Wonderful stay at the College Loft! Clean , spacious and everything you needed was there. Jenna communicated with us every step of the way. Great location, and YES you can walk to the Cornell graduation. 5* rental!

We would return to Kim’s place if we return to the region. It was very comfortable and had all the comforts of home. Kim was very responsive and helpful. It’s in a peaceful setting away from the city centre, but very accessible and quick to get around Ithaca by car. Would highly recommend Kim’s place.

Terrific spot to stay to visit the Cornell campus. Coffee making options are gourmet level. Lovely pottery mugs, bowls and plates. Great claw-footed tub for a soak after a chilly Ithaca day. Highly recommend.

The place was spacious and relaxing. It had a lot of charm - we loved the old farmhouse feel - and it had everything we needed. I appreciate little things like the electric tea kettle, and that there were extra towels in each bathroom. David was very responsive and helped when we had a small issue, but gave us plenty of space / privacy. We hope to return sometime soon!

David's place is a great stay. I've stayed there more than once, which says a lot. The place is a few blocks from the commons (Ithaca's downtown restaurant and shopping hub). You can easily walk down to the inlet where there is a great walking path to Lake Cayuga. Cornell is a few miles away as is Ithaca College. The unit has all the amenities you could need and is very spacious and relaxing. Highly recommended.

We loved this spot. It is super close to downtown and to Ithaca College. It is convenient to get to every place we needed to go. It was easy to get in and private with your own entrance and code. The place itself was perfect for our stay and it was comfortable and clean. We were back and forth from college and the included parking space was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home with a friendly, responsive host. Nicholas thought of everything we might possibly need during our stay and provided it. The tremendous number of cabinets in the kitchen allowed for food/snack storage, so the house could remain neat and free of clutter. The kitchen really does have everything you need - even a roasting pan for veggies and a whisk for scrambled eggs. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean Nicholas’ home was and our bucket of cleaning supplies that we brought remained untouched (neat-freak here). Wegmans is a five minute drive and it is easy to walk to the Ithaca Commons, making it the perfect location for Cornell's graduation weekend. We scattered our wake up times and had no trouble with the single bathroom, but I did ask my mom and mother-in-law to bring a travel vanity mirror to allow them to apply makeup in their bedroom. Great house, amazing host, perfect location. Nicholas made our first Airbnb experience a fantastic one!

Booked this place to celebrate a my birthday with some friends. We had 12 people and we had plenty of room for everyone. Check in/out was very easy, and everything that was said to be included was. The room with the pool table was a great hangout spot and is bigger than how it looks in the pictures. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a larger group of people. We had an excellent stay!

To Cheryl ,Taylor and James. Thank you very much for making our vacation comfortable. Your house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed including the grill. It was quiet and the front porch was great. Also we had a short drive everywhere we went. State Parks and fishing streams. We took the smoke detector from the first bedroom down because the battery was chirping meaning it was low. Just in case you were wondering. 🙂. Thanks again.

Will's house was a jewel. Immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, with a relaxing closed in porch and a backyard area with a beautiful view of the river. Will kindly left us a box of homemade chocolate chip cookies and a vase of beautiful flowers. We chose the house because it was a 2-minute drive from the Museum of the Earth where we were attending an event. A way better option than a chain hotel.

Diane and Erik are fantastic hosts! The home was gorgeous and well furnished. Everything was very clean and well kept, and they were very responsive to our questions. The location is ideal for getting to many of the local attractions, and it was fantastic for our bachelorette party. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Really enjoyed our time at Kristina’s place! Just about 10 minutes outside of Ithaca it made for the perfect hub to see all the sites the area has to offer. We particularly enjoyed Taughannock Falls and East Ithaca’s recreation trail (both stroller accessible). Food in the area was also amazing - highly recommend CDMX tacos and Maru Ramen as well at CBT/Ithaca Bakery! As far as the rental, we had our 8 month old son and two dogs along for the trip. Kristina had a high chair, tub and crib available for use! We didn’t end up using the crib, but the high chair and tub were extremely useful and made life much easier while we were there! Couch was very comfy after a day of exploring! Big back yard also made our two dogs very happy! Highly recommend Kristina’s place!

This air b&b over exceeded our expectations. We felt at home with so many amenities including the hot tub, great coffee maker, plenty of towels and extremely comfortable beds. Walking distance to town and parking on the road made it so easy to get everywhere without driving. Check in and check out were a breeze and we were greeted with champagne and a note from the host! Graduation was so much more special staying somewhere where we truly felt loved! Thank you again!

We had 8 family members up for our son's graduation from Syracuse University and Amy's place was perfect for us. Plenty of space, clean and neat, VERY comfortable beds, all linens and towels included. Came in on a cold, rainy Friday afternoon and were very appreciative of her gas fireplace that quickly warmed the condo. Also liked that there were individual heat settings for each bedroom for everyone's individual tastes. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathrooms were clean and updated. Highly recommend!

Megan's place was a great spot for our conference in Cortland. We had enough space for the 3 of us. The condo was comfortable, hot water for showers was plentiful, and we had all we needed for a pleasant stay. Megan responded quickly when messaged with a question. If you are going in after dark please note that there is not a lot of street lighting in the community (certainly NOT a reflection on our host).

Comfortable, extremely clean and very convenient location. Wonderful accommodations for my family especially the well stocked modern, spacious kitchen.

Melissa was very attentive to all my questions. She usually got back to me within a few hours. I was very comfortable with renting this place! Everything that you could ask for was available at this condo. The large kitchen island was very enjoyable to dine at! Spacious family room/living room more than enough room for our family! Led screen tv in all rooms and living room unit was a good size screen to take in a movie! Plenty of towels in the bathroom. There was also a top floor open bedroom with multiple bunk beds if you are renting with a large family. My wife and family had such a great time staying here in this nicely decorated home! I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. We will be back in the near future. Thanks again!!!!

The apartment was adorable and well decorated. It seems as if they had thought of everything! Shalisa was also extremely responsive and friendly. 10/10 would recommend her place.

The interior decorating, design, construction and the stocking of the space with super useful items was excellent. We appreciated the attention to detail and will stay here again.
