Vacation rentals with a sauna in Tampa

Great place and great hosts!

We had a great time. The view from the balcony was amazing. We saw dolphins every morning. The place was very clean and its a great location, also very convenient to restaurants and stores within walking distance. Would recommend this place, also owner always available at any time.

Nice location, easy access. Quieter than staying on Gulf Blvd which is nice.

Building is very well located, to get to the beach you just across the parking lot and the street. Building is oriented north/south, can see sunrise from the back balcony and sunset from the front door (but the best sunset views are from the beach). Pool is on the east side so during hot late afternoons it’s in the shade but the water is warm. Condo is stocked with everything one needs including beach chairs, umbrella, toys, tennis and pickleball rackets, etc. Agnes is a very gracious, responsive host, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay.

Absolutely awesome place very homely

Well above the norm compared to other airbnb properties in its price range (in my experience), Dee overachieved in every way: design, furnishings, function, surroundings, etc. The unit was stylish, immaculate, and a pleasure. Thank you. P.S. I did have to contact Dee at one point. She called me within 15 seconds. I was hoping for 14 seconds...

Hidden Gem that is worth every penny! Beautiful place, so much more then we expected and better then pictures! Super close to beach, food, shops, walking paths, and perfect spot to everything you’d want to see in this whole area. Gated and office workers super nice, but our host had us prepared for all and was the most amazing person, helpful instantly even when we had to call. Top Notch, will be back again

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was great! We appreciated that it was quiet for our toddler, especially during nap time and in the evening. However, we wished the bath tub had a stopper for my daughter’s bath. On one occasion, we had a problem with the door code and couldn’t get in. Jenna was very responsive and got the code fixed immediately. Overall, we were happy with the place.

1340 3A was a spectacular condo to stay in for our family vacation! The unit was incredibly spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was nearly perfectly supplied, only missing a blender. The unit was also supplied with beach towels as well as beach chairs and an umbrella. The location was great as it was walkable to several restaurants and shopping. My favorite part of the condo was the stunning views of both the gulf and the bay side. I’ve never stayed in a condo with views of both! I loved it! We would definitely stay here again!

Matthew’s place was wonderful. Very clean and organized. He was very thorough in the checking and check out process and stayed in communication with us as we needed. Would definitely stay at Matthew’s place again. The proximity to the beach was wonderful. A very easy walk and the beach was clean with lounge chair and umbrella rentals. Would recommend!!

Tina's place was perfect for us, clean, neat, with all the supplies we needed for the beach. Grocery store and CVS are both right there and beach is just across the street from them. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. Thank you Tina for hosting us!!!

The place was spacious and had all the things we needed to have a great week at the beach: in particular, the beach umbrella and towels were very useful. Tulih was responsive to questions and the check in/out process was easy. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable to the beach, which was what we wanted, and there were also some small walkable shops/restaurants but not many. All in all we had a really great stay, would visit again!

We had a nice 5 night stay with our baby at Jonathan’s place. The condo is right on the beach and a short drive to restaurants and a Walmart. The pool next to the building was clean and a great place to relax when we didn’t want to get sandy. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is on the first floor and within walking distance to the beach. The beach has a mobility mat which was nice since I recently had foot surgery. Karen provides just about anything you could need and she let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed her.

Fantastic location!!! So much is walkable including the beach!

This was a great home in a super location. It is on a dead end street, so not a lot of traffic. There were peacocks that strolled up and down the street almost each day so that was a bonus! The backyard was lovely and the pool was beautiful. The only issue with the pool was having to scoop the leaves out before each swim. All of our communication was with Ekaterina. She always responded quickly and was very helpful when we had problems with one of the TVs. If we ever make it back to Clearwater, we will try to stay here.

We enjoyed our stay in Tampa at Chris’s home. House was exactly as described and in pictures. The pool and hot tub was a great addition. Chris was very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our short visits from Joseph the cat and friend .

This was a fantastic property and stay! Photos don’t do justice to how nice everything is. Great concept! Would love to have a long term stay there. Management was very responsive.

Nice big house with Manu rooms and big open space. perfect for group or big family. Well equip for cooking. Close to the beach ans restaurants.

Dylan was more than awesome. After an awful experience at another rental, Dylan got us right in and rearranged his busy day to make sure we arrived to a clean, and beautiful home. What a great place! Very clean, and had everything we needed. The home is very accommodating to a large group and was surprisingly Private from neighbors We absolutely loved the backyard & recreation this home offered. We made great use of the large kitchen and table! Very well thought out space One of our new favorites in the Largo/Clearwater area! Thank you, Dylan, for everything!

We had a wonderful stay. Outdoor Oasis was beautiful and clean. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. Host was very responsive to a few items immediately addressed upon check-in. Close to restaurants and shopping.

We loved the home decor/theme throughout the home. So many things were provided for us, on top of all the neat and fancy amenities!! The pool was great, the hosts were great, the kitchen was great, definitely recommend this place to anyone!!! Will be staying here again, eventually!
