I can’t say enough about how wonderful Peggy’s boat house is. This is my second time staying here and I have never stayed at the same ABB twice. This time I brought the kids because I wanted to share the beauty of this place and Ithaca and I knew they would love it. Sitting on the dock fishing and enjoying the views on Cayuga lake is so peaceful and relaxing. Peggy is a very welcoming host and keeps the place very tidy. There are so many things to do. Ithaca Falls is a very short drive away. Buttermilk Falls is a bit further away (not much) and is a beautiful hike. Great restaurants are nearby. I love the area and would love to come back someday.

Stayed at Fran’s during my son’s college graduation. Only 15 minutes to campus which was wonderful. The air bnb was very cozy, clean, and comfortable. The provided coffee and tea was much appreciated. Although I didn’t use it, there’s a nice kitchenette in case you wanted to eat in. Highly recommend.

With three adults and one 9month-old baby, this home was perfect for our needs. It’s clean and pristine, has well-stocked items in the kitchen and bathroom, and located in a quiet neighborhood. We arrived on an unusually hot day, and the rental didn’t have the air conditioning installed yet. Typically, they are put in at the end of May we were told. However, Branka Mae was proactive in installing them immediately for us. Also, we were short one bedding set for the cot, ( one extra set was used for the sofa) and Branka Mae had them delivered promptly. The location is perfect! It’s close to everything we wanted to do: Buttermilk Falls, the Farmer’s Market, wineries, restaurants. The baby was excited to see several deer walking along the backyard fence. Branka Mae’s place was perfect for a girls’ getaway! The baby slept very well in the crib provided, and my nieces said the bed, and the cot were comfortable as well. Also, we loved that the lovely home was baby-safe! Thank you Branka Mae!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cozy and comfortable Airbnb! From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The space is beautifully decorated with warm touches and thoughtful details that made it feel inviting and relaxing. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook a few meals during my stay. Everything was spotless and clearly well cared for, which added to the overall comfort and peace of mind.

Our son's wedding was in Binghamton and we had to bring our 2 dogs Koda and Moose. We booked another airbnb which canceled and we were lucky to find Jordan's place. He actually met us at the check- in asking if we had everything we needed for the dogs bowls, beds. His place was right near all our wedding events and the dogs settled in beautifully. It was a wonderful quiet neighborhood, great place to take your dogs for a walk. We did not have children with us but if you do the upstairs rooms were delightful for children. The place was spotless and very comfortable. It was a haven for us with the exciting, exhausting goings on of the wedding. Thank you Jordan, Marian, Rob, Bria, Koda and Moose

The house is very homey, nicely decorated and clean. Nicole is very thoughtful and the little extra touches like having a lint brush, Q-tips and face wipes was so nice. Having coffee available made us feel like we were staying with family.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, peaceful and quiet. Our host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in/check-out process super easy. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, from the cozy linens to the little touches that made it feel like home. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay, very clean and well worth the price. Nerf wall was great, even for the adults. Will definitely be back next year. Hosts were very helpful and explained everything in detail
