Condo vacation rentals in Ventura

This was my second stay at Jane's place and I enjoyed it even more than the first time. It is conveniently located, just a few blocks from East beach, grocery chopping and restaurants. The place is clean, well furnished with everything I needed in the kitchen to make dinner for friends while I was there. And Jane was proactive, providing me early access and very accommodating allowing me to leave an hour later than planned. I will stay there again.

Amanda is amazing. I had a bad review on my account which was only due to a host retaliating against me and Amanda still gave me a chance despite how horrible my last review sounded. She’s very kind and VERY accommodating. I kinda bugged her a lot and she was able to accommodate every request. The place looks a little bit bigger in the photos so be sure to check the square footage in the ad. That was my mistake but even though it was a little smaller than I thought it was still an amazing place to stay. Very clean, cute, and we felt right at home. The best part was it’s literally walking distance to the beach. A lot of places say that but this place truly is. You also get a garage to park in and a bunch of beach gear to use! Thanks Amanda! :D

The location is fantastic for Venice Beach and the surrounding area. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. having parking available is a great advantage. this location has great access to the beach and having 6 beach chairs and frisbee's and footballs available made our days at the beach a great experience. Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

Paul's place is great. perfect location and nice apartment. Rose ave is great but still a little rough but main st in ocean park is easy and just a few steps. I had once issue with dirty sheets but I would chalk that up to the cleaners missing it- there were plenty of clean ones to use to replace it.

We had a wonderful stay in Manhattan Beach. Josie’s beautiful home was in the perfect location walkable to restaurants, shops, and the beach. 100% would recommend.

Alexandra's place is spotless! And the kitchen is extremely well stocked. We felt fortunate this apartment was available as it met our needs very nicely.

We stayed with 6 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of space!

The property was very beautiful in a walkable neighborhood of Manhattan Beach, close to almost anything you could think of. When we arrived the place was definitely cleaned and ready to go. MB is one of my favorite places so to have found this last minute only a min or so walk from the beach was awesome! Check in was breezy and we seemed to have our own privacy which was key! This was a mother-son trip .I will give it to them the property is clean and in a perfect area. Upon check in the replies were a bit impersonal. Didnt really get the welcome to MB from the host i have experienced with past airbnbs. Got a “yea we have basics” reply to my question about pots and pans and although this didnt affect the stay in any way there was a moment or 2 i was second guessing the vibe, when the host did reply it was short and concise(to the point) Also it definitely gets a bit hot inside, and the AC could have been more efficient but what do u expect in LA😎☀️🕶️ We would live here its great

This place was very clean, lots of space and Navid was always very responsive when I reached out. It is nice to have a garage spot in LA. Although I didn't use it, it was a nice to have a fireplace for those cool LA nights. It was nice to also have an extra computer monitor to do work and a large steamer to prep my suits. Good central location.

LaTesha is a wonderful host. She is attentive and responsive. The place was squeaky clean, plenty of natural light, and many amenities. It was also very spacious. Had a memorable time staying at her place!

The view was amazing! It was far enough up the coast that it wasn't congested. There were plenty of beaches to choose from. There were several mountain trails close as well. You definitely need a car. We enjoyed driving the mountain roads(beautiful views) up to wineries and restaurants in the Westlake Village area. We also loved the unobstructed ocean views with frequent trips up the coast towards Oxnard, where we found authentic Mexican food. The neighbors were friendly, and the neighborhood was a great place to walk our little dog. We frequented theTrancas Dog Park which was well maintained. Our dog went to the Malibu doggy day care a couple times when we toured the Getty museum and did indoor activities, but most places were very dog friendly, she went with us everywhere! The condo had everything needed for a month's stay. All we had to get were groceries.

Very comfortable and cozy! Great communication. ZERO surprises 10 out of 10!

Stayed here with a family of five adults. Great space, especially the master suite. Host was very responsive. Recommend this one.

It was a nice, large apartment, and it was great to have parking. However, it was difficult to find the key box, and the location didn't seem very secure. I was also looking for check out instructions (i.e. what to do with trash, dishes, etc) We didn't spend alot of time in the apartment. I would definitely stay again.

Comfortable place in a quiet complex with private entry to the beach. Convenient location to explore the area from.

William was great to work with and we loved the place. Easy walk to the beach and we had the whole beach to ourselves. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Our family had a wonderful time at this space. The unit was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed the short hike along the bluffs to watch dolphins and seals. We spent hours on the wonderful beach steps away. The comfortable heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. We would love to return one day.

Yese is a very responsive host. Her place was absolutely beautiful, clean and in a perfect location. I was able to cook several meals in the well stocked kitchen and it was easy to feel at home in this place. We would stay again!

Rob is definitely a super host, and the location is so enjoyable, with walking distance to the sand, and town! My fiance and I will definitely look forward to another stay, and recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm relaxing get away.

Had a good stay in a great Santa Barbara neighborhood. The Airbnb was clean, nice and conveniently located!
