Next to East Hill Plaza; supermarket, drug store, shopping, dining, gym, gas and wine store are just minutes away. TCAT bus service is one block from the apartment. This non-smoking apartment is well-stocked with all the amenities you need for a comfortable and restful stay. Fully furnished with eat-in kitchen, shower, and a beautiful, sunny bedroom. This location is beautiful! Right on the lake. Easy to go down the stairs to the water. Randall was an excellent host and very responsive. The home is lovely and well kept. We had everything we needed. The hot tub was perfect! We used the canoe and kayaks and had a wonderful time on the lake. We would most definitely rent this again and we’ll keep it on our list! Highly recommend!

Thank you for our wonderful stay this weekend. Your place is the quintessential lake cottage. Everything we needed was supplied and at our fingertips, without being overrun with “stuff.” Well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. It was a cool, rainy weekend and we took full advantage of the bedroom fireplaces and extra blankets! Would love to come back to enjoy summer-time at your place. Thank you!

We have stayed at Lorene's place several times and have always been grateful to be here. Lorene is so accommodating and welcoming. The place is in a beautiful location, the physical house is well appointed with the things in the kitchen and bathroom providing what we need, and it is convenient to hiking and other activities.

We all enjoyed our visit. We were a family group in the area for Cornell graduation. House was beautiful. Roughly 35 minutes from Cornell. Everything was clean and welcoming. Enjoyed brunch at a nearby vineyard one day.

This place is a dream! It was so beautiful and spacious. My mother and I spent about 3 days here and could not get enough of the space, and the hot tub. The hot tub was pretty dirty upon arrival, but did get clean as soon as we scrubbed it and put the jets on high for a little while. It was our first time using a hot tub so not sure if there is anything we did incorrectly, but as soon as I asked Martha about this, she quickly responded that she could have someone come out for us! She was very attentive and responded to all of my questions promptly. We enjoyed the grill, the yard, and the living spaces. There is a lot to do nearby, waterfalls, hiking, various attractions in Ithaca, etc. A great bonus was that I was able to bring my kitty along and allow him to enjoy the sunroom and fresh air with me! I have already recommended this place to my friends and will be booking again someday! Thank you Martha for a lovely, relaxing stay :)
