Apartment vacation rentals in Springfield Township

My husband and I stayed at Megan’s place for a little over a week. It was exactly as described. You can tell from the outside that the building is an older building, but definitely was very modern was you got inside. It is in a great location. Lots of restaurants and stores, some even in walking distance (didn’t walk because it was cold). Megan was very quick to respond whenever I messaged about anything. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend others to stay as well.

Quaint historic building with modern amenities without loosing historical charm. Spacious rooms, full dining room, full kitchen, etc. with our extended stay additional towels were provided without asking. We will book again if available when we come back to visit. At a minimum 2 “thumbs up”

We appreciate how welcoming Leah’s home is. Very clean and uncluttered. The back deck is an extra bonus along with a parking space. Leah made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back when visiting family.

Lovely apartment and quiet community, good location, around 10mins drive from the busy area. Sam is very nice and friendly, tiny cleaning issue got fixed very quickly, don’t have much time to try the gym, but I will definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs to come to Dayton.

A great location - an easy uber/lyft (or walk in warmer weather) to nearby OTR and other areas. This listing was easy to find - with a beautiful interior in a historical home with character. This was a great pick - and great value - for a weekend stay in Cincinnati! I’d love to stay again in future and recommend it to other guests. Kelsey is a helpful and responsive host!

The place was very peaceful and in a very quiet and calm neighborhood. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the place. We had a great time and would definitely come again. Everything was spotless the only issue we had was the bedroom tv wasn’t working when we got there. We messaged about it and got no response to it but it didn’t bother us because we had the living room tv and honestly after doing all our sight seeing of the area, we were very tired and didn’t watch much tv. The place was very accommodating and was a super cool little spot. We would 10/10 stay again if we were in the area. Also loved the shower and the bed was very comfortable!

Had a great stay here! Wasn’t too loud even though it’s in the middle of the entertainment district, everything was in walking distance. We had to charge the Roku TV remote, but that was no biggie since we were out most the time. Definitely would stay at one of Margaret Mary’s places again!

The stay was great. It was clean and well taken care of. The balcony was great to watch the squirrels play!

Great place for a single traveler and Carol was very responsive and easy to work with. My only complaint were the trains. Some nights it seemed like they were non-stop with their horns as they crossed the close-by intersection. The white noise machine and ear plugs by the bed quickly made sense. ^_^

Honestly can never say enough about how wonderful to stay at April’s places! Truly a home away from home.

The place was so cute! Look just like the pictures. Patty was super responsive. Gave great suggestions on things to do places to eat. Was in a great location. I have nothing bad to say about this place and would definitely stay here again and hope to in the warmer months.

Fantastic host! The hot tub was amazing. Not far from lots of restaurants and the casino.

My husband and I booked this place for our anniversary. We just wanted a get away. We love Cincinnati, and this place looked just like the pictures showed it, very beautiful. Valet was nice and convenient, very cool guys. Concierge was very nice and helpful. We went to the gym, a little disappointed all the equipment wasn’t working but we still got a workout in. Everyone we seen in the building was just friendly. The host checked up on us to make sure everything was ok. It was a really nice and relaxing we really enjoyed our stay.

Our plans may have gotten cancelled due to the weather, but Letrice’s place was a nice respite. Hot tub was lovely, and it was super sweet that she got us snacks that we liked. I would definitely stay at Letrice’s place again if we come back for the Ren Faire!

Very clean, super close to the stadium and the city. Overall amazing!!

Nice place if you’re looking to visit the city. I had to temporarily relocate here and the valet parking made things a tad inconvenient. It’s my fault for not reading more into the listing but they didn’t really make it clear either.. All in all was clean but there was some evidence of prior renters Valentine’s Day activities under the bed.
