described and large enough to accommodate our party of 12. The house was clean and spacious. My only suggestion would be better communication. We contacted Mary about a few issues and which she never responded. Overall it did not impact our stay and I would likely stay again.

The accommodation’s we’re in a nice quiet neighborhood close to the beach. It was clean and well organized. We had rainy weather but we were able to find lots to do. Would stay there again if we visited again.

My family and I had such a wonder stay. very beauty area and place. I didn't want to leave. The place was clean, beds were comfortable(which is important!) and I really enjoyed the back door private patio. Restaurants and other stores were about 5/7mins away. Sara had good communicate and friendly. I would definitely book again. Thank you

This was a lovely Airbnb. It was well equipped and with some of those little extras like beach chairs, beach bags, a wheeled cart for ease of walking to the beach. The pictures are very representative of the house and view from the balcony. The stairs did give us a good workout with the 3 floors. The balcony was a nice little extra hangout space and the Vibrant Brewery across the street had some live music to listen to on a couple of nights. It also had a great selection of beer, seltzer and homemade rootbeer. It was a very walkable area with a great selection of restaurants and artwork to enjoy. Each bedroom and the living room had a nice Roku TV, good selection of TV apps, it also had good private wifi. The beds were comfy and the place felt cozy. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area.

We were here for over 2 months due to my house having to be repaired. The hosts were amazing with being responsive and quick about fixing things when needed. They also were amazing because they really worked with me through all the extensions I had to do. I was very happy that it was a nice home away from home. It was exactly what we needed. Would definitely recommend.
