Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Virginia Beach

We loved our stay here. The place is furnished very nicely with comfortable couches, and beds with nice pillows and linens. The house is also outfitted nicely with fun things like a shuffleboard and some beach toys for kids. The fenced in backyard is great for kids and the community amenities (playground, pool) are right out front of the house. The walk to the beach is easy and manageable with small kids (with a wagon). You can tell that Lisa is an experienced host and very professional.

The horses stopped by several times a day. It was magical. Just a short drive to the ocean where we conveniently parked our car on the beach. We had plenty of room on the beach. People were not on top of each other. It was a wonderful vacation! The house was spacious and nicely decorated. the kitchen was well stocked.

This place was absolutely perfect for a weekend stay, it had everything we could ever want and then more. Rachel was great in communicating with us before, during, and after the stay, and we greatly appreciate her help with our requests. She made this a very easy and pleasant experience for us, and would recommend booking with her in the future.

Nate was a fantastic host and was extremely responsive. Our group of 8 had a great time in Cape Charles at his place! Highly recommend.

This was a perfect spot for our family with 3 young kids! The house was exceptionally clean upon arrival and location was exactly as described. All of our questions were answered promptly by Areca. We would be happy to stay again.

Everything was exactly as described in the listing and photos. Scott was proactive in communication and responsive to messages. The home was the perfect size for me, my husband and 2 kids (ages 3 and 5), including separate rooms and bathrooms. The living room had board games tucked away in the console and we took advantage of game nights during our stay. Our girls played Jenga for the first time and had a blast! We really liked having access to the hot tub, pool, and very close walk (~10 min) to the beach. While you do have to walk on a street, there is not much traffic at all and you can move to the yards of the homes when cars do pass (note there are no sidewalks on the road). After the quick (max 5 min walk on the road), the remaining path is a walkway. We used the provided wagon and beach toys. Close to a lot of restaurant options and the lighthouse (beautiful sunsets from the dock nearby). We didn't see wild horses on the beach, but did see dolphins. Will definitely stay again!!

It was the ideal retreat for our two families, with six children ranging in age from 3 to 13. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. There was ample space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The location was fantastic—just under five minutes’ drive to the beach and local shops, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by trees. It felt wonderfully private and serene. Cindy was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We were genuinely disappointed not to have booked for longer and will absolutely be returning in the future.

This beautiful house is so eccentric and cool, we absolutely loved it. The outside patio and yard was gorgeously lit at night. The house was very clean and well stocked. We cooked family meals in the big kitchen and had all needed utensils, cookware & dishes. We really enjoyed playing pool and shuffleboard and soaking in the hot tub every night. We went out on the water with the paddle boards and also enjoyed fishing off the dock. The beach area is super cute!! This property is very private, peaceful & quiet. Our family of 8 had multiple devices and gaming systems using the wifi with no issues of lagging or buffering. We all enjoyed the movie room, playing video games, singing karaoke and watching movies. Everything worked properly as it should. All of us took a turn in the massage chair!! We fell in love with the pups Shadow & Wickett. Playing ball/fetch with Shadow was the highlight of our stay. Our host Erik was friendly and quickly answered our questions. Will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house is clean and welcoming, and the provided bikes are a fun way to experience the neighborhood. We came to relax and this was the perfect area for that! Jessica is very communicative and helpful if you need anything. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet beach getaway.

Great place 10 minutes from Busch Gardens. Very spacious bedrooms and common areas. Clean and equipped with all the necessities. My only “gripe” is I was expecting one king and one queen bed but got one king and two doubles. It wasn’t a big enough deal for us to request to be moved. Just be aware if that is a deal breaker for you.

Colleen's place was clean, great location right on the boardwalk and at a great value for my family's needs. Recommend if you're looking for a place right on VA Beach with lots of amenities in walking distance and especially if you just want to lay on the beach all day.

Top notch accommodation and top notch host! The beach supplies were new and clean. It had everything you need on the beach which made a huge difference in packing. Thanks for sharing the supplies and your beautiful place! Would definitely stay there again

Tara is a very responsive host. As a Marriott facility, there are staff members on hand to assist with your needs and access to other amenities. The vacation rental itself is spacious and clean. The location is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to drive to anywhere you need to go - dining, entertainment, or shops.

The property was beautiful. It was a timeshare property so lots of things to do. We took advantage of a presentation for discount tickets to the water park. Check in was a little difficult as my name was not in the list because I’m not the owner so there was some confusion there. Otherwise Margaret was very responsive and helpful in the situation. Overall great stay and great trip!
