The AirBnB was very spacious and clean and had all the needed amenities for a care free stay. The location is a bit hard to get to but the surrounding area is very quiet and peaceful especially if you come from the big cities in the UK. Ros was a very helpful and friendly host, she was very lenient and understanding when it came to me having a later check out time due to some circumstances which i couldn’t change, which was a massive help and saved me a lot of time and money. Definitely would recommend!

Beautiful place to stay. Kim been very welcomed,very polite. She made home made cake for my daughter's birthday. Absolutely loved to stay there. My daughters was over the moon,seeing and feeding the chickens, that made her day for 110% Thank you for having us :))))

Lovely Airbnb, totally private with fantastic views over the sea and the Fowey estuary. Really peaceful area so great for a relaxed stay, and with the South West Coast Path on the doorstep lots to do too. It was easy to find and get into the Airbnb and really clean and tidy inside with a good kitchen set up for cooking too. Would really recommend!

What a stunning place! Perfect Cornish getaway. Incredible to wake up to the sea views. Downderry is a very sweet village, but a shame that the restaurant was closed. We walked to Seaton for dinner which was nice enough. Around 2h coastal walk to Looe, highly recommend!

We stayed for 2 nights for our son’s first birthday. Everything was fantastic from the get the go. The communication was instant and informative, the accommodation was exceptional and the grounds were impeccable. I would highly recommend and will be hoping to return.

A beautifully clean and private annex allowing us to have a small escape in the country to play board games and drink prosecco!

We have stayed at The Coach House many times and will definitely be returning. The accommodation is perfect and has everything that you need to enjoy your stay. It is within walking distance of all the local attractions and has the added bonus of a parking space. Jeremy is the perfect host and has made us feel welcome every time we have stayed.

Thank you both so much! Poppy and I absolutely loved our stay. The Birdie Box is the perfect getaway for exploring the coastal paths. Walking straight from the door in any direction and coming back to a cosy, warm and comfortable “home” is great after exploring. Everything was great, really friendly hosts, wonderfully clean place, super comfy bed too! Just loved it. Cannot recommend this place more highly! We will be back! Thank you for the eggs too! Xx

Rose is a great guest. We have stopped there before. Since then, they have updates the sofa. The bed is very comfortable, and the duvet etc is luxurious. The power shower is terrific. We would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is well located, nicely furnished, comfortable and clean. We would highly recommend.
