We had a lovely week The house is great, and very well equipped to bring the kids. The environment is very quiet and very close to St Vaast la Hougue. I recommend it!

Melanie was very accommodating and helpful with recommendations. The location is amazing, we enjoyed our morning walks on the beach in all weather.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks stay at Joanna’s house while dropping our son off to university. The house is beautiful! Big, very spacious, the rooms are large and the kitchen, dining room and living room so comfortable. The washing machine and dryer were a complete savior. The location of the house is perfect! Located in a quiet residential neighborhood but easy to walk to town and to the seafront. The roadside parking was always available and Joanna kindly arranged parking permits for the duration of our stay. I can’t think of a nicer, better house to have spent 2 weeks in. I cannot recommend Joanna’s house enough. Thank you so much - we would love to return again

Mike and Linda couldn't have been more hospitable. Their holiday home was magical for our week end in Pembrokeshire. The perfect resting party palace! In our party of ten, all said they would love to return for the house, the beach and the amazing sunrises, which I had the honour of viewing from my bed!

What a fabulous house, it's huge and perfect for a family get together. Perfect location close to south beach and a short walk into town. Would recommend this house.

Amazing location with stunning views and great property that is ideal for a large family gathering! The garden was the star for us and our four legged friends - we all really enjoyed the space and privacy. 👌We had a family ‘Sports day’ one day for all twelve of us and there was more than enough room. The house itself has everything you need for a relaxing stay and there are loads of really good places to visit and eat at - some great pubs and we’d really recommend the vineyard five minutes down the road for a tour! (@Swanaford Vineyard). Some of the local roads are a little tight for space - one car only but if you go slowly and be respectful of other road users it’s fine. We also tried some local golf courses, Teign Valley the closest, all gave some good challenges but are also really well looked after. We also had a private chef one night (@LeFrog) which made for a very special anniversary celebration. Would highly recommend if you are a large group booking the whole place.

There are hosts, there are super hosts and then there's Katie!! Everything was simply perfect, there were 10 family all together for a family Christening. Due to Katie's flexibility were could all check in when we arrived. Most handy when people are travelling from all over the country. Also, on the Sunday, the day of the Christening and our check out day, Katie helped us with late check out, allowing all the logistics of people and cars the time needed to get where we all needed without a ridiculously early start, which would have been dreadful after the party the day before! We all enjoyed the hot tub, the huge spaces, comfortable beds, luxurious bathrooms and well equipt kitched. Thank you Katie - you are a love.

This is a wonderful country house which works well for a family or large group. The main bedrooms are all of a good size and are really comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen has all the facilities you could wish for. There is a good sized garden which is so lovely with views across the countryside from the top.

Stunning property in a convenient Cotswold location. Ideal to catch up with friends & families for a weekend away. Enormous village garden in a picturesque location. High Street has many amenities on the doorstep, including pubs, restaurants and takeaways. Despite the obvious grandeur & history of the house it is very cosy, and clearly a much loved family home.

A unique set of suites in a very large gorgeous house. There was so much room for our family ranging from 3 to 73! The communal area was used all the time and the bar area was a wonderful bonus. It really became our ‘home’ for the week and we all felt very relaxed. The suites were first rate having everything you could possibly need and provided the ‘bolt hole’ where people had their own space as well. There are so many beaches close by which we visited- Hele, Combe Martin and Woolacombe- great for paddle boarding, kayaking and surfing- we had a busy time! Neil was such a good host providing very quick responses to my many questions in such a friendly way! Would highly recommend this property for a large group. Thank you Neil.

My daughter booked the house for 6 adults and 4 toddlers/babies. I did not look at the advert beforehand and it beat my expectations. I would give it 11 out of 10. The house was very modern and spacious and was ideal for small children from the playroom with games/books/colouring/blackboard to step in the downstairs toilet. The very safe trampoline and large grass area for ball games. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom and ensuite bathrooms were spacious with great shower. The kitchen also had all the equipment that you would need for a long stay. I would thoroughly recommend the house.

