Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Tompkins County

Gratitude and Grace is an escape from the ordinary. Its a beautiful unique property in the country that was just about perfect for me and 7 bridesmaids for my low key Bachelorette. The grounds are lovely and well maintained, as it is normally a wedding venue. The inside of the mansion is eclectic and vintage. Ron is very nice and accommodating as well. Some things i may improve: Soap was watered down in all bathrooms Beds werent exactly comfortable, they seemed very old. Hot tub was just nice, It didnt get very hot though and the water was a bit cloudy The most comfortable bed is in the tiny rennovated garden shed. Although peaceful, we did have to request it be opened so we had the 8th bed as advertised. 2 girls had to bunk up together the 1st night, no big deal but would have been nice to know the 8th bed wasnt automatically available. The 7th bed is a fun loft with a ladder above a king sized bed. It was cute, but the bed was very uncomfortable so no one wanted it.

Peaceful and relaxing, beautiful location. Had everything we needed including very comfortable beds and a great shower. Host was friendly and helpful.

Samantha was a Wonderful host, accommodating, and accessible! Her home is spacious, and has a lovely back yard. Even though it rained the whole time we were there, we still thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and that's partly due to the accommodations! Thank You again Samantha! we would do it all again!

Booked this place to celebrate a my birthday with some friends. We had 12 people and we had plenty of room for everyone. Check in/out was very easy, and everything that was said to be included was. The room with the pool table was a great hangout spot and is bigger than how it looks in the pictures. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a larger group of people. We had an excellent stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home in Ithaca. Being so close to the lake offers excellent views of the water. In addition, you are a short drive from downtown Ithaca and can easily access many of its attractions. The home is also clean and the kitchen is well stocked. One thing to note is that the staircase to access the house is lengthy. We appreciated that the description included this detail so we could plan accordingly. Dominic was quickly responsive and overall a great host!

We all enjoyed our visit. We were a family group in the area for Cornell graduation. House was beautiful. Roughly 35 minutes from Cornell. Everything was clean and welcoming. Enjoyed brunch at a nearby vineyard one day.

Amy and Valerie were very kind and helpful to us. Beds were comfy, make sure you look at photos to know what to expect.

We really enjoyed our stay. Tracie is a wonderful host and the house was very well appointed with attention to every detail. The living spaces are warm and inviting. The weekend we were there the weather did not cooperate--despite that we had some great quality time as a family both in and out of the house! We look forward to having the opportunity to stay there again!

Stephen and his wife were incredibly accommodating and very friendly. The area is beautiful, close enough to downtown that it’s a simple, quick drive but far enough that you get the rural atmosphere with a great view of the night stars. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The one issue we had was that the water had a strong metallic/ iron smell, but I’m unsure if that’s an issue with the pipes or the areas water supply. Overall I highly recommend staying at Stephen’s place!

Thank you Suzanne! We enjoyed our stay and it was in great proximity of Cornell for our son's graduation. Just a couple of really small things to enhance guests' future stays. WD-40 on the bathroom doors and a little more comfortable sleeping pillows. Everything else was just great and we had an amazing weekend. The views of the pond and beyond and the serernity was just beautiful. The space was perfect for us. Thank you so much!

Three of us stayed at Peggy’s place for a weekend and my only regret is not booking for longer! The location is a dream—right on the lake and only a few minutes drive from the farmer’s market and other must-see places in Ithaca. I hope to come back!

Great place in the Finger Lakes area. Katie was very responsive and helpful. Very quiet place.

We stayed in the south wing suite and had a great stay. We have family in the area and this will be our go to place after staying in many other airbnb's in the area. Beautiful house to explore and walking distance to town. Jes was a pleasure to work with. See you again soon!

The basement level apartment has a well-stocked kitchen and had what we needed to do some cooking. The rest of the apartment as great, too ... had a few supplies handy that you usually have around a home. The property out back was nice though for time of year we did not spend much time on it, other than some hiking. Location very convenient ... walking distance to places to eat, like Ithaca Bakery.

This was a great place to stay for a few nights! The space was clean and had all the basic amenities and more.
