Completely fallen in love with the charm of The Little Cottage! Everything you need for a little break, hot tub was lovely, kitchen amenities were a plenty, with everything you need, there was tea, coffee and sugar, as well as a small bottle of milk waiting on arrival. Super cosy lighting. Just a quaint little cottage! Great location, we definitely recommend Collingbourne Woods just 5 minutes away for a nice walk. Local pubs had great food. And if you go on a Friday definitely check out Gastro Nicks for a pizza!!

Lovely place to stay, very tidy and clean. Had everything we need and the hot tub was nice and private, very peaceful place too and some nice little pubs around for food.

Great location very peaceful and a local shop on your doorstep and the pub pheasant inn is on the same road they serve amazing quality food. It’s only 10 minutes drive to newquay. The house has ahead a lovely renovation and we really enjoyed having a hot tub which is really private, you get a great view of the stars on a clear night. Great host and great value for money, we would definitely look to stay here again if visiting Newquay in the future.

We had a lovely short break at Helen’s place. It is indeed a peaceful area, lovely garden and views and a spacious house. We loved relaxing in the hot tub, eating supper at Dinnington Docks and walking to the community run shop in the neighbouring stunning ‘postcard picture’ village. The house was clean and the hosts were helpful and friendly. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay 😊 Especially loved the view from the patio doors and from the upstairs bedroom. The hot tub was super relaxing, and the location felt remote (while still having the coast path walking distance away and lovely towns and things to do nearby). Thank you!

We had a wonderful weekend! The cottage is as described and the weather as expected (a lovely mix of rain and sunshine). We did dog walks and ate some amazing food from restaurants our hosts had recommended. The garden is brilliant for dogs and the additional field, a perfect addition. And the hot tub was great for watching the world go by! Would recommend!

Peaceful place to stay with a really calm feel. Jane was always quick to respond and was never obtrusive while we there. Really lovely place. I have told several of my friends that they really need to stay here.

The Old Dairy is a fantastic place to stay for a Cornwall trip - it's located in a lovely village called St Ewe with a fantastic pub a short stroll away (The Crown Inn). We had to leave part way through our stay due to a family emergency - but Ashley was great and even offered to help us with our luggage. We will be returning in the summer! Luke.

The Old Code Mill is a lovely intimate cottage in the middle nowhere. We had a lovely restful time even though it rained for half our stay. The log burner was much appreciated. We really enjoyed the visits from the birds and the squirrel, not so the wild boar that kept us awake for one night. A highly recommended cottage and location. Emily’s communication was clear and very helpful.

We had a very warm welcome from our host, great recommendations for walking , eating and where to visit. Cottage was exactly as described and more, perfect for our stay. A beautiful place to visit, wished wevould have stayed longer.

We’ve just spent a wonderful week in this lovely cottage. It was a lovely cozy space with a great local pub, The Miner’s Arms, a 30 second walk away. Michelle was really helpful with lots of great advice about local restaurants and walks, and furnished the cottage with some lovely personal touches for us and our dog. We couldn’t recommend this place more!

We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful, cozy cottage. Tastefully decorated and well equipped. Private and peaceful. Lots of useful information and walks including one from the cottage to the sea, amazing scenery. Had tea and breakfast at nearby cafe called Perennials which I would recommend.

A quaint little cottage in a great location. Hay-on-Wye is a beautiful little town and everything was in easy walking distance. The cottage had all we needed in it and if the weather had been kinder we would have sat outside in the lovely terrace garden. Thanks.

Absolutely brilliant find! The Hutch was excellent, as was the host Chloe. It was a real 'home from home' with fantastic attention to detail. A selection of breakfast items were available and the bottle of fresh milk direct from the farm was very much appreciated. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy. The decor was simply decorated with good quality furnishings. The views from the lounge/kitchen area are stunning. The location was perfect for us being no more than 10 mins from Exeter but Dartmoor and the seaside towns are within easy reach too. We highly recommend The Hutch and hope to visit again in the future.

Lovely relaxing stay in the beautiful 2 Pound Cottage. Beautiful furnishings - quality bed linen and towels. All so very comfortable. Excellent WiFi. The shower was so powerful and the toiletries lovely. All the extra little touches and decor made it feel very homely. Location is great for walking , with handy ‘everything’ store a few steps away and a local pub on the doorstep! Lovely to hear the church bells and the running stream . Feeling so refreshed and relaxed after a fabulous stay- would definitely recommend.

Perfect location. Cosy and quiet cottage in centre of Wells. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. Carpark nearby convenient for 24 hr parking. Easy walk to the cathedral, restaurants and shopping. Would recommend.

Lovely comfortable furnishings, we were delighted at the repurposed farm equipment into tv stand, tea towel hangers, its touches like that which make a place special. We ate at The Shed in Porthgain (fab fish and chips) and had lunch at The Mill in St David’s - both recommended by Deb. This is a lovely place in peaceful surroundings with a sea view over the fields.