Us 9 from 7 to 70 had a really great holiday. Despite sometimes dodgy weather, we loved using the numerous house facilities. The sheltered from breeze,wellness area exceeded expectations, especially hot tub & sauna & was well maintained.Also much family football ! & basketball. The outdoor gym a good perk. Pizza oven good fun too. Indoors budding pianists explored their talents ! The conservatory was beautiful to relax & eat family meals in if we couldn't eat outside. Locally the walk to Porth beach for us was fine & walk to the island beautiful. We made use of the body boards & kids wetsuits at the house and all tried out paddle boarding at the Gannell ( again free because the house offered inflatable board ). So busy we only watched 1 film in the cinema / playroom, but it's a great asset to have, as was the annexe, a real little home. the lettuces growing if we wanted & just the huge space in & out. Unlike many places, upstairs was spacious & all fully carpeted, so very quiet.

Oldbury Barn is in a lovely location in the countryside with great views (though tricky to find, so the 'what3words' helped a lot!). The house was nicely presented and lovely and clean. Plenty of pots, pans, mugs (!) utensils etc for a large family group. The open plan nature of the kitchen/diner/lounge is great for a multi generational family gathering like ours, as you are always all together in one huge room. However, note that its a tiled floor and there isn't much in the way of soft furnishings so noise echoes around a bit and can be heard from all bedrooms - but this is only a problem if you have very young kids going to bed early or getting up early! The 2 ground floor bedrooms are large and with lots of storage. The 2 upstairs bedrooms are small with very low ceilings and little storage - fine for kids but we were were 7 adults and one toddler, so that didnt work brilliantly for us . The "slight height restriction" in the description is quite an understatement!!

Lovely family home in the heart of the new forest. Was perfect for a pre Christmas getaway with lovely fireplace and warm Arga in the kitchen. Ian and team were very accommodating and it was lovely to have our two cocker spaniels with us to enjoy long daily walks in the forest. Will definitely be back again

West Barn is a beautiful and well furnished property in a good location with lots to do in the nearby area. The accommodation is modern and well equipped. It would have been nice to have had the use of the tennis court and other facilities and perhaps consideration can be given to sharing these? We would definitely consider returning.

Kirsten and Ben's house is a hidden gem. You can tell a lot of care and love has gone into it and the photos don't do it justice - the views and sunsets are stunning. It really is amazing and was perfect for us. The living areas are both really spacious and bright with nice big bi-folds. We found the layout of the house ideal for our group, and we were all able to find a corner to ourselves when we wanted. The house was spotlessly clean and everything was brand new. The kitchen had everything we needed and the stocked cupboard was a bonus as it was great not having to buy things like herbs and oil. The bedrooms were ideal and the beds were both very comfy. We needed the sofabed too which Kirsten arranged. Everyone slept well and we all loved waking up to a sea view. Outside had so many sunny seating areas and the house was basically on the beach which meant we really felt like we were on a seaside holiday. It really is amazing, we loved it and can't wait to come back.

We had a great time and the property was very well equipped with its own parking space The house was a good size for 4 adults and 2 children We liked the full size dining table and really appreciated the 2 bathrooms The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped albeit rather small! Excellent wi fi The site was very well maintained with good amenities We would not hesitate to recommend ' 100 ' to others

What a gorgeous place Villa Coombe is to have a sumptuous family gathering! We've learnt a new game: Cornhill! The games room is great for the kids to hang out and watch films and they loved the Darts Board and Pool. The Hot Tub was a hit too. Everywhere was pristine and serene. It was wonderful in every way and an experience we'd very much like to repeat.

Even with the rubbish British weather - we had an amazing time, lots to do and also very relaxing! Would highly recommend it and we will definitely book again!

We had a fantastic weekend celebrating at La Villa Olli. It was the perfect place for a special weekend with lots of fun. It’s even bigger than it looks in the photos. The pizza oven, swimming pool, hot tub, table tennis, pool table were all appreciated. We also stayed in Olli’s cottage which was a great space for two extra guests right next door. Ollivia was incredibly friendly, welcoming and responsive. Would 100% recommend.

A fabulous house. Perfect for a group of 7 adults for a weekend away. Great entertaining space and the pool was superb. We couldn’t have asked for more! A nice walk into Cowes and local places to eat and drink. The property is so clean and spacious, excellent facilities and really private space. Loved it and our host offered great tips and advice.

Lovely place to go to, Lucy is an attentive and knowledgeable host who was on hand for any questions we had. The swimming pool/ golf simulator and lounge area is truly much better in person than the already appealing photos due to its sheer size. Swimming pool is well heated and the furniture is very comfy. Remote controlled showers were a nice little luxury. Dog is extremely friendly. Takeaways are only a few minutes walk away which is a bonus. I Look forward to coming back again soon
