House vacation rentals in Springfield Township

I have sensitivities to scents and reached out prior to arrival with the question of what sort of cleaners/laundry detergents are used and while they do use products which are scented, they cared enough to purchase new linens for master bed/bath. Without their support I would have had to mitigate 4 days of headaches and nausea but instead their generous provision for me as their guest made for a good 4 day stay! This level of support is unprecedented, I was and remain super grateful!!!

Lisa was an Amazing host. She goes above and beyond. She even came out in the big snow storm to shovel the area and bring some "snow supplies". The home is right in the middle of the quaint small town and less than 10 min drive to Perfect North Slopes. We usually drive back and forth to Louisville but was so nice to crash back here right after to rest and enjoy before the next ski day. Cozy, comfortable and clean!!! This is our new spot for a Perfect North retreat. Also nice to be close enough to Cincinnati if you want to drive and explore there. Thank you for all the kindness and flexibility Lisa.

gorgeous home with amazing property that we explored during the visit. we kayaked and played in the large yard. we enjoyed the hot tub. the living area in the home was breathtaking.

They were super responsive and provided everything we needed to stay in communication with them. Even when we had some questions about anything or concerns, they were beyond helpful with our group! And they provided a few things as part of stay such as some drinks and snacks! We loved staying here as a group and would recommend it to anyone! The communication is the best!!!

This was a perfect house for our family. We were meeting up from different states. Everything was so lovely and well equipped. There was a nice, big back yard, fully fenced which my dog loved. The children playroom was awesome, my 2 yr-old nephew loved it! Great location in between the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. Highly recommend.

My stay was peaceful and loved the property. Fire pit was perfect as the weather was nice and mild while there. Overall great experience.

Great place for our family ski vacation. Plenty of bedrooms to accomodate 3+ familes and their gear. Lots of good recreational options, indoor and out. Love the pool table, table top tennis. Plenty of parking. Easy drive to Lawrenceburg. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Dawn!

Actually, this was a holiday gift for the wife and daughters...Tony was extremely accommodating when we had to change the date. I didn't go on the trip (part of the gift to them<g>), but they were all very pleased with everything and had a great time!

I recently stayed at Molly's place, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy beds and soft linens. The location was perfect for me and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had the perfect stay at OxyBeach in Oxford. The house was super clean, organized and stocked with everything. We couldn’t have asked for better experience and the hosts were very responsive and friendly. Thanks for making our stay so wonderful!

Thank you so much! This was wonderful! We booked this house based on the proximity to Miami University OH as our daughter was in a horse show there. It was close enough to Oxford and Hamilton for all the modern amenities. And the hot tub was a huge plus!!! We loved our time. Can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our time in Marcia’s place. She was really responsive. Just be careful driving on to driveway of the house since the uphill is steep and certain cars may not have the below height. Overall great experience. We really enjoyed our daily evening walks around the house on the trails

Absolutely perfect stay- our third year in the home! Fantastic recommend enough.

We loved our stay. It was in a great, safe location and very close to Miami University. The place was extremely clean, had all the amenities we needed, and was an overall great place to stay. There is a nice and peaceful sun room, great yard, and great open kitchen/living room for just hanging out. Brian was extremely easy to work with and very responsive. This is one well save for next time.

Cute place with many of the little extras that make it feel like home: lots of cooking utensils and pots and pan options, skewers, extra travel-sized toothpaste, blankets, games and seating areas for outside.

Was exactly what we needed for the size of our group and had plenty of things to do around the house. Had a few things that weren't done but Naseeb was quick to respond and managed to get everything figured out! looking forward to booking again next year

Our host, Billy, was amazing. From the moment we checked in to when we left. He was accessible, friendly, and accommodating. The home was in great shape and just as described in the post. We had an amazing time and if we stay in the area again I would go out of my way to stay here again.

Perfect for our family reunion. Four spacious bedrooms plus a bunk room for the kids. The house sits far off the road in a beautiful wooded setting. Loved It!!
