This was a really scenic place at the harbour. Very close to Lymington town centre. The boat is clean and has everything you need for your stay. It can get cold at night during winter. The team were really helpful and responsive

Very nice boat both outside and inside, ideally moored in the immediate vicinity of essential amenities and free parking. It is very comfortable and well-equipped, nothing was missing. Rose is a particularly charming host, very welcoming and attentive. Her words, rich in local history including family history in line with the decoration and the documents she leaves us at our disposal are a great introduction to discovering Cherbourg and the surrounding area. To conclude: everything was perfect and as described!

We had a lovely stay on yaught Nadine, i would definitely recommend it to anyone. It is a true gem, and very different. The hot tub was lovely (the right temperature) and watched the surrounding fireworks from the hot tub. It was lovely and clean with all the small touches which create a comfortable stay. John the host, was very friendly and showed us around the yaught. A great experience all round.

Unique stay right in the heart of Portsmouth. It’s a boat, I had the best nights sleep I’ve had in ages being gently bobbed about. It had everything you needed for an overnight stay. Timothy was very though with his communications which made it easy to check in even when we arrived late in the evening. The marina is secured and manned, and helpfully they have trolleys, so I’d suggest going and checking out the marina first, grabbing a trolley and taking it back to the gunwharf quays carpark, much easier than lugging cases/holdalls about. Speaking of the carpark you can park right next to quays, and if you take your ticket to the parking attendant you can get a discounted rate of £4.70 for 24 hours. Perfect for a unique experience stay. Not gonna lie, kinda want a boat now.

Absolutely perfect stay for me and my wife for valentines day. Paul was very friendly and helpful and explained everything to us we needed to know. We enjoyed our stay and we look forward to staying again in the future. Would highly recommend.

Hi all. I share my impressions about the yacht: we were with friends for 2 days on the yacht. Very clean, has everything you need to stay, the owner is very friendly. To meet the dawn on the pier is a special pleasure. Will definitely come back and recommend to everyone

We stayed on the Gin Odyssey for the bank holiday weekend. Ric, the owner and host could not have been more accommodating. Clear instructions before arrival, all the information we needed for our break, wifi passwords, local recommendations he could not have been more helpful. The boat is located in a really good location, next to beach for fishing and crabbing and a 10minute walk from the harbour and restaurants. As a family of 5 with one younger child there was plenty for everyone. Highly recommended to anyone wanting something a bit different.

We stayed here over the weekend of 17 August. The communication with the host was excellent. We arranged a time to meet and Steve met us at the marina, showed us how to access the marina, shower and toilet facilities and the boat. The marina is such a lovely setting. There were five of us and two small dogs. There was plenty of room for us all. We were very placed for the beach, restaurants and bars. It’s also very close to the theatre. We mostly used the shower and toilets at the marina, but there is a shower and toilet onboard. There was clean bedding, kettle, single hob stove, cutlery, pans and utensils. We all had a great time and would definitely stay again

I booked a place around 19:00, it says that check-in is from 19:00, but the owner wrote that I would be able to check in only at 21:00. I had to walk a little and wait. The inside is comfortable and atmospheric, the backlight adds to the mood. Everything is fine, I recommend it!

Had a lovely stay on Martyn’s boat. Peaceful setting with nice walks along the towpath. It’s compact & no frills, but everything you need is there and the log burner warms it up super quick. Makes it very cosy.

Our stay at the Blackbird Boat was wonderful. It’s such a unique way to spend time in a truly beautiful and peaceful place. We stayed over a few drizzly days but the boat was really cosy with the sound of rain and the bath house was such a treat - watching the sun set over the lake whilst soaking in the tub was the epitome of luxury! The kitchen was really well appointed for cooking our own meals and everything was comfy and clean. There are some beautiful locations for walking all within a reasonable driving distance as well as some nice towns nearby for day trips or meals out. Highly recommend!

Attention to detail was above and beyond what you would expect at an air B&B. Aaron always stayed in contact before, during and after out stay to make it as special as he could for us no matter what was asked he would always respond quickly and accurately. He gave great recommendations for places to visit for different things such as walks, restaurants and anything else needed. Aaron provided extra touches such as coffee pods, wine, dressing gowns and blankets to make the trip extra chilled!! Best air B&B by far and a complete new experience for us all as a family. Will definitely be returning
