Peter was a great host. We enjoyed staying here. Loved the feel of the marina and the roof tennis. Easy to get to Venice and can walk to Pilates etc… thank you!!

It was home away from home from the moment we walked in--peaceful, comfortable, light and airy, open floor plan, tasteful decor and spotlessly clean. Rajvir is always an amazing host and we were fortunate to stay in one of her places again. The neighborhood is perfect for walking with gorgeous landscaping and the on site work out facility is an added bonus.

Will definitely be returning to stay at this location. The host Taylor was extremely responsive, check in was easy and smooth, and the place was stunning. The views, location, and amenities were perfect. Came for a business trip and this place was a sanctuary that allowed me to focus on getting everything I needed to done, then relax and have a great time afterwards. Location is close to everything. Perfect stay.

This is a gem for two people centrally located in Santa Monica. Vidal was a great host who answered quickly. The instructions sent to us on beforehand were easy to interpret when we arrived. Would definitely use this place again!

Kate was easy to talk to and organise our stay for a family holiday. We loved how close we were to local attractions and the neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful. Lovely penthouse with everything you need.

Danny was attentive and thoughtful, making sure restock supplies were sent and questions were answered quickly and simply. The gorgeous sweeping views and view remind you to breathe and give perapective. The beautiful natural furnishings and minimal use of space are calming and grounding, and the amazing tub!! And range! Top of the line picks for the most important basic comforts. Walking out the door to surfers going bearfoot and round the corner to breakfast or coffee with no car made life feel simple and cozy during our stay. Thank you for and creating and sharing this haven of a nest in relaxed N Manhattan Beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Steffanie’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and prompt. The location was great—close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The house was incredible—clean, peaceful, and even better than expected. I was searching for a sauna, but landing a place this nice was the cherry on top. Veronica made everything smooth and simple. Can’t recommend it enough. looking forward to the next stay when I’m in town next!

We’re glad that we booked this place! It’s is located centrally to a lot of things you’d want to do in LA, and like other reviews mention, is on a nice, quiet street. We never struggled to find parking. Toni responds to most messages on the platform almost instantly, which is impressive. I appreciated the picture of the stuff in the closet for kids; saved us from needing to lug a stroller across the country.

A magical stay in the heart of nature The Butterfly House is an absolute gem. Surrounded by nature, we felt completely at peace from the moment we arrived. The house is spacious, beautifully designed, and full of light. Every day we saw butterflies fluttering around and heard birds singing — it truly felt like we were part of the natural world. We left feeling totally zen. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure everything was perfect. You can really tell this place is cared for with love. What a special place — we can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay at Kirsten’s place. She was always responsible and helpful. We appreciated the code lock door as a group of 4, so that we could enter and exit as needed without worrying about keys. We liked the Culver City shops and restaurants. The beds were also comfortable which isn’t always the case in an Airbnb. Thanks!

This was a lovely place to stay. the neighborhood was quiet. There were a few restaurants and a great coffee shop/wine bar that we could walk to. Minutes away from downtown Culver City which has so many fun places to eat and things to do. The home was very open and spacious. It was clean, nicely decorated and very well stocked with everything you need. The beds were comfortable, great washer/dryer and a parking space! Highly recommended!

Good value. The home is exactly as pictured. Detelin was very accommodating of our needs. It was a great location for us to visit our mom in Playa Vista, and bring our dogs.

Small but efficient for us two. Great location in Carpinteria. We usually camp at the state beach but opted not to this year. Had everything we needed. Pool and spa were great. Complex was peaceful and other residents and office staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking in gated lot and the spots had plenty of room for our truck and there were bike racks inside the parking lot for locking up our bikes that we took. We only used our vehicle once it was too dark for bike riding, otherwise we biked or walked. Husband fished everyday for several hours while I got to sleep in, relax, watch tv, or walk up the street for shopping. Farmers Market on Thursday was great for buying fresh fruits and veggies and flowers.

I’ve stayed at a few places within this apartment complex in Westwood and this one was the nicest in terms of furnishings and little extras. Great hosts as well. Highly recommend. I’ll be coming back as I do a lot of business in LA and travel here frequently

The location is fantastic for Venice Beach and the surrounding area. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. having parking available is a great advantage. this location has great access to the beach and having 6 beach chairs and frisbee's and footballs available made our days at the beach a great experience. Our family had a wonderful time at this space. The unit was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed the short hike along the bluffs to watch dolphins and seals. We spent hours on the wonderful beach steps away. The comfortable heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. We would love to return one day.

This place was very clean, lots of space and Navid was always very responsive when I reached out. It is nice to have a garage spot in LA. Although I didn't use it, it was a nice to have a fireplace for those cool LA nights. It was nice to also have an extra computer monitor to do work and a large steamer to prep my suits. Good central location.
