Lovdly place for a post Christmas break. The Barn had everything we needed and was warm and cosy. Great location for visiting this area of Devon.

Fabulous place to stay, bright, airy and spacious . Close to all main routes around Somerset

A comfortable and peaceful place, with good walks and pubs with great food nearby. Giles was fast and easy to communicate with, and checkin and out was easy. The only slight drawback we found was that we were using the space for a work get together, but the bedrooms and bathrooms are more set up for two families sharing as each level had a main bedroom with an ensuite and a smaller bedroom suitable for kids, so 4 individual adults sharing the space didn't work that well for us. But the communal space was great, and for a family holiday it would be perfect.

Fantastic stay and great location. The owners were very quick to respond when messaged and they very kindly gave us a tour of their farm which we loved. I would highly recommend. 😊

From Start to Finish Paul was the perfect host, could not do enough for us making sure that the log burners were lit every morning for us - hosting he was great fun and even joined in our activities. Paul has a great place here - you just have to realise that there is no kitchen in the main house but that did not bother us as we spent most of the time up in the area by the Hot Tub which had fantastic kitchen, games, karaoke, bar facilities - thank you Paul you made a great weekend even better !

We had a fantastic week, the house was perfect for our family, the rooms were huge and the location and views were stunning. There's so many lovely places to visit within a short drive. I couldn't recommend the house and hosts highly enough.

We had such a lovely time staying at Sandra's! We were a couple with a 1 year old and thought the space was perfect for the three of us. We really appreciated the travel cot provided, and our daughter loved the baby swing in the garden. We couldn't get enough of the beautiful views, and the space with the fireplace was so cosy for a cold winter's stay! Sandra was a great host, very welcoming and helpful, and the recommendations for places to eat were spot on. We'd very happily come back, as it was the perfect location for visiting Exeter, Totnes, and Buckfastleigh!

We had a wonderful two nights at The Woodshed. The place is cosy, homely and spotlessly clean and care and attention to detail has been paid in the furnishings. The whole cottage was kitted out to a high standard with little thoughtful touches such as a home baked cake on arrival, chopped logs for the wood burner and fluffy towels. We felt at home here and really enjoyed our peaceful stay in the beautiful countryside. This is one of the few places we have stayed where the photos don’t do the place justice.

What a lovely place, and the host family were so amazing. I don’t think anyone staying here would say that the experience was anything short of exceptional. If i could have given 6 stars i would. Ideal place to stay, you’re very central to a lot of activities and stunning places, 20 minutes in the car and you could be in several beautiful west wales attractions. The location is lovely and peaceful, with lovely views, the hot-tub was a lovely bonus you can relax in a lovely warm lazy spa as you gaze upon the stars. The host family was so kind and welcoming, they had some milk, bread and welsh cakes waiting for us. They made every effort to make sure we were happy and comfortable, they even took us down for a short walk to meet and feed the lamas. Their kindness really shone through, honestly if you have a chance to stay here grab it with both hands you won’t regret it. The place was spotless, well maintained but it was the host family that took it to another level.

This was our 2nd time at Sarah’s place and it was simply stunning. Great amenities, beautiful look, very spacious and peaceful. A stunning place to get away from it all.

A great place to stay. Easy to drive to and park up. Beautiful setting even in the rain. The space was clean and tidy and looked new. We loved the horses outside the window and the excitent of waking up to them. Everyone was nice and the animals made it special. The kids loved the dogs especially the German shepard. Thank you :)

What can we say!! This place was just perfect for us!! It was quiet, peaceful, perfect location for exploring the coastlines. Spotless, had everything we needed to make the stay comfortable and had been well thought out. Hot tub was an added gem. Huw was about if we needed him and told us we didn’t need to travel far for walks etc. He wasn’t wrong! The walks along the coast were simply stunning. Local restaurants were fab. 100% recommend and hope to return on the future 😀

I booked Paul's Airbnb on behalf of a colleague and Paul was very responsive and helpful throughout. There was a bit of confusion from my colleague in regards to locating the cottage, but this was due to arriving very late at night, so it was our own mistake. Paul was on hand whenever we needed him and he provided an exact W3W location. The welcome pack before arriving was a lovely touch and my colleague had a comfortable, peaceful stay here. Thanks Paul.

