Family-friendly vacation rentals in Spring Branch

We had a fabulous time here for a family gathering. Lots of space, pool and hot tub were a big hit, kitchen had lots of supplies, pool towels. Thanks so much for an awesome stay!

Dee is an awesome host and will help you with whatever you need. This is the perfect place to getaway from the city with the family and relax. Very close to the river and to many restaurant and orchards that you can visit. When visiting please note that the closest store will be a bit of a drive so make your critical stops on the way in.

Different unit but we’ve stayed at the property another time and love the location. Easy walk to downtown, Landa Park and we joined the gym Das Rec for a month, great value. Fun to watch the activity on the Comal and the golf course from your balcony. The unit itself has comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen, patio had lounge chairs and a dining set, all just as shown in the listing. Saundra was great throughout the process. We would definitely stay again.

The place was extremely clean and the location was great. We used the patio area , the bbq pit, the jacuzzi and we also watched movies at night and the internet was working great. We had an amazing time and we had everything we needed we even got an extra day and we didn’t have any issues Melinda was a great helper and she answered very quick. We will definitely wish to go again any time soon :)

Exactly what we were looking for. Great location. Peace and quiet for the older adults, day trips for the younger. Near to retail areas. The older guys loved the bird, squirrel and deer watching from both decks. Kitchen FULLY equipped, just bring your own food to cook at home. Hotel quality bedlinens (swoon), and beautifully decorated. Nice to catch premier league soccer on big screen on comfy couches. Came home relaxed and happy. Thanks Debbie!

We had a great time. The location was perfect with a great yard for our dogs. The country atmosphere is just what we were looking for! The house is very comfortable with plenty of room. The bedrooms are a little small. But this is an older home so not surprising. We really loved having a large dining table and china cabinet for Thanksgiving Day. Felt very homey 💕

We stayed in town for my son’s college graduation. Jennifer was very sweet, she had graduation decorations for him. She was very easy to communicate with and you can tell she put a lot of thought into the house. The house was very nice and spacious. My large family was very comfortable!

My family and I had an incredible experience at this place during Memorial Day weekend. From the moment we arrived, Richard and Donna, the hosts, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure our kids had a great time. They helped them feed the deer, started a fire for s’mores, and even provided us with board games, a stocked kitchen, floats for the river, and anything else we might need. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the river. This makes it perfect for families with kids. The kids can easily explore the wildlife that comes to visit their yard as well. The home itself is clean and cozy, with everything you could need to make a comfortable stay. They are very delightful people and we can’t wait to go back again!

We enjoyed our stay. It was very nice. There was so many board games my kids loved. The little reading area was lovely. We had a great stay. Host was super friendly and fast responding.

Absolutely loved this house, felt like I was home. Kitchen was stocked with just about everything needed to prepare meals, plenty of towels for use. We loved the pool too. About 25 minutes to San Marcos. We thoroughly enjoyed Rose’s house and would highly recommend it!

I drove to the Airbnb at night. It was pretty dark so it was a little bit hard to find but I eventually made it. Upon arriving I did have a hard time getting in the place but that’s cause I didn’t know how to work it. Nothing on the hosts end. Did want to point out that if you are someone who hates any kind of bugs, do not book here. This place is close to the outskirts so there are bugs everywhere. Nothing on the hosts end. I woke up to a rolly pollie crawling on the bed and found a spider near the shower. I don’t mind bugs, but again if it creeps you out, this place isn’t for you. Be aware that this place has 2 ac units and they don’t necessarily keep the place as cool as it needs to be because of the horrible Texas heat. Just something to think about as summer approaches. Other than that the place is really cute and a little small. Hosts were responsive and kind.

Awesome stay, we enjoyed the trails, fresh eggs, and the fire pit! Will be coming back this summer!

Our stay was a lovely getaway from the city filled with nature, smores, and outdoor grilling. The place is a beautiful spot to star gaze and see some cows/deer up close and personal. Doug was very responsive and instructions were very clear in finding the place and check in. Overall great place, worth the stay!

The place was amazing! Had 9 adults and it was very comfortable. The pool is perfect! Scott was awesome and made sure we had what we needed. Will definitely stay again if we ever make it back to dripping springs.

My friends and I stayed here and absolutely loved it! The location was perfect and was so fun to walk around downtown Gruene. The river access point was a plus and we even grilled down there for dinner one night. The space was nice and open, with a big balcony with views of the hill country. I would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful and Convenient Getaway I had a great stay at this property! It was very peaceful and quiet—just what I needed for a relaxing break. I really appreciated how private it felt, yet it was still close enough to the main square for easy access to dinner and shopping. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear, and the host was responsive and helpful. I only stayed for one night on a quick trip, but I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
