We decided to take a babymoon to Charleston for a long weekend. Kathleen's Airbnb was amazing! The views and sunset's were stunning. Kathleen would proactively check in with us to make sure we had everything we needed in the house and asked if we needed any help. We are already talking about booking again. We rented Kathy and Todd’s place for our daughter’s engagement party. Based on hotel prices - this was a steal. Kathy was a great communicator from start to finish. Two king suites was exactly what we needed. Location was close to everything we wanted. Shem Creek was five minutes - awesome restaurants and bars. Downtown Charleston was less than 15 minutes and 20 to the airport. Ubers were easy to grab. It was a quick two night trip - glad we stayed here.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beachfront Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, our host was incredibly accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. The house was exactly what we were looking for – a relaxing, lowkey getaway for our family by the beach. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the sand, and the home itself was well-equipped for a peaceful weekend. It had everything we needed to unwind, from the cozy couch to the backyard for evening hangouts. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet beach retreat!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was incredibly convenient for everything we wanted to do, and the setup was perfect for our two dogs — especially the yard, which gave them plenty of space to run and relax. Brandon was wonderful. Super responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. He even went above and beyond by letting us check in a little early since we were already in the area, which we really appreciated. The only downside was a musty scent in the house that was a bit off-putting when we first arrived. It didn’t ruin the experience by any means, but it was noticeable. Overall, a very positive stay with an attentive and accommodating host. We'd definitely consider booking again!

This place is absolutely amazing; the house itself is very beautiful and cozy, it has everything we needed. There is a very nice private backyard where you can enjoy your morning coffee:) I recommend this place and would love to be back one day!

Donald is an excellent host! The house is advertised as a "dog's paradise" and it delivered. The fenced in backyard was well received by our dogs and the screened in porch made it easy to keep an eye on them as we enjoyed the amazing view of the expansive salt marsh. The location of the house is great too, at the tip of the island with not much traffic and just steps from an amazing beach. We love Folley Island and would definitely look to stay at Donald's Marsh House again.

Barbara is a great communicator- the place looked familiar but not as pristine as the photos. You should not expect a renovated look- it is free of clutter &clean. We were just surprised that the professional photos made it look new inside. The structural elements are Not new. we found out aldis is a few blocks down from Trader Joe’s. Metto coffee shop is a must- shocking how affordable. We went to vintage coffee and were disappointed- they couldn’t top the best.People like Sullivan beach, but we liked Folly better. We recommend the bus tour to get a feel for Charleston. The Vendue has professional art and then visit the rooftop restaurant. The Charleston market is worth while. Must see the Angel Oak Tree! Restaurants-saltwater cowboy and kid cashew were fabulous! You should try the famous coconut cake at benne’s. ye ole fashion ice cream is a must if you like ice cream. Go to the pier and see the pineapple water fountain park for a stroll- so much to do-not enough time!

Can’t say enough about this hostess! She was so attentive and went above and beyond about our likes and needs! Many snacks, our preferred beverages, a well stocked kitchen, clean bathrooms, comfortable beds; it was so comfy and homey! We were very happy there and would not hesitate to rent from Kathy again!!

Perfect location! Within minutes of multiple restaurants and shopping. Iris was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. Would recommend booking with Iris and this property.

My expectations were surpassed! Loved staying here for the few days we were in Isle of Palms. It is the perfect walking distance from the beach and has everything you’ll need for your stay! It did take us a couple tries to understand the lock but we are thankful for that note so we didn’t freak out! Lol thank you!

Great space for large groups, especially having three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The downstairs was great for hanging out and the back patio had a nice fire pit. Everything was clean and organized. Would definitely recommend for large groups looking for a great home base outside of Charleston. Ubers downtown are easy to find and pretty cheap.

Renee was extremely communicative. Before we arrived, there seemed like there was some issues from the previous visit, but Renee was all over it and letting us know that it would be made right for us and she did so. Great home, great backyard space, plenty of room for a big group.

This was a perfect for a quick night stay while attending a short conference in Charleston. Close to plenty of places to eat and downtown. Very thankful that the host was willing to work with us when it came to checking out and the time my conference ended.