We needed somewhere to stay for a few months as our house was going through the conveyancing process. The Annex at Maple Cottage was a fantastic temporary home. Dorothy and Ian were excellent hosts; always available but never intrusive. The Annex was well furnished and supplied. Always warm,, superb TV and great internet. We couldn’t have asked for more.

This was the perfect stay! Myself and friends stay in Airbnb’s often to see each other as we live all over the UK and this was definitely the favourite. The host went above and beyond what you’d expect to find on arrival. Everything you could need was already there and the little extras were appreciated. The property itself and outdoor space was even better than pictures and was the perfect relaxing weekend. Communication was always answered straight away. Would 100% visit the property again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Matthew's! The house was nice and spacious with access to a backyard, and the hottub, BBQ, indoor games room, and sports room meant that everyone in our group found something they liked. Matthew was a fantastic host, very communicative, kind and helpful. We definitely recommend staying with him.

The Fold Cottage is exactly as described in a wonderful, quiet location. There is space right next to cottage for parking which makes unloading the car so much easier. The accommodation was spotless and we felt right at home. We ate out, but the kitchen is well-equipped if you do want to cook. The beds and sofas are comfortable and the underfloor heating ensured we were warm, so had no need to light the wood burner even though it was chilly weather. We were two couples and had a wonderful few days visiting nearby villages. We didn’t meet Sophie, but she is friendly and very quick to reply to any messages. We would definitely recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to return if we decide to visit the area again.

Had a short weekend at the flat on this loverly farm. If you want some where to chill and have some peace then this is the place to be. Add the style of the flat inside and out and how helpfull Lucy and her crew are, you the have this perfect place. The correspondence and information on the arrival and departure is first class. There is a nice little pub no more than a five minute drive called The Antelope Inn, very friendly. Thanks again Lucy for a wonderful stay.

This was the second I visited Tracy's place but this time I went with my friends and their children. It was the perfect place for us to get together, with 8 adults, 5 children all under the age of 3! The children loved the indoor and outdoor toys as well as the space for them to burn off the energy. Tracy was an exemplary host who was very responsive, even before arrival she as very attentive. The children loved the trampoline and treehouse and when it came to home time we had tears because they didn't want to leave such a great place. Thank you again, we cannot wait to visit again in the future!

Lovely weekend away. Beautiful Shepard’s hut. Very peaceful and quiet, out of the way for privacy. Beautiful views. The Alpacca’s were an added bonus to our view and stay. They loved being fed apple by us and one of them liked me so much it kept sneezing all over me 😁 Would definitely return 😁

I recently had the pleasure of staying for two nights in this charming barn conversion, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The location is wonderfully peaceful, making it the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The facilities were top-notch and eco-conscious, which I truly appreciated. Penny, the host, was friendly and attentive. When I encountered a minor issue upon arrival, she resolved it quickly and with genuine apologies, ensuring my stay was comfortable from the start. I highly recommend this lovely spot to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. You won't be disappointed!

Had a lovely stay over the Christmas period with family. Beautiful property, exactly as described in the profile and pics. Very short drive to the coast where there are some great walks. Definitely looking to come back again.

Really beautiful place, more spacious than you think! Beds super comfortable heated under sheets on all bed so kids enjoyed to! With the fire to place stayed lovely and warm, no complaints at all, we had the best time & throughly enjoyed our super last minute booking, Linda and her husband were super helpful brought us animal fed for our kids to do (which they loved) the pool was Soooo warm and lovely decorations were fabulous radio lovely touch, phone box toilet was great and handy showers and toilet facilities were clean and warm, genuinely 10/10 place, beautiful surrounding! Also visited the local pub the fox inn 10/10 food was amazing and tasty! Couldn’t have wished for a better stay over new year was lovely experience in our own bubble. Family friendly& amazing hosts! Highly recommended.
